• Lee (8/5): - The room had no window. Small room. Slow elevator. A room without a window feels the same as a jail cell.

• Richard Live (1/5): AVOID AVOID AVOID - ACCEPTED MY BOOKING. ROOM NOT AVAILABLE ON ARRIVAL. NO REFUND RETURNED - Nothing I booked 1 night at the property. I arrived at 11am to check in. On arrival the manager at the desk informed me the room had been double booked and unfortunately the hotel was full. I was promised that they would contact Booking.com and a full refund . I did not receive any refund.

• Samuel (3/5): La pire expérience de ma vie dans un hôtel - L’emplacement, à deux pas de la vieille ville Par où commencer ? Je suis venu seul en réservant une chambre pour deux adultes, mais je ne m’attendais pas à partager ma chambre avec un cafard qui etait sur le mur, au moins j’avais de la compagnie. Ensuite, vous voyez ce plaid ? Vous êtes censés dormir à 2 avec ça. D’ailleurs je me questionne sur l’hygiène, est ce que ces plaids sont réellement lavés entre chaque clients ? Que dire de la douche ? Un arrosoir pour enfant a un meilleur débit ! Le wifi est tres faible. Il n'y a pas de prise autour du lit pour recharger son téléphone, vous devez plus loin, et pas de chaises pour s’asseoir, mon câble etait trop court (taille classique) pour m'asseoir suf le lit, je devais rester debout. Pour finir, l’employé à la réception était tres hostile ! Si vous ne parlez pas très bien anglais ou n’aimez pas les étrangers je n’ai aucun souci avec ça, mais ne venez pas travailler dans le secteur du tourisme svp.

• Andrea (2/5): - La ubicación es muy buena para visitar todo Chiang Mai Nos hospedamos en ese hotel porque no había nada libre en esas fechas. Es lamentable. Las camas duras, el baño horrendo, había cucarachas en el baño y arañas en la habitación. Me pregunto si de verdad limpian las habitaciones o simplemente estiran las sábanas de la cama. Los colchones duros como una piedra. Nos dijeron que el gel y el champú lo teníamos que comprar nosotros, un detalle un poco feo teniendo en cuenta todo lo anterior. El hotel en sí está bastante deteriorado. Si tenéis alternativa, no vayáis.

• maryse dognes (8/5): Hôtel agréable - C'est un hôtel assez bien situé, avec parking. La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes et propres. A noter que l'établissement est doté d'un ascenseur. Il y avait un soucis pour le réglage de l'eau chaude. Au niveau des produits de toilette, c'était un peu léger.

I materassi sono di pietra ! Le stanze sono soffocanti di un odore forte di muffa e umido . Il bagno davvero terrificante. Vecchio , sporco , datato. Le asciugamani al limite della pulizia così come copriletti .

• Joep (6/5): Not very average - The room is very basic but in the area there is a lot to do . The beds in Thailand budget hotels are always so bad . Any time you pay less than 1000 bath you will get a bed that will break your backbones it's horrible but once you get used to it it's ok

• Lea (1/5): Bad - Nothing. I literally run away and book other accommodation. It's dirty, there is no mattress on the bed, the walls are full of moisture and fungi. Really the worst accommodation in Thailand.

We checked in and then back out in 3 hours. I have traveled all over and never found a place so Grimm and different to the photos. Should not be allowed.

The staff at the reception is friendly and the location is good. They should show the reality of their facilities so that the traveler can decide if it is what they want to pay in relation to the price. I arrived early, expecting to check in, but they said it wasn’t possible. I felt cheated because they didn’t do what they promised. This was very disappointing and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. They don’t deliver what they advertise, and you can’t trust them. I won’t be staying here again.
• h2myata (2/5): Misleading Advertisement and Unkept Promises - They advertise early check-in as a benefit to attract customers, but after you book and they've taken your money, they don't keep their promise. I was shocked when I arrived early, only to be told that early check-in was unavailable. This completely contradicts what was advertised and left me feeling scammed. The lack of transparency and accountability is very disappointing. I wouldn't trust this hotel to deliver on any of its promises. This experience has left a sour taste, and I definitely won't be returning.

• Sandra (8/5): Nice cheap stay - My first room was not so good (the smell, broken shower), but they changed it to the better one. It was comfortable enough and quiet in the third floor. The new room was nice and comfy and big. Elevator. The bell that I could hear all the time, even late at night. This wasn't a problem in the third floor. No food or drinks, no water refils.

They gave me another nicer room and I liked that. It was better in the 3rd (then second) floor because I didn’t hear the ring bell all the time 😊. The fridge in the room. No water refill or tea or food (I didn’t ask for water refill so maybe they had it)
