Petit déjeuner au top même si pas localisé dans l’immeuble et pas très bien expliqué. Un peu bruyant car le quartier est en travaux et quelques chiens. Un peu éloigné du centre-ville.

• Julia (9/5): - Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Wir wurden zuverlässig und super freundlich vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder zurück gebracht an unserem Abreisetag. Alle Menschen die dort gearbeitet haben waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend um Kochen zu können. Die Lage war ein bischen außerhalb aber zum Strand ist es nicht weit und zum Einkaufen und für Essengehen findet man in der Nähe immer etwas. Wir waren viel zu Fuß unterwegs, was kein Problem war.

• Femke (7/5): - Fijne locatie in Praia om te verblijven. Het bed is geweldig. De airco's doen het top. Het ontbijt is bij een cafe vlakbij (deze is op zondag dicht, maar er werd geregeld dat we ergens anders konden ontbijten). De accomodatie is iets verouderd, maar dat zijn details.
• Charlotte (7/5): Clean and practical place, not too far from the beach - The airport shuttle and chack-in in the middle of the night was arranged nicely and the staff was very nice The location isn't in the liveliest neighbourhood of Praia but near the ocean and still walkable distance from the first beach.

• Ales (8/5): Krásný apartmán s kuchňkou ale bez nádobí - Krásný opravdu velký apartmán, vše nové, čisté. V apartmánu je velká nová kuchňská linka (sporák a trouba), ale není tam žádné nádobí, jen 1 malý hrnec. Chybí i rychlovarná konvice. Ve 4-lůžkovém apartmánu jen 2 hrníčky. Kuchyňská linka je prostě úplně prázdná, nic v ní není. S žádným vařením nepočítejte.

Pas du tout équipé pour cuisiner. Pas de cafetière. Pas d'ettandage pour le linge. Petit dej il fallait aller dans la pâtisserie en face de l'hôtel on nous à même pas dit où il fallait aller on a dû appelé le réceptionniste. Le dimanche pâtisserie fermé pas prévenu on c'est débrouillé par nous même. Petit dej pas formidables c'était des formules pas trop de choix. Très déçu.

• SANDRA (6/5): Je choisirai un autre logement la prochaine fois - Douche 🚿 super avec pression et spacieuse Les fenêtres étaient opaques on ne pouvait pas voir la vue extérieure d’où l’impression « d’être en boîte »… emplacement prêt de la plage … ??? On la cherche encore …et ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner proposé il ne vaut pas le coup … et pire le 2 eme jour on arrive à 8h45 sachant qu’il est proposé de 8h à 10h il n’y avait plus rien… et on nous a répondu que désolée il n’y a plus rien tôt…😡

• Peter (7/5): O.K. Aber nicht wirklich gut. - Das Frühstück war am Wochenende in einem Restaurant nebenan. Es war gut, alles was man sich wünscht, das Personal war freundlich. Kein Aufzug, mühselig, das Gepäck in den 2. Stock zu schleppen. Der versprochene Meerblick war nicht vorhanden. Die Rezeption war bei unserer Abreise nicht besetzt. Wir hatten am Vortag schon die Rechnung bezahlt, insofern war das kein großes Problem, allerdings hätten man sich eine Hilfe beim Schleppen des Gepäcks gewünscht. Das sollte in einem naheliegenden Hotel sein, das haben wir nicht finden können.

• Brigitta (10/5): Fantastic clean apartment in a quiet district, close to beach and the old city center. - Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach.

• Ma & Ca (7/5): - Die Lage war top. Grosse Wohnung und bequeme Betten. Frühstück, zwar nicht im Haus aber quer gegenüber und sehr günstig und lecker. Restaurants in der Nähe. Seeeehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Die "Küche" eher minimalistisch. Wer glaubt hier tatsächlich kochen zu können, darf keine hohen Ansprüche haben. Vielleicht mal ein Spiegelei... Kaffeemaschine oder ähnliches sind auch nicht vorhanden!! Die Sauberkeit war, sagen wir mal, Ok, wenn man nicht genau hinkukt. Eine Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon wäre toll. Uns wurde der Airport Shuttle angeboten, zu einem " angeblich" kleinen Aufpreis. Auf unsere Frage an den Rezeptionisten nach dem Preis wurde auch immer nur von der Bezahlung eines "Tip" geredet. Schlussendlich haben wir dann teurer bezahlt als mit dem herkömmlichen Taxi!! (Von Taxifahrern bestätigt!!) Sogar das Doppelte, plus "Tip" Was aber, bei unserer Reklamation, alles abgestritten wurde! Schade
• Michèle (8/5): - Gentillesse de Johnny et Roy. Souplesse car à cause d'annulations de vols nous avons dû réduire notre séjour à 3 nuits. Convient poir court séjour. Appartement trés sombre. Vaisselle minimaliste le balcon donne sur une piste poussiéreuse.
• Angela (9/5): Sehr gern wieder, Dankeschön für diese prima Erfahrung. - Die Lage des Objekts ist super, man kann zur Innenstadt und zum Strand laufen (ist aber nicht gleich um die Ecke). Es gibt Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nach anfänglichen Verständigungsschwierigkeiten hat auch unsere Frühstücksbestellung geklappt und alles dort war sehr appetitlich und lecker. Alles, also Wohn-, Schlaf- und Sanitärbereich sind wirklich sauber gewesen. Vielleicht trug der kleine, von uns für die Zimmerfrauen hinterlegte finanzielle Obolus, dazu bei ;-) Johnny hat unserem Aufenthalt sozusagen die Krone aufgesetzt. Er ist supernett und hilfsbereit. So sorgte er dafür, dass unsere kaputte Dusche umgehend repariert wurde und half uns beim Geldtausch und bei der Anmietung eines Autos. Der kostenpflichtige Transfer vom und zum Flughafen klappte auch perfekt. Dankeschön für den gesamten großartigen Service. Man sollte sich bewusst machen, dass man in Afrika ist und sich emotional auf die dortigen Standards einstellen. Mit europäischen Maßstäben im Kopf wird man enttäuscht werden.

Poca disponibilidad de personal en la recepcion. La opcion de desayuno es fuera del apartahotel y no corresponde con el precio indicado.

Zaproponowano nam transfer z lotniska i na lotnisko, dostaliśmy fantastyczne rady w zakresie wypożyczenia auta, atrakcji wartych odwiedzenia i jedzenia godnego polecenia. Bardzo polecamy!

• Patrick (7/5): Guter Aufenthalt in Praia in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft - Der Gastgeber war sehr nett. Das Frühstück nebenan war ok. Die Lage war ruhig aber etwas weit vom Schuss entfernt. Zimmer waren groß und ordentlich. Das Apartment lag in einem Apartment-Hotel. Alles war sehr unpersönlich. Die Einrichtung war lieblos aber funktional. Aufhalten wollte man sich nicht. Aber ganz klar hat es seinen Zweck erfüllt.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very enjoyable. The location was convenient and peaceful. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, always willing to assist whenever needed, which made a big difference. Overall, everything was well organised and met my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing holiday experience. I would be happy to stay here again. Overall, the stay was pleasant; however, the kitchen could be better equipped. There were limited cooking utensils available, and having food storage containers, extra plates, additional cutlery, and a toaster would have made meal preparation more convenient. These are minor suggestions, but they would greatly improve guest comfort and overall experience, especially during longer stays.

ATTENTION LA PIÈCE PRINCIPALE EST TRÈS SOMBRE : il y a seulement une petite fenêtre qui donne sur un puits de lumière Accueil mitigé On nous a fait attendre lors de notre arrivée sans seulement s'excuser. Pour le taxi pour l'aéroport le gérant se prend une sacrée marge.. C'est la première fois au cap vert depuis un mois de séjour que nous avons un si mauvais ressenti

Il manque des ustensiles dans la cuisine, éventuellement un porte manteau à l’entrée et une console. Durant nos 3 nuits, nous avons très régulièrement été réveillé par un chien voisin qui passe son temps à aboyer.
