Apartmán ponúkajú ako 5⭐ ..ale tu bolo cítiť a vidieť únavu časom a opotrebenie zariadenia a vybavenia Hotela... Fádne a predražené raňajky. Dvojnásobná cena a pomer nie je na mieste.

Tack Nina för hjälpen. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma, Tack för allt och vi kommer besöka hotellet igen.
- Bianca (8/5): - Hotel room was nice and spacious, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Views of the beach were lovely. We stayed in 2208 and there is an awful smell coming from likely the drains in the bathroom, it isnt pleasant at all and can change an impact of a stay quite quickly.

- Pont (5/5): It's not the same as it used to be - crowded and chaotic service - Small and not too crowded, okay for a short business stay and seminars. The beach is decent. Last time I visited it was still part of Centara and had a higher standard for food and service. Breakfast this time was just passable - crowded carpark. The breakfast team was confused and couldn't control the chaotic crowd at all, we were left standing inside the restaurant without any help or instruction. Also we initially booked for a standard room at the main building but got upgraded to a bigger room at the old converted condo building. The room layout was really strange, the decoration was off and felt like we were sleeping in someone's home. Overall wasn't pleased and had to request to be transferred back to the main block.

- Hadsachai (8/5): Gewoon goed als je van rust houdt. Alles netjes en schoon met super mooi uitzicht en heerlijk zwembaden. Personeel zijn - Uitzicht van de zee vanaf het balkon en de rust. Mooi ontworpen hotel. Volop groen, rust en strand. Precies wat wij wilden. De spa is ook een aanrader. Rooftop bar op de 6e verdieping was niet open. Het is dan ook laag seizoen dus men is denk ik aan het verbouwen.

The layout its kinda a labyrinth but I believe that what makes me liked this place. When you arrive at the elevator the security tells you that the lobby is at 4th floor, once you're in it you realize that the road level is at 5th floor. :D pretty cool watching at the sea while descending. the room size was good and I got a pretty spacious balcony with nice sea view over the pool bar pavilion roof. unfortunately I couldn't use the balcony because of the weather, too out to relaxing. Bathroom is perfect, bed very comfortable. breakfast was internationa/asian with plenty of choices, not a huge selection but quite a few. I'll definitely come back none
- Tangpakdee (3/5): Poor - Nothing I wasn't impressed with the service; I had to wait for the shuttle bus and park outside the hotel, which was difficult. The room wasn't ready, so I waited for it for almost an hour. There were not enough tables for the guests, and the breakfast service lacked queue management. I had to check out because I had a program to attend, so I skipped meals. I told the hotel staff, but the hotel did not respond or get in touch with me at all.

- Mike (6/5): Not satisfy with this stay. - Room is clean and roomy but take me 3 minutes to go to the beach. Breakfast is ok. Pool is good. I booked an ocean view king room but the view of the ocean is very narrow made me disappointed and long walk to the beach.

- Silvio (8/5): They tried - The reception tried to be helpful but the English of the persons was very difficult to understand. The hotel is darker than it appears on the pictures. Beach and pool area very good, the room okay. The whole interior with the industrial design seemed a bit outdated. A lot of Russian guests.

The place where breakfast is served is pretty small and gets really crowded, with not enough seats for everyone. Even though it feels cozy, a lot of people end up waiting for a table.

- Joseph (8/5): Very good - Room, pool, beach and staff was great. Breakfast was decent but pre cooked eggs and hot buffet was always cold. Disappointed that they showed a rooftop restaurant that is no longer in existence. This may have been a 5 star resort at one time, but with some updates it should resume its former glory!!

- Ian (3/5): Priced at the lower end of 5 stars so wasn’t expecting a palace. Not a place to travel halfway around the world too - The ocean view room was good only let down by the balcony Stone Age furniture. Themed as a disused power station. Beneath the facade it’s dirty and overdue refurbishment. Food selection and quality very poor. Road access complicated with tiny roads.
- Husrin (6/5): I think it's too expensive for the room and girl facilities like this. - Beach front location, good view, quiet, small hotel not too busy. Room and bathroom are very old, not well maintained. Rustic design and decor will not go well with many people
- Guy (6/5): nice to get away from the crowds. - The property must at some point been very good. It is located on the beach front away from everything The staff team is small but very hard working and all were very helpful. Room was spacious However currently many of the elements of the hotel remain closed post covid. There is one small dining area for breakfast which becomes very overcrowded and under stocked. and one other open terrace dining area which is very limited and run down. Luckily there is an excellent beach club next door with great food and drinks which rescued things for us. With investment this hotel could easily turn the negatives around.

- Hawkman (4/5): The advertising for the resort is deceiving. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. - The breakfast was good, but the omelet station need a better way to prepare the omelets. I had to be moved from my initial room because the AC never turned off, and was very loud. I could not sleep at night because I had to keep getting up to turn the AC off when the room got to cold: and then get back up to turn it back on when the room got to hot. I did not utilize the pool. The other guests seem to enjoy the pool. The building overall appears to be very old and in need of renovations. The floor in the rooms look very dated and not well maintained.
