Daniel Scheid (6/5): - That I could lock myself away and sleep for most of the time as having complex ptsd I go through stages where that the nightmares are relentless and I can go months where I only sleep 15-20hrs a week That the day of check out that 2 hrs before my checkout time one of the cleaning staff just came into my room without knocking or announcing that it was housekeeping, to see what time I was going, this happened on 3 occasions in a 25min period and for someone that suffers with complex PTSD this is not a very nice experience in fact it has been a bit of a setback for me mental health wise.

The sofa was very comfortable. The location next to the tram line was great as was the free tram rides. Noise level was good. Having the heat pump was good.

I had to go back twice the next day to complain that the wifi was not working I. The room before he took appropriate actin and got a technician in to remedy the problem. Not good customer service.

Tania (8/5): We liked our time there, as above. - A great place to stay, clean and well organised room. Renovated bathroom was a huge plus. Staff are awesome, very helpful and genuinely nice people. Good security- I liked the security gate being locked after we entered from the ground floor to walk up the stairs case to the hallways /room. Great location. Mattress could be replaced, quite a dip in the middle after a night's sleep.
Brett (7/5): Good place to stay if you need out of the city, close to transport, friendly staff and clean. - It was a perfect location as I had a car and didn't want to drive or park in the city and close to the airport. Also, we were heading out to the Great Ocean Road so needed to be easy the next day to leave. The room is basic but very clean with a good bathroom and toilet. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This was perfect for our needs.

Chloe (7/5): Review - The location was central to the tram line and it was easy access to the city. The room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were kind and courteous and always helpful. We have stayed here frequently when we visit Melbourne and it never disappoints. The room could have been cleaned a bit better it felt rushed. The room was clean but the little things felt rushed ie) the bathroom behind the sink head, the wall could have been wiped over for little stains. But otherwise everything was great.

Luc (8/5): goed verblijf gehad, fijne kamer maar toch wel wat last van drukke baan voor de deur - vriendelijke en behulpzame uitbater. ik had 2 kleine probleempjes en telkens reageerde hij erg snel. de1e keer kwam hij zelfs naar onze kamer om het probleem (i.v.m. de jacuzzi) snel op te lossen. de kamer zelf heeft alles : goed bed, fijne jacuzzi. het ligt niet aan het motel/de kamer, maar het motel ligt aan een erg drukke straat. in onze kamer (nummer 1) hoorden wij 's nachts vaak racende wagens en moto's die voorbijkwamen. ook waren er meermaals (enkele nachten na elkaar) mensen (ook met grotere wagens) die midden in de nacht aankwamen en toevallig of niet hun auto voor onze deur parkeerden en lawaai maakten. 's morgens waren ze meestal ook al erg vroeg weg met weeral veel lawaai.
