• Martyn (7/5): Nice stay. - Nice big room, the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Had a problem with the tv that was sorted very quickly. Room was clean and tidy. Nice bench out the front to sit and read etc, under cover. I feel it was a little over priced for what I paid. The room was a bit dated. It's not staffed all the time, no safe and just a push button lock on the door. You have to ask for the room to be cleaned.

• Idan (10/5): - צוות אדיב נחמד מאוד נענו לכל בקשה וענו בווצאפ לכל מה שהייתי צריך אחרי שעשיתי צאקאוט גם שמרו לי על הציוד בזמן שהסתובבתי כי יש איזה שעתיים מעבר בין לבין מאוד קרוב לטיילת ויש שם שקט מתאים למשפחות וזוגות זה לא פאר אבל זה עושה את העבודה אחרי טיסה ארוכה

• Hron (10/5): Náš pobyt Baan Pitcha - Každý den úklid 2 lahve vody na pokoji.Personal ochotný ve všem vyhovět.V ničem nebyl problém.Vše řešeno s úsměvem.Možna dát na pokoj mikrovlnku Cena odpovídá kvalitě.Občas trochu hluk s ostatních restauraci,ale je to ve středu města v 1 hod byl klid.Mohu doporučit kdo není náročný tak o.k. Personálu děkujeme Hronovi.

• Heinz Jens (7/5): gutes Zimmer und gute Lage - Frühstück gab es nicht. Das Zimmer war groß. Es war alles drin was man brauchte. 2 Flaschen Wasser täglich. Reinigung auf Wunsch. Alles was man brauchte gab es in der nähe. Little Austria gleich über die Straße mit guten deutschen Frühstück. OK bis früh 4 Uhr Musik aber war kaum zu hören. Rezeption nicht immer besetzt. Der Flughafentransfer klappte hervorragend. Kein Fernsehempfang. Wasserhahn im Bad hing schief aber hatte funktioniert. Check in abends problem weil keiner da war. Anruf ohne gute englischkenntnisse Katastrophe, aber eine Reinigungsfrau hat mir geholfen.

• Alkiviadis (8/5): Nice rooms for. along staty - Cleaning every day, good and spacious with a fridge. Beds were comfy and the air condition was good. Every room has a seating area outside and space to relax. A lot of people go there for a long term stay, which is nice to see and meet up with new people. Internet or wifi rather was a bit flaky at times, but not a deal breaker.

• Josef (8/5): Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - Außenbereich mit Bänken zum gemeinsamen Sitzen. Vorteilhaft, wenn man mit mehreren Freunden unterwegs ist, man muss nicht immer ausgehen. Dann kann es manchmal auch etwas lauter werden. Die Nachtruhe wurde aber niemals gestört.

• Michel (8/5): Very nice hôtel - Hello, everything is very good with a good price-quality ratio. You will be in a quiet location and right next to lively bars and restaurants. The staff are pleasant and helpful. It's a very simple but very pleasant hotel There's nothing to complain about regarding the accommodation, but I think it's a shame that there isn't a partnership with the small restaurant across the street which offers superb breakfasts with good price. A room-and-breakfast package would be a plus.
• Mirko (9/5): Top Lage und Service - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Sehr guter Service (Reinigung und täglich wurden 2 fläschchen Wasser hingestellt) Ruhig gelegen in sehr sehr guter Lage zum Nachtleben (Man bekommt nur sehr wenig mit von den anliegenden Bars) Ich konnte einchecken, obwohl ich schon sehr früh angekommen bin - vielen Dank nochmal dafür an das Hotel!!! Die Klimaanlage könnte etwas leiser sein
• ALESSANDRO (9/5): Stanze grandi e pulite e posizione ottimale rispetto a Lamai - Stanze molto ampie e letti grandi.Pulizia ottima e cortesia del personale anche se la struttura è un pochino datata ma tenuta molto bene. Posizione ideale a pochi passi dal centro di Lamai e non serve la macchina per spostarsi nè per arrivare in spiaggia.

• Nicole Weygandt (9/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at Baan Pitcha. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. The location is great — close to restaurants, shops, and just a short walk to the beach, but still peaceful and relaxing. The staff were kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. It’s a lovely place to stay and I would definitely come back.

A bit noisy on upstairs rooms, close to Soi Moon Place. Downstairs may be a bit quieter. Not a great problem as I tend to be a late night person. I would stay again. A bit noisy from bars.

Looking out my window directly to the concrete wall and the area that the cleaners keep their cart. Also, you aren't able to open your curtains without anyone walking by, being able to see into your room.

The accommodation is far enough from the bars to have quiet night. There was no staff at the accommodation, maybe because it was low season. It was a bit hard to get in touch sometimes but as soon as we did, they were very friendly and helpful.

• Charlotte (8/5): Great location, room and staff - Great location - quiet area so you can sleep and only 10 min walk to the main strip and 15/20 to the beach. Staff were really nice and helped us book taxis to the elephant sanctuary. Spacious room. Air con very good. And fridge in room. Would stay here again. A little note to say that best to pay all before you stay on card otherwise you will need to pay cash for your room on arrival.

Also, two neighbours were crying and singing outside really loudly at 11 Am but the management did not seem to care

The room and the premises are cleaned everyday. Good room size. Helpful staff. The hotel is in the middle of the center of Lamai but is not noisy. We ended up extending our stay.
• Joseph (9/5): Superb - The location is very central Lamai Beach Resort. Normally hotels in this area suffer noise but Baan Pitcha is located in an area quite sheltered from the nightlife noise pollution and it's easy to get a peaceful night's sleep. You can park outside the rooms and there is a rather lively little garden within the complex with an evening frog chorus for your pleasure! It's a simple well maintained accommodation, there's nothing to complain about at this price.

• Tamara (3/5): Poor - location was nice A lot of noice, had two week of very little sleep because people where partying in the balcony and act like no one's there accept them. The owner seemed alright with it and even after asking to be quiet it continued. Also, people invited sex workers often and make loud noice to. I can handle a lot, so when I say it was very disturbing Im already gone far over my limit. Not recommended

• Jonny (8/5): Great property for you visit to Koh Samui - Really great value for money! place was located in ideal location within Lamai close to lots of bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Room was large with great AC and shower, as well as nice bench to sit on outside the room. Bikes can be rented opposite and staff were very smiley and friendly. Only downsides were the TV didn’t work and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains sometimes. Also staff not always around but if you call they will come which is good.
• Kirill (7/5): Great but sleepless - Cheap, clean, good location, big room Very loud. You can hear everything which happens in the street and in other rooms. Neighbors can party in the hotel’s facilities whole night long and management doesn’t do anything with it.

Good shower Daily towel change (if required) Shuttle on request from / to the airport 600 Baht All staff / housekeeping were very guest friendly Regular (`sleeping` security dog) if you're on the ground floor (he´s everywhere & too old/ busy to go upstairs) Stayed an extra 3 nights You don´t know what neighbours you will get Get Mozzy/ bug spray (for inside) asap because of the greenery Some nights noise from nearby bars Careful use of the toilet flush (but works fine if used properly) Occasional?
