The buffet was good....just had to walk to the adjacent building. We had sone drinks at the bar on the top floor thats open till midnight. Bartender was very cool. The office staff went out of their way trying to understand me and get me a cab to go eat dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

- Luce (4/5): - Do not go there! Staff are very unprofessional and inefficient. Staff was watching their cell phones and ignoring us instead of serving customers in the restaurant. People behind main desk confirmed us the taxi reservation the day before our departure to the airport. At 5am the following morning, we find out there were no taxi and neither no bus or train available to the airport! We missed our flight to Tokyo and our connection to Canada that day! The staff didn’t do anything to help or fix the problem they created. Nobody apologized. It was my worst hotel experience in 20 years of travelling. A place to AVOID completely.
- Muzibul (10/5): Great hotel to stay - The hotel was very beautiful and comfortable. I also had breakfast at the restaurant. This was my first time staying at the hotel. I was very impressed.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 総合評価 - 出張で利用しましたが、別館の滞在でした。 駐車場も広く、部屋も快適でとてもゆったりとくつろげました。チャペルや結婚式場も備えているホテルの為、ゲストへの配慮がとても良かったです。温泉も広くお湯もとても良かったです。朝食会場もとても広く混雑する事無く美味しい朝食を頂きました。出張では無く旅行で利用したいくらいでした。この地域への出張は年に数回あるのですが、今までは近くの別のビジネスホテルを利用してましたが、次回以降は部屋に空きがあればこちらを利用したいです。

- Kian Seng (10/5): - Checking in and out was easy. They had someone to help you push your luggage to your room. If you love nature, the river next to the hotel has many birds. It was good to walk around that area too. The restaurant next to it has nice food too.

- Kimmy (10/5): - Everything was perfect! Had one of the most enjoyable stays so far. The staffs were friendly and knowledgeable, and able to communicate well in English. The room was clean, comfy and spacious with the facilities look very well-maintained.

- TOMOYUKI (10/5): - 非常に豪華なホテル。周りは食事や買い物する場所なく、20-30分くらい歩けばアクセスできます。朝食はもう少し種類あると良かったです。 清潔で静かなホテルでした
- osamu (10/5): - 京セラホテルの前の川は天降川ですが、江戸時代の島津義久により江夏友賢が舞鶴城の都市計画による付け替え工事の有った場所でソニー工場の方へ流れていた天降川を浜の市の方へ真直ぐ新川として付け替え工事を行った場所ですので、感慨深く思いました。

- Koichi (10/5): - 今回は近隣で仕事の会合を終えたあと、１０名（各個室）で宿泊させていただきました。事前に各宿泊者の情報をメールでやり取りしていただいたのでチェックインもスムースでした。また本館には温泉もあり疲れをいやすことができました。朝ごはんもとても豪華で感動しました。有難うございました。
