- N K (8/5): Nice room but staff need to be more accommodating - Good stay but hotel staff could have been more friendly and accommodating. We had a friend stay with us which we had booked a room for when we arrived they said they unfortunately booked him into their sister hotel down the road. He had just travelled 8 hours to see us there was no way we would have him in the hotel down the road so after 3 hours of arguing we were told we could be put up in the sister hotel for one night with him and then back to the yug villa for our remaining 3 nights. When we got back to the yug villa we had to request an upgrade for all the hassle (which we got). Other then first night issues it was a nice stay
