• Caetano (7/5): The host is super welcoming and sweet, but the property is not ideal for children under 10. - The host is lovely, breakfast was nicely done and the location is good. The house was in good condition. Because it is a horse farm, children have to be contained all the time - they are not encourage to go outside and explore and were asked not to interact with the horses (apart from watching them); this should be mentioned upon booking. There is no functioning wifi in the rooms if you need internet to work. The host was accommodating but it is not an ideal situations I wish the kitchen in general and its utensils would have been properly cleaned.

• Ramzi (10/5): Beautiful - Amazing walk around the place. Very homey feeling. Breakfast was so delicious. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Guest rooms were spread out and area was quiet. No smell of horses. Place is clean inside and outside. The lady provided some crayons and coloring paper for our little one over breakfast! We wished we stayed more! It is the right place for a vacation away from the city. Highly recommend! Nothing

• Anne (8/5): Wonderfully relaxing and peaceful - Very cosy and lovely. The hostess is wonderfull and you feel very welcome. The perfect place to recharge - especially if you enjoy quiet, nature and horses! Breakfast was very nice and the coffee was delicious!

• Enrico (9/5): Superb - Nice place with nice people. Breakfast is ok, room large and clean. Location in the middle of the country make a green place to live but a bit difficult to arrive in the last 2 kms.

• Laure (10/5): Hôtel de charme pour une escapade milanaise. - La propriétaire de l'hôtel est très accueillante et parle très bien français. les chambres sont décorées avec goût et le petit déjeuner est délicieux. l'hôtel est très joli et les chevaux pas du tout gênant que se soit en terme de bruit et d'odeur. nous étions vraiment à la campagne sans en avoir les inconvénients. je recommande vivement pour une escapade à Milan à a peine 30 min en voiture.

• Lilly (8/5): Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage - Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Der Hof liegt sehr abgelegen und ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vom Frühstück haben wir jedoch etwas mehr erwartet. Es war zwar sehr lecker und alles frisch, jedoch hatten wir erwartet mehr regionale Produkte erwartet.

• LOIC (10/5): La campagne a deux pas de Milan - Escapade milanaise. 2 nuits passés dans ce contexte Agriturismo. Calme, de grands prés, des chevaux magnifiques, un bon accueil, des chambres de la taille d'un studio, bref le bonheur pour celles et ceux qui recherchent romantisme, le bruit des oiseaux et un petit déjeuner humain loin des hôtels et leurs buffets continentaux. Propriétaires charmants. A noter une prise électrique pour Tesla! Je le recommanderai dans mon entourage car campagne ne veut pas dire éloignement, Milan étant à 20 minutes, l'autoroute A4 étant à quelques minutes.

• Per (10/5): Fantastiskt trevligt B&B! - Väldigt trevligt hotel! Fantastisk lägenhet och trevlig personal. Kunde också checka in 3 timmar före utsatt tid. Enda negativa är att det låg lite avsides från allt annat samt att det inte gick att äta på hotellet (utöver frukost). Rekommenderas dock varmt för alla som funderar på om det är värt ett besök!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful and serene, yet not so far from Milan. - With beautiful and peaceful surroundings, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable, while being just outside of Milan. The horse ranch is well- maintained and accommodations spacious, equipped and comfortable. The town of Arluno was near by, and we were able to reach Milan centre in 30 mins. Hosts were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was beautifully displayed. We highly recommend it and hope to be back.
• Dissatisfied (2/5): Bug-city - Ok, so it's the country, fine. You can deal with a few bugs.....a few. We walked into their most expensive room, weren't helped with the luggage up the flight of stairs (we had 3 adults, one toddler and one infant)....ok fine, I can deal with that. Entry to the room seemed nice - big apartment with a full kitchen, fireplace, kitchen, living room, bathroom, two large bedrooms, but as we walked around a bit, we saw some large insects that I have not seen before throughout the kitchen and window areas - again, ok fine it's the country, we get it, but then as we looked they were everywhere! After counting approximately 40 individual insects scattered throughout the kitchen, dining room, living room, AND BEDROOMS, we decided to leave. Believe me, there were more... We carried all the luggage back down the stairs to the car. Explained the situation and how it was completely unacceptable to have this many insects scattered throughout the apartment - it looked as if it hadn't been inhabited or cleaned in weeks. We left, and told them this is unacceptable and had to find another hotel as the sun was setting heading into the evening - luckily we did. Three weeks later I am getting an email back about how they are sorry I had a poor experience and have to charge me for a percentage of the room regardless. Are you kidding me? The room was in conditions that are completely unacceptable for hotel guests and we refused to stay. They are out of their minds if they think I'm paying

The family was very helpful with suggestions for dinner in town and directions to the train station to get to Milan. Breakfast was one of the freshest we had on our visit to Italy. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great place! - We spent a long week end at this farm and it was a great experience! The room was spacious, clean and in original decor. The farm is very authentic, our 2yr old loved the horses, chickens and dogs. While full of animals, the place is calm and kept in order. Breakfast buffet has lots of tasty things and we were always given kind advice from the friendly staff. Hilton, Mariott & co: send your trainees here to learn customer centricity!!!
