• Jairo (6/5): Not too bad, but it could easily be better.. - THE GOOD: 1. Its location, just a few blocks from a metro station and London's largest shopping mall. 2. A quiet area with markets nearby. 3. The friendliness of the receptionist on duty the day of my check-in (April 28, 2026) and check-out (May 5); his name is unpronounceable to me (something like Jam...). 4. A coffee maker and small fridge in every room. 5. Wi-Fi: OK. 6. Wall-mounted fan (there is no AC). THE BAD: 1. Daily room cleaning is adequate, but they did NOT change the bed sheets during the 7 days I stayed there. 2. Old buildings, small rooms, wooden stairs and floors—noises and the sound of doors closing in other rooms are easily heard. THE UGLY: The receptionist and an older gentleman (the manager?) are present in the office. The manager tends to have long, loud phone conversations with his family—both in the morning and the afternoon. His loud, shouting tone can be heard in all the rooms on the first floor, causing a disturbance to guests. CONCLUSION: A 3-star hotel I would consider returning to, provided they address the cleaning issue and the manager's conversations. THE UGLY: The receptionist and an older gentleman (the manager?) are present in the office. The manager tends to have long, loud phone conversations with his family—both in the morning and the afternoon. His loud, shouting tone can be heard in all the rooms on the first floor, causing a disturbance to guests.

• Harry (9/5): Great location , excellent value clean and comfortable hotel for a week working in west London. - Perfect location for working in Shepherd’s Bush. So many places to eat for all budgets within walking distance and excellent transport network in your doorstep. Everything you need for a good nights sleep decent compact bathroom with good shower , fridge, tv with plenty of channels comfy beds. Will book again if working in same area . Great price for the area too.
• Ralf (9/5): Comfortable and clean - Decent size room with comfortable bed. Good shower. I was told that check-in is at the Perl hotel, which I than also stayed at. Just be prepared for lots of stairs, as there is no lift. Like a lot of places, there is enough space to hang your clothes but non to put your underwear socks or t-shirts. It also would be nice to be able to hang your towel somewhere, ideally in the bathroom.

Але там було зайнято тому нас заселили в готелі де забирали ключі. Сказали що нам дали гарний номер. А саме про цей номер нічого не можу сказати)

Il manque de la propreté dans la chambre, le bruit des chambres voisines et de la route (l'isolation phonique est inexistante).

• Liviu (8/5): Good location and staff but poor parking space. - Nice house and nice location and good friendly staff. You have to pay for parking BUT just for 90 min per day! Very disappointing since you are supposed to move your car from one area to another. every 90 minutes - horrible! A bit noisy, depending who is in the room next to you.

• Nikolai (2/5): bad standard, but probably some of the better you can get for cheaper price in london - Great area, easy to get to centre of london with bus and tube connections, good restaurants nearby, close to westfield shopping mall. Toilet seat loose, sink pedestal loose, some black mold in shower and window, bad ventilation, gap under door that lets in light from hallway, paint loose on the wall. Looked better on the pictures. Would not call this a hotel, but the room is possible to sleep in for a couple of nights.

• Marietta (4/5): - A szállás kinézete, klasszik angol stílus volt, ez nagyon tetszett. A másik szobába hajnalig buliztak, állandóan hangoskodtak kiabáltak. Az egyik este hajnalban egy férfi, és egy nő üvöltve veszekedett. Pihenni mentünk, de egy percet sem tudtunk. Kellemetlen volt.

Barely any space to move in the shower/toilet. Water leaking through Ceiling from upstairs, cut out all the electrics then no feedback from hotel!!
