• David (4/5): It’s was good just the room was disappointing - Location to the beach and places to visit was convenient I stayed 3 nights, no maid service the floors in the room we covered in sand, we had 2 towels and coffee for 1 night, no maid service the AC was nice and cold they do have WiFi but none of our electronics were charging in the room we had to put them in our vehicle to charge them

• ERICAMICHE (9/5): - Room was big enough for myself, husband, 3 kiddos, and our dog. Pool was clean and peaceful. Super close to the beach. Ice machine and laundry available. Pet friendly saved us a headache with our dog. Woman at the office (I can not remember her name, sibling of the office guy who has been there for years) was absolutely amazing! Y'all have got an absolute gem of a person working at this place because she went more than above and beyond for my family! The bathroom was very small and there was zero water pressure. These things will NOT deter me from booking the great price, location, and staff at Aqua View in the future.

• Tony (8/5): Great place for on a budget - It was very clean and location isn't bad. 1 min walk to beach. We just needed for a night till our condo was ready and it was perfectly fine. Its a great budget option for those wanting a cheap beach trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Its had a makeover, but not really a remodel. Bathroom is tiny.

• Don (1/5): The room was VERY disappointing. - Nothing! Nothing matched the pictures on the internet. Commode was loose from floor. Shower curtain fell during husband’s shower. He had to fix the flush handle on commode. Key cards were aggravating to work. No security lock on main door. No smoke detectors. Need safety bars in shower.

It rained our last day and the walkway outside our room had standing water. We had to carry all our luggage sloshing through dirty water.

Nasty dirty rooms, floor and sheets full of sand. Horrible customer service if you get there after 5pm is a nightmare to get in your room. They don't have a decent barbecue room like they say they have. Is a lot of disgusting old grills full of cigarettes buts.

• Brittenee (1/5): Absolutely, disgusting and felt very unsafe ended up moving hotels. - The photos attached are how we walked into our room. Toilet was dirty and didn’t flush properly. Bodily fluid on the headboards. Stains all over the bedding( which also looked moldy). Enormous amount of sand on the floor, and in beds. Felt as if they didn’t clean the room at all. The extra latches for your own protection were ripped off. When mentioned to the property they responded horribly. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

• Kali (9/5): Would stay again! Small fixes would make this a perfect stay. - This is my 3rd time staying here in the last year. The location is great and is away from all the chaos further down the strip. It is a very short walk to the beach (basically on the beach without being on the beach) and the price is great! The staff is always really friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The pool is open all night which is a very cool perk although the water was too cold to stay in very long this time around (not the hotels fault). The beds had some mysterious small stains on them and we had issues with the washers and dryers (the hotel does not have responsibility of those). A lot of light comes in from the top of the curtains at night making it look like daytime all the time and making it hard to sleep.

The floor was gross and there wasn't a broom to sweep. The pillows were gross and we had go to the office to swap them out. There wasn't a decent chair to sit in and there wasn't any sort of table. We had a kitchenette. There should be a table. No dish towels, no paper towels, no hair dryer, no TP holder. We never turned on the heat/AC units because they were so full of dust. There is absolutely NO WAY this place should have a 7.4 rating. And...wait for the pictures. How can the mattress pass a health inspection?

Bathroom has black mold in shower, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, toilet paper holder was a rod sticking up. Towels and bedding was old and worn out. Heat and air condition made a noise. One night a drunk was very loud, I was afraid for our safety, which my granddaughter was with me, They should have paid me to stay there, it needs to be torn down, very old hotel that has not been updated in 20 years. I feel I was scammed by the pictures,nothing was like the pictures.
