• George (3/5): Scale of 1 to 10..........3 - The bed slept good! Check in not really hospitable and in Arnold t-shirt. Beds 2.5 to 3 ft off floor. Rooms weren't that clean Stepped on plastic fingernail someone left on floor. Pinkish-Redish stain on sheet. Reddish (appeared to be old blood on comforter- see pic) clothing hanger pulled out of wall. AC unit missing chunk of fins and heat blew up curtain. Thick dust on AC fins. See Pics. Including pics. • Angela (1/5): - On booking.com I booked a smoking room at the Days Inn. Upon arrival I was told that they didn't have any smoking rooms. So I asked if they would cancel that reservation and I was told yes. The next morning my card was charged. I spoke to management and was told that they weren't going to refund my money.

• Daisy (1/5): Renovation needed - This property is close to the casino. When I checked into the room, it wasn’t clean. It had previous client stuff still in the room, dirty towels and I booked a non-smoking room but the room smelled like pure smoke. Very dirty room sinks and tub was clogged up. AC unit needs to be fixed. kept making noise could not sleep.
• Melissia (4/5): The best part of the stay was the location. It was not a clean room and I would not stay here again. - The lady at the front desk was nice and it was in a good location. It was supposed to be non-smoking, but the room reeked of long-term smoke residue causing me to become sick. The bed, curtain, and nightstand had cigarette burns on them. The fitted bed sheet had no elastic in it and would not stay on. The toilet seat was broken. The shower had hair and dried soap on the walls. The floor of the shower was so slippery that even the tiny mat in the floor moved like it was on wheels. The sink was clogged and water stayed backed up in it.

Went to office to get plunger, unsuccessful in getting unstopped. Had to go back to office twice after that to get someone to come and fix issue.

• Elizabeth (3/5): Uncomfortable - Location and staff Heating was horrible. Either cold or scorching. No comfortable setting. Toilet very low and barely flushed. Cigarette burns on bedding and curtains. Tub had a gross slip mat in it. Poor selection for breakfast.

• Jeannie (2/5): Disappointed in room. Won't return. - Wyndham has always had a reputation of clean rooms, beds, and bathrooms. This room did not meet any of those standards. Cleaner room, clean sheets without red magic marker on it, carpet cleaned. Paint not chipped on walls. Concrete walk ways were broken up. Ice machine was hidden behind old paneling that had a jagged hole cut in it to stick bucket. Was dark at Ice machine. No remote in room. Need to spend a little money on property to bring it up to date.

First room we were assigned had old smoke within; however, the housekeeper showed us a couple of different rooms and the owner was able to accommodate us. We were then satisfied. Breakfast was disappointing ... very limited amount of food

It took an hour to get in room because they would not work with booking.com. Lady at desk threatened me with a box cutter. I am not joking. She actually threatened me. Avoid this place at all costs.

The owner/ manager wouldn’t refund any money or book the room at a discount for me. He just said too bad. The staff were unfriendly and the lobby smelled like rotten garbage. We will not be back.

• Franklin (6/5): OK - Very convenient to casino. Also had waffles that were good. Slight odor to room. “Breakfast” was really misleading. Few sad looking apples, 2 types of cereal, coffee, juice.
• Francis (2/5): The worst Days Inn I ever stayed in. Will never stay at this one again. - Room could be cleaner. Staff could be friendlier and more attentive. Room was in an alley way with no view. Room had no toilet paper. Bathroom was not clean. Bedding had stains.

The bad review is because the cleaning staff did not have rooms clean at check in time for a “no vacancy” weekend. It was 2 hours later before we could check in with non chalant attitudes. The cleaning staff exuberated horrible atttudes just walking past them which made us feel uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was very limited and they ran out of waffle mix on first morning….that was the only hot food option other than oatmeal.

The bed was clean and the room had been cleaned but the room is worn, stained chair and rug, needs some work. I wish there was somewhere to sit outdoors as well.
