• Eva (10/5): Lovely stay with great hosts in a dreamy apartment walkable to everything Mont Royal! - Fabulous location, super quiet residential neighborhood, felt very safe. The property had everything I needed and more - an absolute dream. Having morning coffee on the patio was an extra bonus. Hosts were super-accommodating and even allowed me to leave my suitcase for late afternoon pickup. I loved everything, but since I stayed during the hottest and most humid part of summer, the AC in the bedroom was a bit loud - but that was absolutely minor and I was grateful to have it!

We didn't realize we had reserved the fourth floor apartment, but she was kind enough to offer us the first floor. which was hugely helpful for older folks like us. The apartment was charming, spotlessly clean, in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood, & very near the park, bakeries, grocery stores and and lots of good restaurants. Parking was right behind the building -- so easy! We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Everything was great!

• Chelso (9/5): Great value for a lovely apartment. Montreal is a wonderful city with many cute neighborhoods and very friendly people. - Stylish clean apartment in Mt.Royal neighborhood. We were met by the landlady when we arrived who helped us with parking our rental car due to street construction and street closures. This is not the home owner’s responsibility, but road closures and one way streets by the apartment made navigating by car to other areas of the city somewhat tricky. Also there are two flights of stairs to get to the apartment(spiral staircases are a thing in Mt. Royal!) which was not an issue for us but be advised if you cannot maneuver stairs either alone or carrying a suitcase.

• Eric (10/5): We had a great stay at these Lofts. It was just a great neighborhood to explore. Near a lot of restaurants without the o - Well thought out interior design. We loved everything about the place. Kitchen was out to use and they had everything we needed. It was great to have a balcony to enjoy the quiet neighborhood after a long day. The bathroom and shower were nice. For two people it was great to have the all the space. We will be back. No issues at all with the property.

Communication with owners was efficient. Major road construction and being in between metro stops wasn’t the easiest for getting around but not the property’s issue really.

The stairs into our third floor apartment were initially challenging to navigate with luggage but after settling in were manageable. Distant from subway access problematic.

Easy to get to the bus stops once you learn the very functional public transportation system in Montreal.

Lots of construction and a bit of graffiti were the only things that downgraded the area but the pros outweighed the cons. Will stay here again!

Pictures on the website are very accurate reflection of the apartment. Good location on a quiet residential street and a block away from a very nice park La Fontaine. Easy access to public transportation as well as to grocery store and laundromat. Clean and well maintained. The TV options are limited as many of the channels listed were not available. Also, we reported that the fan and the light on the stove were not working but this was not fixed during our stay.

The facilities in the apartment were great; we didn't use the kitchen (too many good restaurants within walking distance) but it was very well stocked.

It is placed in a very quiet and cool street, good grocery shops just a block away, and a beautiful park close-by. It is within walking distance from great restaurants and bars. Our host was very nice and so helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back to Montreal. Although not an issue for me, it is good to point out there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment (from the sideway).

• Linda (10/5): Very cute apartments, good location: easy to get around town. - The apartment was very well kept, well designed, and clean. Also, it's in a lovely neighborhood that's close to lots of things you might want to do during a weekend in Montreal. We walked 10-15 minutes every morning to try new bakeries, the bike tour we went on was only a 10 minute walk away, and even going further out to new neighborhoods for dinner usually only required a short car ride.

I didn’t have to pay for parking . The one bedroom suite was extremely clean and well kept . Our host was excellent, kind and attentive. This place was 10/10 . Quiet . It felt like a second Honeymoon. I will definitely be going back . We parked the car and walked downtown everyday as it was close by . It was a comfortable and safe walk with beautiful parks and people to meet . Can’t wait to go back and stay at the Lofts .
• Sanjana (10/5): - A wonderful apartment to explore Montreal and the surrounding area. The parking makes it so easy if you are coming with a car. And of course Mio is so sweet and kind and takes such good care of you!
• Diane (10/5): - The apartment is huge and is super clean. There is plenty of hot water and the shower is large. The towels and bed linens are very fresh and new. The pictures are very accurate. It is well equipped and has a nice little balcony at the back where we ate breakfast every morning. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries, and is located in a very nice neighbourhood. There are several BIXI bike locations nearby. Mio is very friendly and a wonderful host. She was really helpful and booked a taxi for us on the day of our departure. We stayed for 7 nights and everything was perfect !! We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again !
• Christopher Z. (10/5): Urban Charm - This place is clearly designed for couples with it's one bedroom, but because it is designed for couples, it's full of nice things. Owner clearly has the designer touch with nice fixtures and a very charming and comfortable setting. The area is a short walk from all the good things Montreal has to offer. The owners clearly take great pride in the presentation. They also made it very easy to check in, park etc. Super friendly and they live on sight. Once inside, you have everything you need including a well equipped kitchen and new appliances. Comfortable bed and a very high end hotel worthy bathroom. You can sit outside in front or on a small terrace at the rear. There are stores just steps away. This is a great taste in what it's like to live in one of Montreal's nicest neighbourhoods. Liked it so much we booked again :)

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This loft is beautifully designed. I enjoyed the sheer beauty of it immensely. Only inconvenience was icey sidewalk in Montreal during an ice-snow period. Don't know if owners could do a better job of clearing. But it is GORGEOUS.
• Stacy (10/5): - Lovely, clean, great neighborhood. Decorated amazingly! Comfortable and very efficient, yet warm and sophisticated. Close to many buses, restaurants, bars, etc. About 20 minutes from Place Des Arbres , Downtown and museums. Quiet. Charming French area. Has all needed amenities A/C, heat, fully equipped kitchen, Hugh speed WIFI, Large flat screen TV, comfortable Queen bed, small terrace, spacious. MUST be able to walk steps. Loved it!
• stephen (10/5): A lovely place to stay in Montreal - All good. Just a warning that the steps up to the apartment entrance door are steep and curved. Carrying a suitcase could be a problem for some older guests.
• Ed (10/5): Montreal Trip - Wonderful hosts, beautiful remodel, parking. It's a great place to stay.
