The beds are comfortable, although the room was a bit small. The staff is very nice. The room was very small, and it was hard to move around comfortably. Also, there was a constant water noise in the bathroom, which was sometimes annoying. A little maintenance would probably fix the issue.

- Yifei (6/5): Gute Lage, aber mit kleinen Komfort und Privatsphäre-Mängeln - Die Unterkunft punktet vor allem durch ihre sehr gute Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie der Busbahnhof befinden sich in der Nähe, was die Anreise und Fortbewegung sehr bequem macht. Das Zimmer ist insgesamt zweckmäßig ausgestattet, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, und das Badezimmer ist relativ geräumig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass es nachts meist ruhig war. Nur an einem Abend kam es durch andere Gäste zu lautem Verhalten (Singen, Rufen, Feiern im Zimmer), was den Aufenthalt kurzzeitig beeinträchtigt hat. Das Personal hat jedoch versucht, einzugreifen. Insgesamt ist so etwas wahrscheinlich schwer ganz zu vermeiden. Die Einrichtung wirkt teilweise etwas veraltet. In meinem Zimmer gab es ein eigenes Badezimmer, jedoch ohne ausreichende Abtrennung. Der Eingang zum Bad lag direkt gegenüber dem Kopfende des Bettes, sodass man vom Bett aus direkt auf die Toilette schauen konnte, was ich persönlich als unangenehm empfunden habe. Ein Vorhang oder eine andere Abtrennung wäre hier eine gute Lösung. Außerdem wirkte das Zimmer gelegentlich etwas feucht und kühl, vermutlich weil es an eine kleine Terrasse angrenzte. Diese Terrasse steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung, was grundsätzlich positiv ist, allerdings saßen dort manchmal längere Zeit andere Gäste direkt vor meinem Fenster. Dadurch fühlte man sich etwas in der Privatsphäre eingeschränkt und musste oft die Vorhänge geschlossen halten.

Fresh linen and towels after two days as well as soap and shower gel were a very nice gesture. Entrance to the property is well advertised and easy accesible. Possibility of leaving the luggage after check out is extremely lovely part of the experience. Definitely good ratio of price and quality and place we would recommend to everyone visiting Sevilla. No bad memories from this place.

Le attrazioni principali sono a dieci/ quindici minuti a piedi. Vicini anche i locali per fare colazione o per pranzo o cena. L'arredamento sarebbe da rimodernare un po', così come il bagno.

Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación porque la pensión está localizada en pleno centro histórico. La terraza del último piso tiene una linda vista. Hay un Carrefour a la vuelta de la esquina y abre todos los días. El parqueadero vale 18 euros diarios, está a 2 minutos caminando; es algo estrecho, así que no apto para carros muy grandes. Se escucha muy fuerte cuando se abren o cierran las habitaciones cercanas. Pero como el turista va a Sevilla es a caminar y a estar activo todo el día, entonces por la noche llega a la pensión tan cansado que no importa el ruido que haya en el pasillo y duerme placenteramente toda la noche, como en mi caso.

Petite place devant la pension avec emplacements réservés aux touristes déjà occupés. Nous avons profiter du parking de la pension, 18€ la journée ( tarif moyen pratiqué dans toute les grandes villes d'Andalousie.

- alessia (7/5): - Personale solare e gentile, a fine soggiorno ci hanno prenotato un taxi per l’aeroporto. Posizione ottima per raggiungere i posti di interesse a piedi, quartiere tranquillo ma ben fornito. Abbiamo passato 3 notti in questa struttura e non siamo mai riusciti a riposare bene, pareti sottilissime e insonorizzate, si sentiva qualsiasi cosa proveniente dal corridoio e dalle camere adiacenti… se avete il sonno leggero non ve la consiglio!

- ENCARNA (8/5): - Todo en general. Ubicación sobre todo. Solo había un baño en cada planta y casi siempre estaba ocupado. La ducha del baño de arriba no tenía puerta, y era incómodo ducharse.
