Put us in a different room and there was hair all over the sheets on that bed too . With the price of the room being almost $200.00 and with finding hair on the sheets I was a little disappointed

Shower is very nice, but no shelf to put a razor or shower gel, no shelf to put your foot to shave comfortably, no bar inside for wash cloth or nearby outside for towels. Poor remodel design for use.
• John (8/5): High bed in accessible room - Why do hotels believe that beds need to be 3 feet off the floor. Especially in accessible rooms. My wife is 5 ft tall and has mobility issues. The bed in the accessible room was high enough that I had to assist her in getting in bed and out of bed. Accessible rooms should have beds low enough to let people with mobility issue get in/out by themselves. I will admit that this hotel has not been the only one that has this problem.

Offered to switch us room, but that was 2 hours before we were scheduled for check out. Already didn't get any sleep. What was the point. Was offered a 20%discount for another use. Present day, we get there and discount is nowhere to be found. We choose hotel for clean rooms and the pool. Pool is unusable as it's below 50 deg. We won't be back. Very limited options for hot breakfast, broken pool.

The area felt safe and there was a restaurant next door that made walking to dinner a good option. The downsides were a stained shower curtain that created the perception of uncleanliness, and bathroom sink plumbing that was hanging. I expected better from a Fairfield Inn.

Would be perfect for a single person. Our room was not serviced, even though we spoke directly to the housekeeping staff. Staff was friendly. We went off-site for breakfast.

The only complaint we had was the outlets, they must need to be updated as they would not work with our chargers they were very loose. And one other thing are the doors are extremely heavy.

• morgan (2/5): - We checked in and asked for room service while there. The room was also humid and hot on check-in. The thermostat read 60 degrees but the temperature was actually around 70-75 degrees. This was after 30 days without ran in Ohio so there was no reason for the room to be humid. We talked to the front desk they said they'd have maintenance look at it. 3 days later the room was still hot and humid. Stacked on with the motion sensor on the thermostat it would be become even hotter making it difficult to sleep. We left 3 days into our 6 day stay. Not once did room service come clean our room. Not even just emptying the trash. Room was clean on check-in and unless you had the fan on you can hear the highway.
