- Anderson (7/5): Puzzled ???? - Location 1. My card was being charged before my check-in and I was informed when I was checking in they needed to see a credit card again? I checked in at 8:30PM and I was contacted earlirer while still traveling to make a payment by 9PM or the room was going to be cancelled, which was puzzling and threating to me. The policy stated check-in will be 3PM to12midnight. Call was made from 505-302-6666 2. I chose a room with 2-queen beds, but the beds seemed like double beds.

- 86breb (10/5): Great place! - We stayed here overnight and getting ready to leave. We looked for a hotel in a safer area of Albuquerque and this one came up a few times. We are extremely happy with this hotel. The staff is excellent. Had trouble with the TV turning on and the front desk lady was up here in no time and was very helpful and caring. Praylay runs a very fantastic breakfast room. The food was delicious and he's very kind and replaces items that have been taken almost immediately. No complaints about any of it. Our room is extremely clean and spacious enough for us. Two bedroom Queen, two chairs around the table which was big enough for the two of us and more if necessary. There is a luggage rack, microwave and little refrigerator. There are signs in the parking lot to make sure to take your valuables inside to be safe from theft. We had no issues at all. We left our bike on the back of the car rack and the back end was filled with our traveling items. Everything is fine this morning. No problems whatsoever. The hotel is very updated and very clean. Our room is 213 on the second floor, central back of the hotel, by the elevator and we heard absolutely no noise from the Interstate 25 or even inside the hotel. Extremely quiet. The air conditioner works great. No bugs and the bathroom is very clean. We will definitely stay here every year on our trip home.

- Danielle (10/5): Other than the pool issue it was nice. Room was very clean - So comfy and staff was so nice! Pool room was hot and small. Teenagers were rough housing in the pool with small children. When I said something to staff nothing was done until someone else had to say something. The next night a new group of guys where doing the same thing. So it made it difficult for my kids to swim.

- empathl (8/5): Recently renovated, but freeways are an issue - Even with great soundproofing, there's a fair bit of noise from the freeway. You can really feel the vibrations. I slept well until about 5:30 and then it got to be too much. The whole hotel is surrounded by freeway and so there's really no room that I would want to book if you're noise sensitive. Otherwise it was pretty nice. Its an older hotel with a very recent renovation, the renovation was well done in the rooms are pretty comfortable. Don't expect a lot of luxury, it's a roadside stop not a business hotel. Friendly service

Also, front desk person was very rude, only gave us one key because we booked room with Expedia instead directly with them.

I'm picky about pillows so I was pleased to actually have comfy pillows in my room. The pool is under construction so keep that in mind if you plan to stay with a pool.

After we checked in, we were told that the pool area was closed for renovation. When I told the girl at the front desk that we booked here because of the pool and hot tub, she insisted that it was on the website. It was neither on the website nor in the Hilton Honors app. The room is decent and new, but customer service was not great. We would not have booked here if we knew about the pool being closed. This ruined the night for us.

Every employee i encountered/passed by, greeted us and talked w us.....and not just me but the kids as well! The managers name was displayed everywhere, I clouding business cards (and a couple other employees). The facility is absolutely clean.....the lobby, dining area, bathrooms, gym, rooms, etc.! It was so refreshing to walk into every area and it looked and smelled clean! The breakfast was hot and fresh!.....potato wedges had a great seasoning! The beds were comfortable. My favorite of ALL was the pillows! They were incredible....fluffy...soft.....and options. They weren't all the same! I didn't wake up w a painful neck....first time ever in a hotel stay! No issues with bringing in my service dog either! This hotel doesnt hold back in being the best of the best! Thank you for a great stay!

- KristyM838 (8/5): Nice hotel; good location. - This is a decent property that seems to be recently refreshed or remodeled. There was a TON of room, but nowhere to put luggage or sit at a real table. There was a small round table that holds virtually nothing, so it wasn't very helpful. The management should have to stay in a room to understand how it will be used. Illogical, at best. P.F. Chang's was about a block away, and it was wonderful to be able to get out of the car and take a walk. There were at least 6 other food options within a walkable 2 blocks. The area was quite noisy, but we were not disturbed on the top floor facing south. Breakfast was well managed by the attendant who took his (very demanding) job seriously. Beware: The wi-fi was unreliable. Thankful we didn't have to work or make trip plans.

- Timothy (10/5): Great hotel - The hotel is around a nice area with a lot of choices for dining. The hotel was recently renovated and very nice. Our room was a very nice size and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in awhile. Definitely will stay again

- Jose (4/5): Everything was good just more training for Shirlene how to conduct herself with paying Hilton members that are traveling - Was centrally located clean comfortable. Property pool was closed and personal at front desk was not helpful and very unhappy. Shirlene told the crowd entering hotel to shut up because should couldn’t concentrate! Who does that I asked for a receipt for my record and she didn’t want to help me and sent security to follow me to my room as I forgot to leave a tip for house keeping as they were very helpful.
- Brandy (10/5): - The staff was wonderful. This property is in remodel, which we didn’t know. Couldn’t use the pool or jacuzzi, which was the most disappointing, as it was something we were looking forward to using.

- Geraldo (8/5): - Everything was in excellent standing. However, 2nd elevator wasn’t working.
- Pam (6/5): - When we 1st checked in the TV did not work. The front desk person came up and fixed that. Then the microwave didn't work maintenance came and fixed that. Rooms only get cleaned every other day. Pool and hot tub did not work. They only had 1 elevator working for a 5 story hotel. I would say that is a safety violation. Needlees to say pretty disappointed in the whole place.
- William (2/5): - we booked a king suite with sofa bed to sleep 4 people - instead, we got handicapped room with no sofa bed. no roll away beds, no pool lounge chairs available - nothing!! we suggested getting a sofa bed from storage - they don't have extra furniture - it was the last room in the hotel and only option was to get bedspreads and sleep on the floor!!! this is unacceptable -- maybe they should have booked us at another hotel -- we paid $374 for this -- are you kidding me - Hilton should refund the money and give a free night for compensation - we will see what they do.
- Dessire (7/5): Good - It was good, some more variations in the hot food would be nice. I was disappointed the pool was not open and we were not told.
- traveler5x (10/5): The staff is the best! Newly remodeled. - A pleasurable stay. Over the past 10 plus years, we have stayed at several other Hilton brand hotels in Albuquerque, New Mexico and this is my favorite. The rooms are always well maintained and clean. Whoever does the hiring is great at it because the staff is consistently courteous and helpful.
