- Kim (5/5): Could have been a lot better for the price! - It was a very nice room I was happy with that The floor in the pool needs to be something very different as it was way to slippery 2 kids fell and hit their heads while I was in there and they were not running or playing around! I was very disappointed the Starbucks was not open again and there was no complimentary breakfast!

- Lorne (8/5): Really undecided on this one - The hotel is really beautiful with a focus on upscale design and high end finish. The suite we stayed in was spacious. The bed was comfortable and we loved the pillows but there is furniture in the marketed room photos that doesn't exist. There was definitely more focus on a lux feel than on functionality. There was no desk, I didn't notice this when booking and honestly it's kind of expected, even cheap motels have a place to work. There is not a single towel holder or place to hang your towel. Not having a desk or table aside from the very short / small table that holds the room phone makes it really difficult to comfortably eat in the room. The bathroom is weird. There is no towel bar or anywhere to put your clothing when you shower. The vanity is outside the shower and toilet room (bad if you need to wash your hands in the middle of the night when someone's sleeping), and there's a tonne of wasted space in the toilet/shower room. It feels clinical in a really non-functional way. I don't want to put my towel or clothes on the floor or toilet when showering :( Complete lack of soft lighting. This room needs lamps or dimmers. Way too bright.

I look forward to going back as I travel to NB from NS often. The only single complaint is that our room 401 really needed a paint job. The paint was chipped everywhere and it didn't look good compared to how nice the rest of the hotel looks.

Nous avons toutefois moins aimé les oreillers qui étaient trop grosses / épaisses (mais c’est une question de goût) et le divan-lit n’est vraiment pas Confortable.

Desk staff were efficient, welcoming and courteous. Unfortunately, the in-house breakfast option was a Starbucks - $45 for two to have small yogurt/fruit bowls and uninspiring muffins.
- Kaminski (9/5): I would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s just a little on the pricey side. - The clean room, the view, the staff was friendly, the hotel was decorated for the upcoming holiday and was very cute. The access to pool, coffee shop, and restaurant/bar. The stay was a bit pricey for our one night stay, breakfast was also on the pricey side. My daughter and I purchased a couple of drinks on our way out from the cafe and it cost us $19 with a $2 tip.

The room was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be staying there if we find ourselves back in Beautiful Shediac!!
