Frühstück war sehr klein, nicht viel Auswahl, einmal mussten wir 10min warten um das Frühstück gegen 6:30 zu betreten, weil alle Tische voll waren - zu wenig Platz, wenn viele Zimmer gebucht sind. Am Empfang wird wenig Englisch gesprochen.

- R (7/5): Nice hotel with friendly staff. - The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. They always had hot water for tea in the lobby. The room was quiet and it was not a busy street. The street itself didn't have much to interest us, but the location was still good because the main square and interesting areas were easy to walk to.

A resposta era sempre a mesma (“vamos verificar”) até que no 3º dia disseram que havia um problema com o provedor da TV a cabo… enfim, nem colocando os nossos logins e senhas nos canais de streaming houve alguma alteração.

- Jorge (6/5): - La ubicación La recepcionista Lorena una persona descortés, intento estafarnos, se le pidió hablar con el gerente o administrador y puso excusas todo el tiempo, muy mal trato hacia nosotros, nunca accedió a que nos dejen revisar las cámaras para ver como ella se quedaba con nuestro dinero. Las imágenes del hotel en la página de booking no son tan reales, las camas no tienen nada de espacio de un lado están pegadas completamente a la pared. Por el tema de maltrato de parte de Lorena no recomiendo para nada el hotel. La parte administrativa debería ver bien a quien contratan.

- Janet (5/5): I was out touring every day and the hotel met my needs, but it was very basic for a 4 star hotel. - The location was only a 10 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas. The hotel advertised that it could arrange a taxi to pick up from the airport. The staff were polite. The room was spotlessly clean. Although during the booking process I had requested a room on a low floor, I was allocated a room on the top floor, but it had a clear view of the Misti Volcano, which was lovely. The breakfast was underwhelming and basic. After 2 days, I went out for breakfast for the rest of my stay. No staff member was present at the restaurant entrance to welcome guests to breakfast, although on the second day, the cook came out of the kitchen and offered to cook eggs for the guests. The room had a paid mini-bar (which contained water and other beverages) but no complementary bottes of water were provided daily. The day before I left, at 8.30am the reception rang to ask whether they could clean my room, which was unacceptable. This put me under pressure to go out earlier than I woud have wished, for the convenience of the cleaning staff. There is a self-service drinks machine in the hotel reception. I had thought this was complementary (to be expected in a 4-star hotel), but I was charged 8 soles for a hot drink. THERE WAS NO SMOKE ALARM OR AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOM. The lack of a smoke alarm was a considerable Health and Safety concern for me (even though it is a no-smoking hotel, as fires can start due to electrical issues). I would have expected both a smoke alarm and air conditioning in a 4 star hotel (and I would expect these even in hotels with lower star ratings).

Stanza di appena 15mq circa, con l’unica finestra che affacciava sulle scale interne (quindi si può immaginare il casino..), il bagno con solo una porta a vetri (quindi niente privacy), una chiave elettrica a scheda che funzionava 1 volta si e 10 no, una parte di una parete a vetri che confinava con il piano (quindi sempre illuminata), vasca idromassaggio senza pareti o tenda, che se ti fai la doccia crei il lago Titicaca in bagno, un unico rotolo di carta igienica per 3 giorni, ristorante sempre chiuso a pranzo e cena, e colazione pessima e per concludere uno staff che ha la voglia di vivere sotto i piedi, mai mezzo sorriso, ci hanno guardato sempre male, come se fossimo pessimi ospiti in casa loro.

El cuarto siempre está muy caliente porque le cae el sol todo el día. Cuesta dormir. No hay aire acondicionado para refrescar el cuarto. La llave del cuarto no funcionaba bien. El agua caliente no es constante al bañarse.

- Estefanía (10/5): ¡Maravilloso! - La atención del personal es excepcional, desde el momento que uno llega se siente un cálido recibimiento, la habitación amplia bien iluminada, la cama muy cómoda, el calefactor indispensable para el frío, también te brindan secadora de cabello que me ayudó bastante ya que yo no pude llevar. El desayuno muy variado y rico. Me encantó hospedarme. De todas maneras una de mis primeras opciones si regreso a Arequipa!! Tener que irme. ☹️

No lo recomiendo - Limpio y bien ubicado Incómoda la habitación, muy ruidosa y entraba luz desde las 5 am porque no tiene buenas cortinas, imposible dormir bien. Además muy peligrosa la ducha porque toca entrar a una bañera de aproximadamente 60 cms de alta. No lo recomiendo para adultos mayores. Muy malo el desayuno, el café horrible un agua desteñida, la disculpa que la persona de la cocina era nueva.
