- 志安 (5/5): - 住宿價格還能接受 從進來住宿房間，房內設施太過老舊，燈光很不明亮，衛浴設施太過老舊，空調一下冷一下涼，電視頻道有夠少台能看的，簡直爛透了，睡起來不是很舒適，這個看起來就好像住在30～40年的老旅館

- Fang Jing (4/5): Not coming back again. - Air con weak, still will sweat. Thank God they put a standing fan inside the room. Place is run down, 1 old auntie to clean the entire floor. Not sure how the cleanliness is kept. Blood stains on the sink and worst of all, cockroaches running around (which are my pet peeves). Pros: Near MRT station with lots of eateries.

- Yvonne (6/5): 建議工作人員之間要溝通好 - 一般，只有不太好的經驗，不過哪都可以避免改善 每次去櫃檯和打掃阿姨都好像沒溝通好，櫃檯人員給了我房間鑰匙，然後去到房間的時候說還沒準備好。每次都要搬一堆行李換房間，這點能不能改善一下? 每一次都這樣真的很有問題。溝通好再給客人鑰匙🔑 然後退房日期也確認一下再打電話給訪客提醒退房，明明還沒到退房日期就打電話提醒我，整個莫名其妙。櫃檯人員真的要工作清醒一點

- Guest (6/5): Great staff, convenient location. - The staff was excellent there! Even when we needed to stay an extra day they were very accommodating. The bed was super hard and my room wifi had issues. The facilities seemed Abit older.

On my 2nd out of 3rd night at the hotel, the front desk asked me to hand over my keys when she saw I was leaving. I reminded her that I was not checking out, but she insisted that I hand in the keys. On my return a few hours later, I noticed that the disposable towels and soap I left in the bathroom, was gone. Very poor customer service

- KENICHI (4/5): - 古くて暗いホテル。ゴキブリが出て、2度部屋を変えてもらった。潔癖なひとは絶対に無理。 しかし、部屋によって、クオリティや清潔度がかなり違う。最後の部屋はベッド２つでとても開く、結果的には快適だった。 ただ、かなり特殊なホテル。３段階？の通気口タイプのエアコンはぜんぜん部屋が涼しくならない。廊下や、ロビーの方が断然涼しい。恐らくホテル側もわかっているため、各部屋には扇風機がある。 コンセントの数が少な過ぎて、冷蔵庫、テレビ、扇風機を違うと空きのコンセントは洗面所にしかない。仕方ないので、一番使わない冷蔵庫のコンセントを外して充電などに使用した。 部屋の明かりが少ないし、暗い。夕方くらいから本当に辛いので、作業などは出来ない。絵画など飾ってあり、暗さもあって少し怖い。窓の設置が良くなく、窓の鍵もひん曲がっている。二重窓の隙間には、いつのものかわからないタバコの吸い殻。 ルームクリーニングをお願いしても、ほぼ毎日長い髪の毛が床に落ちていた。お風呂も辛いがらバスタブがあって良かった。階層やヘアにより、バスタブのクオリティや部屋のクオリティにかなりの差があるので要確認。 最初の部屋では入るならゴキブリが2匹。2つめの部屋では、小さい蛾のような虫が飛んでいた。テレビの映りが非常に悪いが、チャンネルによってはなんとか見れる。 各階におばさん〜おばあさんのスタッフがおり、英語は通じにくいが親切なひとが多い。それだけが救い。最初の2部屋で終わっていたら大クレームレベル。証拠写真と動画、多数あり。 もう泊まることはないだろうが、慣れたら意外にも快適だったことは悔しい（笑）。部屋による。駅近なことだけはかなりGood。
