WAS OBVIOUS HE DID NOT WANT TO ALLOW OUR ADA SERVICE ANIMAL (DOG) AND THAT WAS WHAT THE EHOLE PROBLEM WAS. THE HOUSE KEEPED HID IN THE RIGHT CORNER TO EDDIE AND KEPT LAUGHING AND SNICKERING, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE A CARD W MANAGMENT WORKING NUMBER. ONLY ALL WITH NON WORKING NUMBERS.

Felt we needed a little more welcoming greeting as we registered, but his service was good. All aspects of hotel was very clean, all except our bathtub was a bad site, looked like it had hard dark scum on the floor surface, we placed our hand towels to cover that to take our showers.

• Jennifer (10/5): A Definite Must Stay In A Great Location!!! - Our weekend stay was amazing. The hotel was super clean. The staff was friendly. It was comfortable and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. They had so many options for their buffet such as scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, hash browns, diced potatoes, refried beans, tortillas, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, etc!!! I will definitely be staying there again for our next visit. It's a perfect location if you're going to Kickapoo Casino as it was only 17-18 minutes away. There are so many places to eat and shop within a 1-mile radius including the mall.
