- petros (1/5): - Nothing The worst hotel ever with the rudest stuff! Don't you ever try to stay there. I had one last day to spent in ho chi min , after my trip in Hanoi, Sapa, Da nang etc. I arrived at this hotel, I paid with card - that was a huge problem, because they insisted to charge me 3% more - that's unacceptable, neither of the other hotels I stayed charged me. After of all this mess I accepted to pay this 3% to continue my holiday! After I paid they decided not to accept me as customer because my visa was to expire the next day, the day I was leaving for home! They insisted that i had to cancel booking because it wasnt possible to stay there - I insisted that the booking was non refunndable and I was woing to be charged if i cancelled - this took hours and at least at the end they cancelled. They also informed hotels from around the neighbourhood not to accept me , because I tried to stay at hotel across the road, they allready had my passport photo, they showed ot to me rejected me. I also came in communication with the immigration, afraid of that I wasn't able to stay in ho chi min for the night - i got the answer that the were no worries and there is no problem with my visa. Nevertheless I found another hotel 200m away and had a place to stay for the night! They tried to destroy my vacation for no reason at all, I lost several hours of my trip, I got in trouble, stress and expenses to visit immigration for no reason - the worst services ever given!

Camera exact ca in poze. Nu RECOMAND Din prima seara am avut 1 soparla si 2 sobolani in camera dupa ce am alungat soparla si un soarece cazat in zona frigiderului am ramas in camera cu un sobolan frumos in tavan ( camera avea tavan fals). Dupa ce am sesizat la receptie am fost mutati din 601 la Camera 101. Dimineta am gasit in baia camerei 101 un gandac si am auzit tot in tavanul fals un soarece . Este deranjant ca parca administratori nu fac nimic sa scape de ei avand in ziua de azi atata anti daunatori. Nu recomand aceasta cazare nici macar pt o noapte. Micul dejun foarte saracacios.

Zarezerwowaliśmy 3 noce jako rodzina 2+2, ale tylko jedną spędziliśmy w pokoju, za który faktycznie zapłaciliśmy. Pierwsza noc zaczęła się „świetnie” - przez opóźniony lot dotarliśmy bardzo późno. Na recepcji zastaliśmy śpiących pracowników, którym wyraźnie nie było na rękę, że muszą wstać. Po chwili dowiedzieliśmy się, że… nasz pokój został sprzedany komuś innemu. W środku nocy, z dwójką dzieci, zostaliśmy postawieni pod ścianą. Zaproponowano nam dwa oddzielne pokoje (na początku nawet na różnych piętrach). Dopiero po naszej interwencji dostaliśmy je obok siebie. Kolejnego dnia kazano nam się spakować i przenieść do „naszego” pokoju - i to była jedyna noc, kiedy faktycznie dostaliśmy standard, za który zapłaciliśmy. Na kolejną noc wyjechaliśmy do Delty Mekongu, gdzie mieliśmy wykupiony osobny nocleg. Po powrocie wieczorem do Ho Chi Minh czekała na nas kolejna „niespodzianka”. Bez żadnej wcześniejszej informacji zostaliśmy odesłani do „drugiego hotelu” po drugiej stronie ulicy, który - jak się okazało - należy do tej samej sieci. Na miejscu trwał remont, wszędzie było czuć intensywny zapach farby, a pokój, który dostaliśmy, był wyraźnie gorszy: mały i brudny. Kiedy zgłosiliśmy problem, obsługa próbowała nam wmówić, że zdjęcia pokoi są tylko poglądowe i dostaliśmy dokładnie to, za co zapłaciliśmy. Dopiero po dłuższej rozmowie i tłumaczeniu, że już tu wcześniej spaliśmy i wiemy, jak wygląda standard, ktoś w końcu to zrozumiał. Reakcja? „Możemy oddać pieniądze, możecie iść gdzie indziej.” Wieczorem. Z dziećmi. W obcym mieście. Ostatecznie wywalczyliśmy niewielki zwrot i - niestety - zostaliśmy. To był błąd.

Phòng cũng tương đối rộng Vòi hoa sen trong phòng nước rất chậm. Mình phản ánh ngày đầu đến ngày thứ hai vẫn không khắc phục. Không thể tắm rửa gội đầu được. Ngày thứ ba sửa được thì cũng là lúc sắp về. Mình còn book hạng phòng deluxe room không phải hạng phòng thường

Building seems old with single glazing. I needed airbuds to sleep. There was a water leak in the room above which took a while for them to repair.. so I had to put towels on the floor to catch the drips.

- Borgman (3/5): Skulle inte bo där igen. Inte prisvvärt. Personalen tyckte det var jobbogt att hjälpa till m poblem. - Ingenting. Ev några av personalen. Frukosten, förutom personalen. Bekvämligheten. Mkt ljud.

You can literally walk to ben than market, independence palace, war remnant museum, saigon center, little hanoi, ngu yen walking street. there were also lot of dining at the area. the chair at the room has litter, and dirt markings. the receptionist upon check-in was not that accommodating. the staff at our check-out accused us of drinking the 2 cans of coke which was not on the ref. I do hope that they have checklist of food items that they put inside the room for them to know if we consumed it or not.

- Katie (6/5): Overall location wise and staff wise it was great, comfort wise it was average and did the trick, just the bathroom amen - The location was great for the main attractions and they had their own massage place, which was reasonably priced. The bathroom water pressure was very hit and miss. The temperature of the water was also all over the place and took ages to heat up if at all. The window in our bathroom was also broken and the walls between rooms were super thin so you could hear your neighbours. The breakfast was also cold when we got there which was as soon as they opened at 7am and very limited.

- Olga (4/5): - Спасибо большое персоналу, который помог поднять и спустить чемоданы и оставить их на ресепшене. Спасибо что помогли разогреть детскую бутылку с молоком. Быстро зарегистрировали и дали ключи от номера . Удобное расположение отеля, недалеко от рынка. Кондиционер хорошо работает. Удобные кровати. Семейный Номер 101 находится на 2 этаже, окна выходят на шумную улицу. До ночи слышно было крики пьяных людей и музыку из бара. Номер находится около лифта. Хотя в отеле 7 этажей и на втором этаже по три номера. Остальные номера были дальше от лифта и выходят на другую сторону улицы, более тихую. В душе не было холодной воды, бежал кипяток. Для остановки с маленьким ребёнком совсем не подходит, так как нельзя даже помыть ребёнка и очень шумно. Полотенца были грязные с пятнами, шланг от душа ржавый и разбитый. Течет на пол вода из ванной. Номер маленький, явно не 35 квадратных метров. Приходилось перепрыгивать через кровать чтобы попасть в туалет.
