• Katelyn (9/5): Would reccomend , very beautiful hotel, lovely staff - Beautiful Hotel, Greeted at reception by a lovely lovely woman . Food in the hotel is Devine and service is absolutely pristine . Would recommend the garlic bread with cheese to anyone going as it was one the nicest things I have ever tasted . Bar is lovely too , great drinks and price is very reasonable and affordable. Room was beautiful, heated towel racks , coffee and tea station in room. Small bit far from Belfast city, but all okay due to Ubers being available for pick up from the hotel.

• Mark (7/5): Suitable for what I needed for work - Convenient location for work and ample free parking Comfortable bed and quiet hotel for sleep Stayed several times and the rooms always feel cold. I had to bring a mini heater with me and good job i did the radiator was behind the thick curtains when they were closed so heat didn’t really spread into room.

The subdued lighting in the room was atmospheric, but I did miss a strong light for specific tasks including working and a make-up/shaving mirror in the bathroom. I didn't request a quiet room, and was in a room facing the road.

• Janet (9/5): Good - Very disappointed with the breakfast we were charged for items we didn’t have. Very little fresh fruit didn’t have yogurt or cereal had to ask for more butter & marmalade. We spoke to the waiter & he tried to rectify this but we were still charged too much. Could I suggest that they made a single charge for the continental breakfast say £10 or £12 would be reasonable. Not the fault of the staff they seemed to be taking the flack from the guests. Sorry put my dislikes in the wrong place.

• Deirdre (8/5): Comfortable and quiet choice outside City Centre - Very large and comfortable rooms. Good showers, very friendly staff in reception and restaurant. Good Parking. choice of cooked breakfast We booked at last minute for Saturday night so choice of Belfast hotels at a reasonable price was limited. Location is 20 minutes taxi ride from City Centre.
• Graham (10/5): - The place was a bit further away from the city centre.(We did know this, we chose this location for a break from home but close enough for our work colleague to drive up to visit us) The bar was perfect and we had a great time. After our friend left we enjoyed our food at the restaurant. (The food was brilliant). The rooms were very big, the bed was comfy, however, we didn't stay the night as we received an emergency call so had to leave. We would like to return again as it was a nice location it's also right beside let's go hydro. Everything was perfect.

• Erin (8/5): - Quiet, comfortable. No refrigerator. Heavy smoker across the hall. I had to put a towel under our door, and it was still coming in our room.
• Krawczyk (10/5): - It was amazing. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel also had a bar wich also has a wide selection of drinks. Definitely will be coming back.
• Alessandra (9/5): Soggiorno accogliente a poca distanza dalla città - Struttura deliziosa con belle e ampie camere (noi prenotato una deluxe), parcheggio privato gratuito e bistrot interno in cui fare colazione e volendo anche cenare (lo abbiamo fatto l’ultima sera, davvero ottimo!). Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile! È davvero lontana dal centro città, c’è una fermata bus vicina che richiede poi circa 40 minuti di mezzi. In alternativa taxi o auto (noi avevamo auto ma visti i costi dei parcheggi in centro a Belfast e la concomitanza con un festival musicale che bloccava mezzo centro abbiamo preferito usare UberX!)
