• Kevin (8/5): While showing signs of age, a great and central location with a upfront view of the lake. - The location from the room is unmatched. You are right up against the Sun Moon Lake and right behind you is the busiest part of the area with ample food options. The building, being all wood is also a unique experience to stay in. The building is showing its sign of age. While the staff are very helpful and will do their best to accommodate, there is a sense of wear and tear in the rooms. We had to change rooms because there was a smell of sewage after flushing the toilets.

• David (5/5): Disappointing stay, would recommend other places in Ita Thao - Great location. Nice to have a kids play area. Bed was comfortable. The building is very dated and needs a face-lift. Our carpet was grimy and stained. The restaurant only offered hot pot and closed early every night. The pool had freezing water that looked like it hadn't been changed in ages, so no one was using it. The onsen was only open for a couple of hours a day. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. The service wasn't great - the staff made me pay a deposit to borrow a phone charger! Overall we wished we'd stayed in one of the nicer Lealea hotels in Ita Thao as there seem to be several.

• 邱 (3/5): - 住宿地點絕佳，是湖面第一排，離商店街也很近，備品出了一般洗髮精，沐浴乳，迎賓小零食，飲料，還被有潤髮乳身體乳，算是小驚喜，現在的服務態度溫柔細心 1.房間地毯上可以看到之前房客遺留的污漬 2.入住時，只說早飯的時間分兩梯，沒說會有團客，到時候可能無法坐靠窗位置，等吃早餐主動詢問是否可以坐窗邊時候才知道有團客，如果先行知道肯定會錯開 3.前幾次入住時，是按早到的順序安排的座位，這次特意早起，約莫是第四第五組到餐廳，明明窗戶旁還有座位，如果桌子無法容納下三人，也未詢問客人需不需要分開坐，主動表示想要做靠窗位子時，才告知因為有團客，靠窗的位置需保留，直接將我們安排到離窗戶最遠的位置，服務人員講話態度也不好，感受十分差 4.收餐盤的時候也未詢問是否需要搜尋，就直接將空盤子收走，非常不尊重 總而言之這次是真有被冒犯到，一般不留評價，但這次踩到我的地雷嚴重覺得配不起房價，才決定寫評語，這間我基本已住過2次，日潭館也住過一次，前兩次感受還行，這次感受真的很差，下次應該不會再住這了

• Lan Lan Cat (10/5): 麻煩給櫃台接待人員加薪 - 整棟滿滿的檜木味 住起來舒適宜人 早餐和晚餐的自助吧有一定水準 比以前套餐模式進步很多👍 浴室的洗髮精和沐浴乳洗起來超讚 值得多買幾罐帶回家💯 重點 櫃台接待人員親切又可愛 完全就是我的菜💘 住三樓接待室旁 樓上有住戶跑動其實挺吵的🤦 二樓泳池如果可以改溫水的話 會更有遊客使用 不然只是占著大面積的無意義設施🤷‍♀️ 原本想借電玩主機的 可是一樓胖胖的阿山哥說都拿去維修無法使用🙅‍♂️ （這不是過年前就該處理好的事嗎？） 最後請二樓主廚研究 如何可以把食材更好入口 我第一次遇到能把帶骨牛小排做得如此之柴的 當是在做飛機經濟艙的餐點嗎😂 我請我阿嬤做也沒那麼糟 還請再加油💪

Le carrelage de la piscine est, par endroits, très sale. La douche était souvent froide. Le prix d’un 4 étoile, sans le confort. Rapport qualité/prix exécrable.

Good choice at breakfast. Nice sauna and pool area. Close to the centre with an easy walk. Not being able to buy a beer in the evening.
