- Mike (7/5): Good location, hotel fine but not as good as expected. Breakfast was fine, eggs were gone before we - Location is good for the old town but area/street is not the best. Lots of graffiti on buildings and generally a feeling that it is not as nice as the old town. Reason i chose this hotel was the free parking advertised. The streets around the hotel do have free parking as advertised, but we had to drive around the narrow streets for a while to find a spot. Hotel is fine once inside the big front door. Room was a good size on the top floor - lift available but a good few steps if walking. Bed fine, shower great but a really dangerous towel rail was fitted to the wall outside the bathroom door and the frame of this was at head height so quite easy to walk into. Roof top terrace is a nice option but the bar up there not open.

- Theo (10/5): Lage, Komfort, Service und Freundlichkeit 1A! - Die Vorbereitung über WhatsApp war sehr gut (keine permanent besetzte Concierge) das Parken vor Ort über zwei Tage völlig problemlos und kostenfrei. Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer (irrtümlich für jeweils nur eine Person) gebucht und haben daher bei der Anreise kleine Zimmer mit wenig Licht bekommen. Nachdem wir erklärt hatten, dass wir ein größeres Zimmer (auch gegen Aufpreis) wollen hat uns die sehr freundliche und kompetente Eigentümerin sofort eine sehr große und komfortable Suite für zwei Nächte und für das zweite Zimmer für eine Nacht (war nicht für zwei Nächte verfügbar) angeboten - jeweils ohne Aufpreis! Sehr gut und reichlich auch das Frühstück. Die Unterkunft liegt wenige hundert Meter vom historischen Zentrum von Lecce entfernt in einer ruhigen Umgebung.

L’endroit est charmant, à cinq minutes de l’entrée de la vieille ville. Le petit déjeuner excellent. La salle de bain est un peu spartiate et manque d’éclairage. C’est le seul point “négatif “.

El hotel tiene mucho encanto, está muy cuidada la decoración y todo es bonito y agradable Llegamos a las 13:00 horas y hasta las 16:00 horas no había nadie ni cogían el teléfono ni nadie atendió. En la página web no se advierte de forma clara de los horarios, cuando lo dijimos casi se enfadó con nosotros por llegar antes de las 16:00 horas. luego, por fortuna, estuvo más amable, pero el recibimiento fue bastante brusco. Que no haya nadie en recepción durante gran parte del día y toda la noche genera cierta inseguridad por si pierdes las llaves o ante cualquier situación en la que necesites ayuda.

- Roberta (9/5): Posizione comodissima e staff gentilissimo - La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza: ottima, con molti parcheggi gratuiti disponibili lungo la strada e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Lecce, comodissima per visitare la città senza usare l’auto. La struttura è bella e curata, e la colazione è di ottimo livello, varia e ben organizzata. Un plauso speciale va al personale, di una gentilezza e disponibilità davvero rare: sempre cordiali, presenti e pronti ad aiutare. In particolare, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la loro prontezza in una situazione imprevista causata da una nostra dimenticanza: avendo lasciato le chiavi in camera fuori dall’orario di apertura della reception, si sono attivati immediatamente e nel giro di circa 10 minuti erano già sul posto ad aprirci, nonostante fosse il 1° gennaio. Un gesto che dimostra grande professionalità e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un soggiorno nel complesso discreto, con una posizione eccellente e un personale straordinariamente gentile e disponibile, che fa davvero la differenza. Migliorando alcuni elementi legati al comfort delle camere, la struttura potrebbe offrire un’esperienza molto più completa. Purtroppo il comfort della camera non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative: • letti e cuscini piuttosto scomodi • odore di muffa percepibile nella stanza • condizionatore datato e molto rumoroso, che ha influito sulla qualità del riposo Sono aspetti che, soprattutto per un soggiorno di più notti, incidono sull’esperienza complessiva.

Le bon goût des aménagements et décoration et confort de notre suite. Le système de chauffage était bruyant .. et même un 25 et 26 décembre, les moustiques 🦟 ont sévi:(( Escalier pour accéder au logement étroit et glissant avec les feuilles mortes ( et difficile pour monter avec les valises 🧳:( Pour un plus long séjour, il manque des étagères et tiroirs pour les vêtements.

- Anna (7/5): - Palazzo storico tenuto molto bene, con un bell’ascensore e una accogliente sala colazione. Colazione buona, ma non buonissima, sarà stato per i pochi ospiti, ma le torte del giorno prima venivano servite nuovamente. Buon caffè e buoni i pasticciotti. Il centro storico è abbastanza vicino, quindi buona anche la posizione. Onestamente il fatto che il bar sia aperto solo per la colazione e che la reception funzioni solo in alcuni orari è un peccato. Se si arriva quando la reception è chiusa non si percepisce un senso di grande accoglienza. Io avevo una suite ma suggerisco di aggiungere una macchinetta del caffè con cialde e un paio di ciabattine monouso per dare un servizio migliore.

Horrible experience.There are five people in my family, and we booked two rooms: a suite on the second floor and a triple room on the first floor. At around 10:30 p.m., my wife and I found a mouse in the suite on the second floor. While our whole family was trying to find it, we discovered a mouse hole and blocked it. I sent a message to Serena, the manager of the accommodation, via WhatsApp, but she responded absurdly, asking if we had left the door open. We always made sure the door was completely closed. Then later, while my wife and I were sleeping in the suite, my wife suddenly screamed because she felt something on the bed — it was a mouse. We immediately ran to the room downstairs where the rest of our family was staying, but we found another mouse there, too. The mice were so small and fast that they could move through the gaps under all the doors. Because of them, we couldn’t sleep all night. At around 8:30 in the morning, we went to talk to Serena again. Before apologizing, she made excuses, saying it was the first time something like this had happened, and even questioned whether we had left the window open. But the mice were moving through the door, not the window. This was truly the worst accommodation. The mice can get to your bed anytime, and the manager Serena doesn’t handle the situation properly. I sincerely hope you choose another place and have a comfortable trip in Lecce.

Superbe petit déjeuner. Personnel très serviable. La localisation est très bonne. Parking gratuit très aisé dans la rue. Défectuosité structurelle de l'évacuation du lavabo de la salle de bain. Le premier jour les essuies rangés sous le lavabo étaient trempés, nous nous attendions qu'ils soient changés, ce ne fut pas le cas. Le problème a persisté tout au long de notre séjour malgré l'intervention de la personne en charge de la gestion du B&B. Il aurait fallu l'intervention d'un professionnel.

- Kelly (7/5): Perfecte locatie voor een dag Lecce! - De locatie is echt top! Met 2 min zit je in de oude stad van Lecce. En gratis parkeren. Wifi werkt prima. Kamers zijn oke wij sliepen op de begane grond maar erg muffig en oud. Bedden zijn korter dan wij gewend zijn. Ontbijt was goed van alles wat en lekkers. Muffige kamer verder wel schoon.
- Lindsay (7/5): A pleasant stay in a well situated hotel - The location was great for walking into the historic centre of Lecce. We were able to park the car walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast could have been better. The juices were not good and some fresh fruit salad would have been nice too. We had to request an extra blanket as the weather was cold when we stayed, plus water glasses for the room.

Serena was a gift to us going above and beyond to help us on her day off as we had a flat tire- she not only put us in touch with a mechanic she came with him to make sure we were ok!!!!

- Susan (10/5): I would recommend this place, if you want to explore Lecce historic town center on foot. - Location, location! Excellent for walking thru old town center. The breakfast was wonderful! Eduardo was so kind & helpful. We loved everything. On first approach street seemed sketchy, but it turned out to be a nice quiet street.
- Mauro (10/5): Muito charme e conforto! - Eu gostei muito do espaço, limpeza e decoração. A cama é ótima, meu apartamento tinha sala com mesa pra 4 pessoas, geladeira e ainda uma sala com sofá cama. Tudo muito confortável. A Serena e a Rosane (brasileira) fazem a diferença. Muito solícitas e atenciosas. Nota 10! Senti falta de edredom ou cobertor no quarto. O tempo esfriou bastante e mesmo no início do outono fez frio de dez graus!

Unser Zimmer roch sehr muffig und feucht. Brötchen und Croissants wurden eine Stunde vor Frühstücks Ende nicht mehr nachgelegt.
