- Guillermo Antonio Uribe (8/5): Podría ser mucho mejor - La habitación muy amplia, muy cómoda y el colchón excelente. La caja fuerte, tuvimos que llamar todos los días para que vinieran a desbloquear, la ducha no se podía ajustar y el agua se salia mojando todo el baño en forma peligrosa. Solicitamos que vinieran a arreglarla y no lo hicieron.

El personal de recepcion deja mucho que desear, intentaron hacerme creer que mi reserva no tenia desayuno incluido, lo cual me parecio de muy mal gusto, por no utilizar otras palabras. la infraestructura de la recepcion esta muy deteriorada.

- Cesar (5/5): Despúes del mal rato, el hotel no estuvo mal pero no justifica la tarifa pagada - Llegamos al hotel, fuimos a recepción, dimos los datos de la reserva y nos ubicaron en una habitación con una sola cama KING y no con DOS CAMAS DOBLES como habíamos contratado a través de Booking. Yo viajé en familia con 2 hijos y mi esposa. Tuve que discutir con la Jefe de Counter para que me cambiaran de habitación y esperar 1 hora. Terrible. La reserva la hicimos en noviembre 2025 y al momento de llegar nos reciben con este problema....

La gente de limpieza MUY amable también, la gente de recepción, salvo la que me hizo el check in, muy bueno también. Las habitaciones son lindas y cómodas, las camas King impecables. Me pareció caro, comparado con el Sheraton Grand Panamá, del que venía de una estadía inmediatamente anterior. Realmente me arrepentí de cambiar, y me equivoqué en términos monetarios. El gimnasio FLOJO, con respecto al Sheraton y si bien la gente de recepción es muy amable y receptiva, pero la primera que me hizo el check in, hizo algunas macanas con los vouchers, que espero no genere problemas más adelante con la tarjeta de crédito utilizada. Medio “berreta” obligar a poner un “crédito” para consumos en el hotel (¿?) ya que en la mayoría uno FIRMA, y paga al check out. Lo otro que me parece berreta también, es el cobro de las páginas a imprimir si son más de 5 (¿??). Muchachos, si intentan ser un hotel internacional, esto es de cuarta. Nadie va a mandar imprimir un libro y limitar a 5 paginas (¿?). En fin…

Desde el concierge, pasando por el personal de limpieza, y los técnicos que atienden fallas en el funcionamiento de equipos en la habitación, todos tienen la mejor disposición para resolver situaciones inesperadas. Olor de las habitaciones y el lobby, deterioro de las instalaciones, falta de mantenimiento de los aires acondicionados, personal de limpieza no entrenado correctamente para limpieza de habitaciones, área del comedor y desayuno no muy agradable.

- Katherine (1/5): No tan bien. - Buena habitación. Se incendió el baño por una plancha de cabello que explotó, no me llevaron a un hospital ni me guiaron, estaban más preocupados por sus instalaciones que por mi vida. La alarma de incendio nunca se activó y menos los rociadores, peligro.
