• Christopher (10/5): Thanks! I had a great time! - I honestly loved everything about my stay. The owner is absolutely amazing and will go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. I come to Eureka Springs every year for the Dirtsurferz race at the Passion Play and this is by far my favorite place to stay. Its super close to the event so u can relax and clean up throughout the day as you practice and run your laps. If youre looking for a nice, clean, convenient place to stay, this is it. I honestly cant think of anything negative to say. I really have no complaints.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable. This Inn is usually a very good value and close enough yet also just far away for some peace and quiet.

• Shana (8/5): My favorite - I love that it was located right near the end of town where it was easy to get to the room was very clean and comfortable. I absolutely love this hotel. The only thing that I did not like is that since it sits closer to the main highway, I could hear every car that drove by so if they were blasting their music, you could hear it.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Nice older motel with a great staff. - The staff was wonderful. It is an older hotel but they have kept it up as best they can for the age. Carpet was new, the room was clean. They have wi-fi. I did not use the TV. The hotel is near a busy road but the white noise feature on my phone took care of that issue. I would stay there again if I were in that town.

It would have been nice to have breakfast provided but that is not a deal breaker. I fully intend to stay at the Regency next year.

• Norsby (9/5): - Easy check in, close to downtown, SUPER comfortable bed. The woman who was running the front desk was such a genuinely sweet person! I accidentally forgot my shoes and extra items from my purse in the drawer and had to run up to the room very quickly to grab them when I checked out. Only issue was my favorite lip gloss was no longer with my items. It really bummed me out that I have to replace that.

• Jessica (4/5): - It wasn't clean, there was a wad of hair stuck to the wall in the shower. The neighbors were slamming doors all night and setting off car alarms while they had a bonfire right outside my room. It was hot, the AC wouldn't stay on.

A/C was quiet & provided comfortable air consistently. Our Room was very clean & No odors. Pillows were uncomfortable but I have a bad neck so probably just an issue for me.

• jenniferjP9964PK (10/5): Another Great Stay - What a lovely little hotel this is. It's conveniently located, with both the Passion Play and all of downtown Eureka just a few minutes away. Check-in was super easy. The desk staff is friendly, and they were happy to accomodate our late arrival after we ran late. The rooms are immaculate. Don't let the old-fashioned layout fool you. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom was great. The water was plenty hot, and we never ran out. We had more than enough towels (more available if desired, we just never needed them). The heater and air conditioner were in great shape. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was pleasantly quiet, and we slept well every night of our stay. This place is a great value!

Everything worked as it should. The location is great and the room was quiet. I don’t remember hearing any outside noises. If I am back in the area I would stay there again.

Check in was super easy, the rooms were nice and clean and the owners were so nice and accommodating. The location of this property is great also, they have a trolley stop located on site so that was very handy. I would most definitely recommend this hotel. Great owners, good prices and good location. What else could you need for a hotel in Eureka.

• ronaldh662 (10/5): Safe quiet and comfortable - We always stay here when we visit Eureka Springs Arkansas because the parking is flat and we drive a big truck.The rooms always very clean with no musty smells linens fresh comfortable bed.Management so helpful.Very close to Passion Play and downtown and restaurants not walking distance but close.They still practice health safety which we like because we had a bout with covid in the past.It was so quiet no sounds of passing cars sirens or neighbors so nice .No breakfast offered but places in town.We chose McDonald's since Myrtie Maes too busy.

We were pleasantly surprised that it was probably the best choice! Super clean room smelled great and clean . The people are extremely friendly and seem thankful you are there. The hotel is located at the edge of town so it’s always quiet and easy to get in and out of even when Eureka Springs is busy.

Only draw back, was only had 1 coffee packet in room. This wasn't realized until we awoke, luckily my nephew didn't drink coffee. Very cordial staff. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, but would be happy to stay there again.

The owners are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, genuinely caring about every guest’s experience. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy — the kind of place where you can actually unwind after a long day exploring downtown. The location is perfect too — just a short drive to all the fun shops and restaurants, but tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet time surrounded by nature. They even made reserations for us for an early morning breakfast. They really went above and beyond to help us. The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. I loved being only a mile away from the Great Passion Play. The hotel had tickets to the play and the Holy Land tour. I would stay here again. Great experience!

The lady in the office went out of her way to see that we two ladies traveling by ourselves had a nice comfortable room and helped us get the tickets we needed to the Passion Play. She was very friendly and helped us with directions. This was my second stay here, and I will stay again if I have the opportunity.

• Richard Or Kristy (10/5): What a gem! - This is a great motel! The grounds are very well kept. The rooms are some of the cleanest in Eureka Springs! The pillows were just right! The only complaint I could have was about the A/C unit in the room. It was in the upper 90’s and the a/c couldn’t keep up. It would cycle off more than it did on.But we survived and it could have been much worse! We come to ES and very August for the VW weekend and we’ve found our new place to stay!

• Roam58424234823 (10/5): Great place for large groups to stay. - Our church group of 18 recently stayed at the Regency Inn. They gave us a great group rate on the rooms and also provided us group discount tickets to the Passion Play and the dinner buffet. It was very convenient to pay for everything in one place. They were always very prompt in answering my questions and making changes to my reservation via email. When we arrived, the front staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, and most importantly there were no bugs! The toilets do sit low, so if you have bad knees, be sure and bring your toilet riser. It's located in a quiet area and we all felt safe. Out of 8 rooms, we only had 1 minor issue with a door. They immediately addressed that concern. They did all that they could to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

One's vehicle can be left at the hotel while riding the trolley around town. *Check-out is 11:00 A.M. *TV reception is good. *Beds were comfortable. *A/C kept the room comfortable. *Outdoor swimming pool. (We did not use it.) CONS *NO BREAKFAST offered *Prices vary from day to day. The price was $20 less the day we checked out than what we paid. *The toilet stool is very low & can be problematic for someone with bad knees.

The chain on the door was broke so the door wasn't locked securely for our liking. The wash rags weren't to be used to remove makeup and there were light bulbs burnt out. No breakfast provided because we booked online.
