- Lukasz (5/5): Insgesamt haben wir uns dort leider nicht wohlgefühlt und hatten keine schöne Zeit. - Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit – wirklich ein großer Pluspunkt dieses Hotels. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend und für italienische Verhältnisse absolute Premiumklasse. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, direkt in der Nähe des Schiefen Turms von Pisa und somit ideal für Besichtigungen. Leider entsprach das Zimmer überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir hatten eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht, tatsächlich war es aber eher ein einfaches Familienzimmer. Im ‚Kinderzimmer’ stand lediglich ein Doppelbett, getrennt nur durch eine Glasschiebetür, die sich nicht richtig schließen ließ. Auch das Badezimmer war nur vom ersten Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich und ebenfalls nur mit einer schlecht schließenden Schiebetür getrennt. Dadurch gab es kaum Privatsphäre. Zusätzlich lag der Eingang ins Bad direkt neben dem Bett. Das Zimmer war teilweise dreckig (siehe Fotos) und insgesamt wirkte das Hotel alt, abgewohnt und nicht richtig renoviert. Auch der Föhn war sehr schlecht – eher wie ein einfacher Schwimmbad-Föhn und absolut nicht das, was man in einem Viersternehotel erwarten würde. Durch die stark befahrene Straße vor dem Hotel war es zudem extrem laut, sodass wir schlecht geschlafen haben. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort leider nicht wohlgefühlt und hatten keine schöne Zeit.

- Laure (7/5): Pour 1 nuit c'était très bien - La localisation de l'hôtel proche de la Tour de Pise est très pratique. Tout se fait s'en problème à pied. Notre chambre était collée à la réception et donnait sur la rue très passante. De ce fait le bruit a été gènant notamment avec des enfants.

Heizung kann man selbst nicht regulieren… Empfang meinte, dass der April ungewöhnlich warm ist und sie zum Sonntag keinen Techniker bestellen kann… —> die Heizung lief also weiter, die Fenster standen Tag und Nacht offen, an schlafen war nicht zu denken, da heiß, hell (da Fenster offen stehen mussten) und laut von der Straße her… eigentlich bucht man ja ein Hotel zum schlafen.. Personal (etwas pampig) hatte uns 1 (!) kleinen Tischventilator angeboten, keine Preisminderung oder ähnliches

Due pecche: il termosifone del bagno seppure non funzionante perdeva acqua e in serata la temperatura si è abbassata ho chiamato per sapere come attivare aria calda ma non era possibile, al massimo mi potevano portare una coperta in più, ma non ne avevo bisogno perché non era freddo una volta entrato nel letto ma fuori dal letto. Per il resto, stanza molto bella e soprattutto molto pulita, staff gentile e colazione all'altezza della location

- Jennifer (10/5): Beautiful stay in Pisa - Clean, well presented property, good sized rooms with character and nice facilities. Beds were comfy and clean and the terrace was lovely to sit out on in the evening. Property is central, only a few minutes walk to the Leaning Tower, Pisa Cathedral and Piazza del Duomo as well as bars, restaurants, markets and shops. There is also a room we were able to store luggage and freshen up with an early arrival allowing us time to explore the area. Lots of steps which can be awkward with large suitcases

- Sarah (10/5): Attentive staff, incredible view and high quality room - The staff were excellent, incredibly helpful both in the lead up to our stay and whilst we were there. Giving advice via WhatsApp before arrival about train strikes and offering solutions etc., The room was beautiful and had a fantastic view! Also the bed and pillow were excellent quality allowing for a fantastic nights sleep! More choice at breakfast in terms of food options. The coffee was excellent and the member of staff servicing was so sweet that they even put our coffees in takeaway cups when our taxi arrived.

- Gunnar (7/5): - Nice staff, optimal location and great to have protected parking behind the hotel. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good. This is a small family hotel so obviously don’t expect gym, room service etc, still clean and well kept. Lack of elevator combined with our choice of top floor room, we were advised in advance so mostly our own fault. The view from our small room windows was somewhat restricted by some kind of net or mesh, not sure why but it is what it is. No big deal.
