Jennifer (8/5): Excellent room, conditions for a road trip! - Great size room. Bed comfortable. Liked that there was laundry room available for use. Gym. Close to a few walkable food options. Room included fridge, stove top, microwave, table and chairs. Overall an excellent place to stay on a car trip. This is not luxury but a wonderful option on the road trip. Staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend for this form of travel. Commercial area so walkable options are limited.

Rogers (10/5): Excellent! - Good location, staff was amazing! Accommodated us late notice, provided extra cot and playpen. Excellent service. Room was spacious! Fit two queen beds, a cot and a playpen comfortably. Pillows were a little hard, but not terrible!

Lots of choices and common area for breakfast was clean and well stocked Beds were very hard and pillows were flat. Don’t know if it was because the bottom floors have not been redone or what. Stayed there two weeks early and the room on the second floor I had was night and day different than the one that we had last night

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The man at front desk was friendly The room smelled really bad. It smelled like sweaty people and made if feel very dirty. I bought essential oils and used in the room. The room was not very clean. The walls in bathroom were really bad. The blow dryer was broken and I told front desk but seemed unconcerned. The breakfast had super dry muffins but some of the other stuff looked ok. Coffee was good

Vanessa (1/5): J’aurais mieux dormi dans mon camion que dans cette chambre - Une personne était déjà couché dans notre lit et parlait au téléphone. Le lit était défait et malpropre (voir photo). J’ai cru me tromper de chambre mais l’homme est sorti comme si de rien n’était lorsque je lui ai dit que je pensais que c’était ma chambre. Est-ce un employé qui prenait une pause dans ma chambre? De plus, chaque fois qu’une personne utilisait l’eau dans l’établissement, le bruit que ça occasionnait est comme si quelqu’un utilisait notre propre douche.

I went to Walmart, picked up cleaning supplies and washed and sanitized the floors and bathroom and had a great stay thereafter.

The bathtub mechanical stopper would not stop water from draining out of the tub. The bathroom light would flicker and go out completely.

Verified traveler (10/5): Great town, very good stay - Great clean place, super modern. Staff was super courteous. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Great bed. A/C was a bit loud. Good lighting in the room. Quiet at night and (not sure if good or bad) but 24 h security. Nice area all around to walk your dog. Brandon city center is 10 minutes by car, worth to visit this pretty place, lots of good places to eat/drink.

Ron (8/5): Two night stay. - We had no hot water in our sink but the man at the reception desk came to our room and found the hot tap under the sink was turned off. There were scraps of paper on the floor of the elevator for hours before someone cleaned it up. The floors in our room were pealing and dated.

Traffic and loud voices in the hallways the entire night! Guest checking out the evening I was checking in left due to bugs found in her bed. Avoid this one!!!!
