• Edward (7/5): Great place & location but Internet & reception are very important, hence will not stay there again! - Location is exceptional. The flat is comfortable, clean. The internet is poor and at times did not work at all. Told the Staff and they said that they sent the technician but the problem with the internet persisted. The mobile reception was also very very poor in the flat.

Łatwy, samodzielny check-in. Przy zniżkach na booking, korzystna cena do jakości. Taras na dachu był permanentnie zamknięty (szkoda, bo jest prezentowany na zdjęciach). Mało gniazdek elektrycznych lub niewygodnie usytuowane - powinny być przy każdej lampce nocnej. Dziwny pomysł na drzwi do łazienki (półprzezroczyste). Ogólnie przy 4 osobach i rozłożonej kanapie brak miejsca w pokoju (ale z tym się liczyliśmy - w apartamencie praktycznie tylko spaliśmy). Przy uchylonym oknie jest dość głośno, ale to oczywiste w centrum Rzymu.

• Lee (9/5): Best location, spacious room! - I think the suites are very big, and it's probably one of the best situated hotels if you would like to stay in Rome city centre. I did not take the metro once. I flagged that although I am connected to the Wi‑Fi, it worked one minute and then didn't load next.The team reacted promptly and assured me they would raise the issue with the internet provider. I think the detergent used for the towels can be changed into a different smell, it smelled a little funny, however it was 100% clean which is what's more important.

Rent, fräscht och funktionellt. - Hotellet är centralt placerat på en mindre bakgata med promenadavstånd till Roms alla sevärdheter. Snabb respons och kundservice via Whatsap vid behov. Snygg och funktionell design. Ett låsbart bagagerum i samband med avresa hade varit bra och smidigt. Vårt önskemål om förvaring av bagage löstes dock genom att kontakta personal via Whatsap, med snabbt svar och agerande. Lösningen blev att vi kunde lämna kvar vårt bagage på rummet, där någon ur personalen senare under dagen bar ner väskorna till lobbyn, där vi enkelt några timmar senare kunde hämta upp väskorna i samband med avresa.

• Karam Bouini (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Mood 44 in Rome. The hotel is located on a quiet, narrow street in the historic center, which makes the atmosphere feel very authentic while still being peaceful. The room was modern, very clean, and surprisingly spacious honestly comparable to many similar size hotels in the area. I especially liked the layout with both a sofa area and a bed area, each with its own screen, which made the space feel very comfortable. At first I was a bit concerned about the virtual check-in since there is no traditional reception desk, but everything was completely seamless. The service and communication over WhatsApp were fantastic and very responsive. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

• Jonas (2/5): Enttäuschend, Dusche nicht benutzbar, mangelhafte Kommunikation, keine Preisnachlass. - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ok, wenn man davon absieht dass man am Bett keine Steckdose hat um ein Handy aufzuladen. Es gab im Bad kein warmes Wasser. Das Problem konnte nicht rechtzeitig vor unserer Abreise behoben werden, somit war es uns nicht möglich, zu duschen. Das Personal, das nur über WhatsApp ansprechbar ist, war nicht bereit, einen Nachlass auf den Zimmerpreis zu gewähren. Das Management hielt es nicht für nötig, auf mehrere schriftliche diesbezügliche Anfragen auch nur zu reagieren. Absolut umprofessionelles Verhalten. Selbstverständlich hätten wir das Hotel nicht gewählt wenn wir vorher gewußt hätten dass es im Badezimmer kein warmes gibt, bzw hätten keine 200 Euro für das Zimmer bezahlt. Es gibt viele gut gelegene und günstige Hotels in Rom bei denen das Personal um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste bemüht. Dieses Leuten ging es offensichtlich nur darum, ihren kurzfristigen Umsatz zu sichern ohne sich die Frage zu stellen, ob man einem Gast vielleicht entgegenkommen sollte damit er das Hotel bei seiner nächsten Reise wieder bucht. Wird nicht passieren...

La cama resulta confortable, la ducha tiene muy buena presión de agua y la bañera es excelente. En general, el espacio brinda confort durante la estadía. No hay personal presente en ningún momento, lo que dificulta la comunicación y la resolución de problemas. Dejamos una tarjeta de acceso como backup en la habitación y desapareció luego de la limpieza, lo que nos complicó al día siguiente y obviamente no había nadie para reclamar. No fue posible solicitar late checkout, ni siquiera por una hora. Además, no cuentan con un espacio seguro para guardar el equipaje: nos pidieron dejarlo en la cocina, a la que cualquiera puede acceder, lo que no me resultó confiable.
