• Meike (10/5): Erholsame Ankunft auf Bali - Die Villa hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist toll und das Bett bequem. Es ist eine etwas ältere Villa und das Bad war aufgrund des Alters schon verkalkt aber dennoch sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist nicht direkt zentral, aber dennoch ist viel Verkehr. Trotz der geringen Entfernung von etwas mehr als 1 Kilometer hat man zirka 30-45 Minuten zum Strand gebraucht aufgrund des Verkehrs. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

• Jaroslaw (2/5): - Almost nothing. Dirty, dirty and dirty. First time I see no coffee or tea to breakfast. Warm fluid called coffee cost extra 30k. Daily housekeeping never happened except replace towels. Reported that toilet not secured to floor and no fixed. Loose planks on decking. And a lot more thinks to improve. I seen a lot of 3 star hotels in better condition that this 4 star.

• Akshay (9/5): Great property for a short stay - Prime yet peaceful location, great swimming pool (it has the perfect length and depth to do swimming laps), comfortable bedroom and bathroom, great value for money. Their food menu is ok-ish, but there are loads of food options nearby. Seminyak beach is about 10 mins away by cab. Also, the property is reasonably priced which is a huge plus point. Best one for short stay, or if you're planning more outdoorsy activities. The property wasn't very clean, the floor felt greasy with oil. We had to use slippers throughout our stay. Also, the pool isn't cleaned during your stay, so I couldn't use it after my first use. Moreover, they provide just one small bottle of water per person per day, which isn't enough in Bali weather. You need to buy your own water separately to stay hydrated. But in the end, the price you pay justifies what you get, so no hard feelings.

• Michele (10/5): - It was exceptionally clean and private. It has to be one of the cleanest properties I have stayed in when visiting Bali. I visit 2 times a year and have been doing this for about 15 years. Very relaxing. I would be happy to stay again. They have a 24 hour security person monitoring the property. Staff are fantastic. Pool it sparkling clean and very inviting. It was located away from shops to buy food or drink. However, a great little Italian restaurant within walking distace. There are a few small. There are a couple little local Warangs in area. There are two parts to this resort. You check in and have breakfast at Asa 1 and you get transported to and from in a buggy. Breakfast is a choice of 2 menus american and asian and you pick from these. But only from one menu you couldn't pick or choose from either. There is plenty there but I'm a fussy eater and would rather pick from a small buffet where I could have rice and eggs if I wanted. It becomes boring after eating the same for a few days. If staying for a longer period it would be very boring. Bed is big but very firm and hard.

• Andrew (1/5): The whole place needs a renovation. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere - Location Rooms very old, not like photos. There was a leak in the ceiling, bedsheets and pillow cases had stains. The towels, sheets and pillow cases don’t get changed, they just fold them again. Mould around the bathroom. The breakfast looked very bleak

Would love to see these changes so we can book again. - We liked the size of the pool The villa is quite outdated compared to other villas such as in Uluwatu where we stayed prior to checking in here. We were disappointed in the outdoor living area as the lounge was dirty. The pool doesn’t include any internal lights either for night time swimming so it’s very dark and uninviting. Bathroom also quite outdated and the room had noticeable signs of wear and tear like old walls, the robes were falling apart and overall just didn’t appear very new and clean. Towels had stains and bleach marks.

• Solly (1/5): Remove this place from bookings - We didn’t even sleep here, so there was nothing to like. I only liked that they agreed to refund us for the 3 nights out of the 4 we booked. Do not believe the pictures. What a terribly maintained place. Nothing here is as is. The cupboards are broken, the bed is rock hard, all wood is either broken or not maintained. In my years of booking using booking.com, I have never been this disappointed in a place especially in a foreign country. We requested a cancellation minutes after checking in and had to go up and down with booking.com until it was agreed to. The staff even try hide some of the damage but then as soon as they leave it goes back to its state I will not recommend this place to anyone. It needs to be seriously maintained. Everything in here is terrible. There is an outdoor shower that is visible to neighbours.

Le personnel était incroyablement serviable et toujours aux petits soins, ce qui a rendu mon expérience encore plus agréable. De plus, les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux, avec une belle variété de choix. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit où se détendre et se sentir bien accueilli ! J'ai tout apprécié!

The/kitchen floor tiles were extremely slippery especially being so close to the pool. I had a major fall. Luckily I was unhurt, but it could have been much worse if I had hit my head on the table or the floor. I stubbed my toe in the doorway from the bathroom to the bedroom. And still have a cut on my toe.
