The location is good - between the old city and night buzzar, but in a narrow and quiet street The pool is only for theory and picture. It’s tiny, no sitting around, and very cold (december temperature outside was ~25 celsius, but the water was probably 15-ish). Practically unusable.

Muy buena ubicación, en una calle tranquila pero al lado de todo. El desayuno nos pareció poco variado para un hotel de este tipo. La piscina, un poco oscura y fria al estar cubierta.

It was in an alley and I wasn’t able to view the surroundings with Google Maps before booking. However, it was located near other beautiful hotels and popular streets with good vibes, food and people. The room was small and the beds were too low.
- Olga (10/5): Sauberstes Hotel, große moderne Zimmer, super Lage. - Sauberstes Hotel, dass wir in während unserer Thailandreise hatten. Täglich tip top geputzt. Lage war super, zentral aber ruhig. Frühstück war auch ok. Es gab Joghurt, Kornflakes, Toast, Pancakes, Eier und warme asiatische Speisen. Klein, aber ausreichend. Personal freundlich. Zimmer war groß, hatte Fenster zum Öffnen und hatten sogar Netflix. Super war auch die Kaffee-Kapsel-Maschine im Zimmer. Alles was man braucht. Modernes Hotel, noch in einem guten Zustand. Pool, im dunklen. Viel zu klein. Den hätte man eig. auch gleich weglassen können.

Las instalaciones muy bien también, incluida la piscina y el spa. Por último, la única también inmejorable, muy cerca de Tha Phae Gate... el centro neurálgico de la ciudad y principal punto de encuentro de innumerables eventos. En resumen, hemos quedado encantados durante nuestra estancia. Por poner alguna pega, el desayuno buffet quizás sea algo escaso... un poco por debajo del nivel del hotel en mi opinión.
- Ian (9/5): Late change of travel plans extra 2 nights stay. - Hotel was bright and modern, Room was large and clean, Bathroom was large, clean, great size shower. Bed was large and comfortable ( for our preference ), Breakfast was great, American style ( eggs, bacon, sausage etc ) continental breakfast ( cereal, toast, salad, cheese, cold meats, ) Thai style ( rice, noodle etc) tea/coffee, juice. Something for everyone. Just off the main Tha Phae Road ( 2 minutes walk and 5-6 minutes to get you back into the old city walls). Quite enough if you wanted, but easy enough to get a busy evening if you wanted. We had hired a car and there was parking directly outside ( if this was possible during peak season I wouldn’t know, but street parking seemed easy enough. Hotel had an indoor swimming pool ( we didn’t get a chance to used it sadly ). Staff were friendly ( to be honest everywhere we went in Thailand that never changed lovely people ). It has a small bar, which serves beers, shorts and cocktails. Nothing really, if I wanted to be picky ( I don’t, just a pasting comment) was the view from the room, That would be just being picky, how often to you just stand staring out the room window, when 10 minutes walk you can be in 13th Century city with Temples, street food, and so much other stuff to see.

Location is in the side road and sometimes taxis had issue finding the place or it took longer to get a taxi. But I would say this is typical issue with chiang mai.

- Geok Cheng (7/5): Acceptable for the price I pay. - Breakfast food is acceptable but not fantastic. Bacon was not well fried. The waffle and croissant was not of good quality. Coffee after taste was not so nice My room 502 was partially under the morning sun and as it is full glass, cannot quite open the curtains to allow natural light to come into the room. Day curtains will be good in addition to the black out curtain for the morning sun.

- VPahwa (6/5): Overall I would rate this property 3.5 , no doubt it was clean and not far from the main city centre - Breakfast could have more choices, it was a very basic meal provided with toast and egg. Local dishes could have been welcome for the breakfast and the same fruits served for the 2 days we stayed. There could be more variety of fruits. Staff could be more service oriented. They were not forthcoming like getting the luggage from the room or if we needed anything else.

- Shay etzioni (8/5): מלון מצויין וזול במרכז השקט של העיר - לקחנו סוויטה גדולה עם 2 חדרי שינה. חדרים גדולים עם מקלחת אחת ותא שירותים בודד. מיקום טוב בין העיר העתיקה לשוק הלילה כך שהכל קרוב במרחק הליכה קצר. ארוחת בוקר סבירה. צוות שירותי. ממוקם ברחוב צדדי ושקט מאוד. ברחוב יש אופציה לשירות כביסה (מיד כשיוצאים מהמלון). מחיר זול ביחס לתמורה. מלון קצת מיושן. בריכה ממש קטנה ומקורה עם מים קפואים ולכן כמעט לא היתה שמישה עבורינו.
