• teresa (7/5): Great staff, good location, basic but fantastic value - The staff here make this place, they are so nice, helpful and kind. It’s an old hotel in a good location. What it lacks in fancy extras it makes up for in heart and warmth. Lovely pool and outside seating area. There are definitely some aesthetic issues, it needs more renovation. They’ve upgraded the bathrooms and you can see they are slowly improving things in the rooms.

• Peter Holger (3/5): Bin einen bezahlten Tag früher abgereist. - Freundliche Ankunft, zentrale Lage. Nach der Ankunft war keine vernünftige Konversation mehr möglich, auch Englisch nicht. Aircon sehr laut, eine Regulierung war nicht möglich. Laundry Service außer Haus und teuer. Ab 21 Uhr ist der Garten mit kleinem Pool geschlossen, zum Rauchen muss man nachts auf der Straße stehen.

• Magali (7/5): - L'emplacement est parfait, proche du vieux quartier. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. La piscine est appréciable avec un petit espace vert très sympa. Les lits sont confortables. Ce n'est pas très bien entretenu. Les couchages sont confortables mais la douche et le lavabo se bouchent, et ce n'est pas propre. Les draps étaient propres mais les serviettes de douche tachées. C'est vraiment dommage que ce ne soit pas entretenu car si c'était plus propre et moins vétuste, l'hôtel ce serait parfait.

• Garbitashri (3/5): I woukd not recommend to anyone to book this hotel under its current management. They obviously have no care at all for - The staff were friendly enough but it’s not enough when they don’t even have enough respect to clean the room for their guests before they arrive. Not deserving of patrons in my opinion. Bathroom hadn’t even been cleaned for ages, shit all under the seat, toilet pink and stained, basin dirty just gross went strsight out and bought a bottle of bleach and cleaned everything. Room also needs a proper clean, feels dirty with lots of extra furniture that’s not needed and hasn’t been moved to clean in quite some time. Bed is like sleeping on a wooden box after 2nd night I couldn’t sleep on my side any longer as hips were so bruised. Duvet is not the right size far too small so doesn’t even cover 2 people. TV doesn’t work big cube TV from the 80’s not sure why it’s even in the room! Old fridge that is sooo noisy every time it turns on and off. Walls in hallway have black mould, rubbish bin at end of hall is always overflowing. No daily cleaners so you have to ask them to clean, they don’t tell you just happened to see a small sigh on the pinboard. Pool was green half the time we were there. Honestly they are just there to take your money and give very little back.

• mickhiero (7/5): Pour un séjour low budget, c'est parfait 😅 - Personnel sympa, emplacement calme et proche de la vieille ville. Petite piscine avec soleil le matin. Propreté !! Rideau de douche très sale, poussière de quelques semaines partout... mais la zone salle d'eau et les draps étaient propres. La télé ne fonctionne pas.

• Parola (7/5): Soggiorno a Chiang Mai - Posizione ottima, comoda al centro. Personale cortese e disponibile. Nell'area comune caffè e thè a disposizione. Struttura un pó datata e non molto pulita. C'è la piscina ma anche questa avrebbe bisogno di una bella manutenzione, in oltre è in una zona di completa ombra quindi l'acqua risulta un pó fredda.

• Hugh (5/5): Great location but needs some work. - Location was excellent. Easy walk into old town. Quiet area. Price was excellent. Staff were friendly The room was quite dirty when I arrived. I told the front desk and they cleaned it. It really needs a full cleaning though. Pool was not really suitable to swim. Again it needs a cleaning.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix. Piscine en travaux. Cela faisait parti de nos critères de choix mais malheureusement cela n’était pas indiqué dans l’annonce.
• Ale D (5/5): Not recommended - Good location and good internet connection In general the place had a very run down look and it didn't seem to be well-taken care of, nor properly clean. The room was not super clean, with dust and webspiders, the towels were smelly, the pool not ready to be used, the matresses on the beach chairs were moldy. I am sorry to leave such a review but I felt I was fooled by the nice pictures that were not reflecting the reality

• diana maria (1/5): 🚫🚫 HORRIBLE ☣️ - Nada Increíblemente horrible, la habitación olía feo a humedad, tiene hongos hasta en la puerta de la habitacion, telarañas , arañas, polvo, las sábanas estaban amarillas, la cortinas del baño sucia, mi conclusión es que nunca limpia, me tuve que ir de allí por que no aguantaba la picazón en la nariz y el cuerpo. Las fotos deben ser de hace 10 años y desde eso no limpian y no estoy siendo sarcástica. H

La nostra camera era piena di ragnatele, ragni, insetti vari e muffa!! Anche la piscina era sporca, sembrava di fare il bagno nella melma:(

J'ai demandé un remboursement au minimum des nuits restante plus de la nuit en cours. La réceptionniste à catégoriquement refusé. Elle était très désagréable. De plus la chambre était vielle, sombre et poussiéreuse !

• 小馬宏美 (8/5): - スタッフが親切で、建物は古いけれど清潔で 作りが素敵。プールはメンテナンス中で使えなくて残念だけど、各部屋にシャワーもトイレもあり不自由しない。 マーケットにも徒歩20分くらいで行けるし、宿近くに安くて美味しい食堂もあります。 プールがメンテナンス中で使えなかったこと。 ただ、きちんと事前にメール連絡があり、チェックイン時にも確認してくれた。
• Markus (6/5): - Die ruhige gute Lage. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und der Durchlauferhitzer im Badezimmer hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Das Wasser wurde zu schnell zu heiß. Im allgemeinen könnte das Zimmer etwas freundlicher gestaltet werden. Ein paar schöne Bilder an den Wänden etc...! Die Zimmertüren sind sehr dünn, man hört viele Geräusche!

• Sandra (7/5): Great stay - Personal amable y buena ubicación. Auténtica experiencia más local. El aire acondicionado y la nevera hacían mucho ruido por la noche, así como el lavabo no estaba muy limpio.
• Paula (9/5): - L' habitació és gran i molt còmode. La dutxs està separada del wc. Té un entorn molt tranquil, amb una bona piscina. La propietaria de la casa va ser molt amable. Poc il.luminat el camí de nit, però si agafes un grab no hi ha problema.

• FARGE (3/5): - La chambre était très sale, les draps pas lavés, il y a eu un doute sur le fait que la chambre était lavée et préparé pour nous à l’accueil. Le frigo était très sale ainsi que la salle de bain plein de bestioles mortes. Et le logement était très humide, taches de moisissures sur le plafond ainsi que odeur etc je ne recommande pas ce logement.
