sergeyk147 (10/5): December experience - And a very positive one! Actually, we're frequent guests at this hotel, and it never disappointed us. That stay was not an exception. We were granted the room we booked, enjoyed a simple but yummy dinner at their restaurant, and spent a calm night in the comfortable beds. Yes, their parking is a tad small, but there's an effective alternative behind the building, albeit not for free (but just for RUR 400 ≈ USD 4 per night!). An Armenian church is situated there, its fenced territory is quite spacious, and a hospitable easy-to-deal-with guard would be ready to look after your vehicle for that ridiculous fee. He doesn't speak any language except for Russian and Armenian, however.
sergeyk147 (10/5): This time it was in April - On our way from Moscow down to Sochi. Everything was OK - our room, our dinner, our sleep. This is really a place to stay. A great three-star property. The only snag is their ССТV-equipped parking - too small and therefore often fully-packed. There are some alternatives nearby but those are unguarded.
sergeyk147 (10/5): We are frequent guests there - This time around it was November. We drove from the Black Sea coast back to Moscow. I did call them up in advance but, frankly speaking, there was no need to do this - it was low season plus a weekend day so their occupancy rate was not high. Girls at the reception were friendly and professional - as usual. We got the room we always stay at, it was comfortable and clean. We had great rest at night and enjoyed their open buffet breakfast - modest but well thought out. Their dinner options were nice as well. This is not my first review and I can't but repeat - it's an excellent three-star facility. Bearing this in mind - recommended (but take into account that their own parking lot is pretty modest).

On top of that the bed was too hard and not a good quality although the pillows were good. Since sleep and a shower are the most basic conditions for a good stay it was not good. They also did not have Prosecco in the bar while it was on the menu

Sergey (10/5): Рекомендуем! - Не первый раз останавливаемся в этой гостинице. Все нормально и комфортно. В этот раз пока ходили в зоопарк не хватило места на парковке. Но оказалась новая «Парковка» между церковью и отелем 200₽ за ночь (без происшествий).

Комфортно, удобно, хорошее обслуживание, полноценные качественные завтраки, чистый номер и чистое удобное постельное белье и кровать, полноценное дополнительное удобное место : ребенок наш 16 лет высокого роста отлично выспался! Рекомендую!

Tanina (10/5): A pleasant surprise - Before we checked in I haven't expected anything positive as I read very bad reviews on breakfast. Nothing like that! The room was very good. Despite the fact that it is situated near the rail road ways NO noise whatsoever with closed windows! The room was cleaned every day. Despite the negative reviews the buffet breakfast was excellent! With wide choice of local food and quite good coffee. We've also pre-paid dinners there, which were tasty.

sergeyk147 (10/5): They introduced a new menu! - We've stayed in this nice hotel about ten times and really love it there. This time, due to covid hysteria, I decided to get in touch with them in advance and never regretted this. They meticulously briefed me on the situation, lockdown details both in the city and the region and even gave some forecast as to when this madness was about to be over. So our stay was pleasant and positive - as always. They rearranged their menu which became much more appealing. Try their shrimps in sweet soybean souce - marvellous! Thank you very much indeed, guys! Will come to you once again for sure.
Hamm14 (8/5): Very good hotel in the center of Voronezh - The Hampton hotel of Voronezh is located in the center of the city. The room was very nice, clean, perfectly equipped and very quiet during the night. The breakfast buffet was good and proposed a nice choice of delicatessen and Russian specialties. The staff was very efficient, welcoming and spoke very well English. For me, it is really a very good address in the city.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Gute Zimmer, Zimmerausstattung gut, sogar Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen waren dabei. Nur Kleinigkeiten fehlten: bei den Getränken bitte noch Kaffeesahne anbieten und im Bad haben die Papiertücher gefhelt ( was schon sogar in billigen HOtels ein Standard ist). Super im Bad: Haartrockner, Bodylotion, Spüllung!!!! Sonst alles Super im Zimmer. Frühstück ok, aber nicht mehr. Bitte die kleinen Plastiklöfel ersetzten, das ist kein Standard für Hilton Hotels, das gibts sogar im Flugzeug nicht:) Personal am Reception sehr freundlich!!

W7946AG_ (8/5): Трёшка" как "трёшка", пусть даже и "Хилтон". A three-star facility as one woud expect, from Hilton as well. - Мы останавливаемся в этом отеле каждый раз, когда едем с юга в Москву, а это происходит два-три раза в год. Мы путешествуем довольно много, и по стране, и за рубеж, и я уверенно могу сказать, что это типичный трёхзвёздочник. Кому-то завтрак нравится, кому-то - нет, но его "богатство" или "ущербность" - стандарт; не принесли тапочки в номер, позвоните на рисепшн - принесут; "бедный" ужин - тоже стандарт, дорогой - дело кошелька, невкусный - вопрос вкуса и т.д. Я их не оправдываю, просто иные, услышав "Хилтон", ожидают что-то супер-пупер, а получают "Хэмптон" (пусть и by Hilton). Весьма характерны отзывы иностранцев: они в среднем намного лучше, чем россияне, разбираются в нюансах всех этих стандартов, сталкиваются с ожидаемым, вот в основном и хвалят. Так что для "трёшки" ставлю "пятёрку" с минусом - из-за действительно маленькой парковки (но охраняемой - там видеокамера есть!) да и вправду ограниченного вечернего меню. Но кухня работает до половины второго ночи - неправда, что до полуночи. We stay at this hotel every time when we drive from the south up to Moscow and it happens two or three times a year. We're frequent travellers, I'd even say globe-trotters, so to me it's obvious that it's just a typical three-star thingy - neither more nor less. Some might like their breakfast, others might not but its "lavishness" or "paucity" represent a standard. If a pair of slippers is missing call the reception and it'll be fetched. "Poor" dinner? - Tastes differ. "Too expensive"? - It depends upon your wallet. "Not yummy"? - Others think differently. Etc. I do not try to whitewash them - it's a global three-star fenomenon. Some people, through, having heard a magic brand name expect some fancy stuff but get Hampton - even if by Hilton. It's very characteristic that foreigners who are on average acquainted with all these brand peculiarities better than Russians give to this facility higher remarks. They just get what they thought they would get, as simple as that! So my rating for this hotel is excellent with a minus - due to really insufficient parking space (but they guard it - a CCTV's in place!) plus a truly limited dinner choice. But, again, their kitchen is open till half past one and not till midnight, as one of the reviews claim.

rrrrustyman (6/5): Nice Hampton/HILTON with flaws - PROS: Amazing and helpful staff. Many photocopies needed for presentation— all provided promptly at no charge. Nice decor and tasty if limited breakfast buffet. Pleasantly surprised and pleased! CONS: Two crucial flaws of construction and furnishings that resulted in poor sleep - 1) on freezing cold January night the master control will not allow room temperature below 23.5 Celsius. . Resulting in over hot room. Even with wall control turned off and window open and no covers - still too hot for sleep. Requested simple table fan could not be provided. 2) extra firm mattress was uncomfortable- not conducive to restful sleep. Unfortunate this lovely newish hotel with superb staff does not provide bedding and air comfort for a decent night’s sleep. Will try another choice next visit to Voronezh.

IVAN (10/5): Хороший сетевой бизнес-отель - Хороший сетевой бизнес-отель, гарантирующий высокий уровень сервиса. Номера светлые, чистые, стильные и современные, кровати очень удобные с хорошим матрасом, частая ванная. Приветливый персонал и вкусный полноценный завтрак, есть всё необходимое. Единственный недостаток - кофе в составе завтрака. Поэтому заказывали в баре отдельно.

EDUARD (8/5): осадочек остался - С коллегой накануне заказали завтрак в дорогу по причине раннего выезда на следующий день, в итоге остались без него но с извинениями,уберите эту услугу все равно не работает. Дело не в бутерброде а в отношении. Тебе рады пока ты не заплатил за проживание, оплата прошла клиент - до лампочки. Был постоянным клиентом этого отеля в течение 2х лет.

Sergey (10/5): Отличный отель! - Отличный отель по всем критериям: грамотный персонал, хороший завтрак с горячими блюдами - вкусно, вполне достойный ужин (хорошее разливное пиво), замечательное оснащение номеров (кстати рекомендую номер Studio - просторный) и конечно - удобное расположение отеля.
Dietmar W. (4/5): Dienstlich in der russischen Provinz - Das Hotel liegt etwas am Rande des Zentrums der Millionenstadt Woronesh, allerdings sehr verkehrsgünstig. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, großzügig, sauber und für die Bedürfnisse des Informationszeitalters gerüstet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, Wünsche, soweit machbar, werden unkompliziert erledigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Ich persönlich mag es nicht so sehr, wenn Frühstücksbereich, Bar und Hotelvestibül einen Raum bilden bzw. ineinander übergehen. Ok, aber das ist auszuhalten.
VALENTIN (10/5): - Остановились на отдых на одну ночь. Все было очень хорошо. Понравилось, то что завтраки с 6.00. Отдохнули, позавтракали и рано отправились в дорогу. Супруга сказала, что это первая гостиница где две подушки. Она была приятно удивлена и выражает вам большую благодарность за это.

IVAN (10/5): Чудесные новогодние каникулы - Провели чудесные рождественские каникулы в Воронеже. Приехали посмотреть город,встретиться с друзьями и сходить на день Рожления к старой знакомой. Остановились в Хилтоне. Привлекла новизна отеля и классический европейский сервис. Остались очень довольными! Уют,чистота,улыбки персонала. Номер взяли студио-кинг сайз бед. Новый чистый очень удобный. В номере было все от крема для тела,до хорошего утюга с доской. Принадлежности в ванной на 5+( мал минус не было щеток) номер чистый без посторонних запахов-для меня это очень важно. Прекрасные горячие завтраки! Сырники со сметаной,сухофрукты,йогурты,печенья. Каши,рис,сосиски,бекон,овощи...не верьте плохим отзывам о завтраках!!!! Чудесный отель-обязательно остановлюсь в нем весной!
Igor (10/5): Хилтон, но с местным колоритом! - Отель очень хороший! Обслуживание на высоте! Единственная проблема этого отеля это завтраки, они конечно хромают и очень сильно. Но в целом отель хороший. Был в спорт зале - зал маленький, тренажеров мало. На ресепшене ни о спорт зале ни о wi-fi не предупредили!

Цена соответствует качеству, особенно если бронировать через брокера - Утром хороший завтрак, меня интересует каша, а она присутствовала. - Близко от Арбитражного суда, а так как утром утром в Воронеже пробки, то выбор отеля был связан с близостью к Арбитражному суду - 5 минут пешком Минус один -очень плохой ресторан, не советую обедать или ужинать.
