I thought the shower was very nice and roomy. I would definitely stay here again. The bed in my room was very uncomfortable, it felt like the head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed, and the pillows were too soft for my liking. An adjustable base woild be nice.

He was cordial and professional and kind. He really made our stay so much better. I wish we had more people like Jack working hotel desks. All the staff I encountered were actually quite good. From T he gentleman keeping the breakfast line clean to the one taking our keys and checking us out in the morning. Nothing could’ve been better. A little bit of highway noise

My son lives in Wentzville so this location is close for me, I will not be back, you don’t treat customers that way.

Verified traveler (8/5): Best stay in Wentzville - Good place to stay in the Wentzville area. Just a little bit more comfortable, in my opinion, than Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn. We've tried all three of those, and Fairfield's beds are a bit more comfortable, and the furnishings are brand new for the moment. The breakfast was about the same. Parking was easy, and there are tons of chain restaurants around and a market right next door. The room had a microwave, which was a plus, and the staff was super friendly.

As a solo female traveler, I appreciate the welcoming staff and how easy they made check-in after a long day on the road. Although is a $5 parking fee that I wasn’t expecting, I didn’t think it was unreasonable and the parking lot was well maintained and easy to navigate. The breakfast (included with the stay) was wonderful and a good way to begin another day of driving. Because I didn’t check in until late and had to leave early the next morning, I didn’t have an opportunity to use any of the other amenities but the room was clean and comfortable and I would stay here again if in the area.

If there is something to change it would be to ask whoever to Allow Cheese for the breakfast. Sander has great customer service skills based on our room having ants continuing to invade. He replaced our room and we had no ants.

StLTourGirl (10/5): A great hotel for groups - What a wonderful experience for a student tour group from Chicago! This place gets groups. The keys were ready, rooms were ready, And the staff called me ahead of time to make sure everything was still on schedule. The breakfast staff was ready for the group and the breakfast room was immaculate. Vicki and Kevin were so friendly. They kept everything refilled at breakfast and clean. It was Easter week so not many business Travelers and we got a lot of attention for our stay. The rooms are in excellent condition, and you can tell the lobby has recently been renovated as well. . I had zero problems in my room. They worked fresh smelling with no mildew from the air conditioning units at all. It is in walking distance of an ALD, Panera, QuikTrip, and more. So if you don't want to have to drive, you can definitely get there easily from the hotel. I will definitely booked this hotel again and refer to other student operators as well as adult operators.
jazonr2025 (10/5): Outstanding Stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Wentzville - I had an incredible stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Wentzville, and I can’t say enough about the amazing service I received, especially from the front desk manager, Catch. From the moment I checked in, Catch went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in what he does. The room was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. But again, what really made this stay memorable was Catch. Friendly, professional, and always ready with a smile or a helpful tip—he made the entire experience feel personal. Hotels can have great amenities, but it’s people like Catch who make you want to come back. Thank you for a fantastic stay—I’ll absolutely be returning next time I’m in town!

Kevin, in the kitchen, was the most caring breakfast area staff we’ve ever experienced. Sebastian and the guy who checked us in last night were very kind as well. The property was well cared for and rooms were clean. The staff at this Fairfield have taken hospitality to the next level. Well done! If we’re back in this area, we will stay here again.

There was nothing in Vandalia so we drove an extra hour away and spoke with Sebastian at Fairfield. He was incredibly helpful and kind. I called other hotels in the nearby area and they just weren’t as friendly or willing to help in any way.

Sebastian at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, as well as efficient. For a business traveler, it almost feels like coming home!

This milk hits the spot on a level that I have never experienced before. You know that feeling when you wake up and crave some cold water? Insert here said chocolate milk. Cold. Flavorful. Crisp. This chocolate milk will change your life. I recommend this hotel to any lover or chocolate milk.
