• Leo van Mullekom (7/5): Zeer mooie plek waar de tijd heeft stil gestaan en waar je helemaal tot rust komt. - Het is een locatie die erg mooi gelegen is en waar je helemaal tot rust kan komen. De tijd heeft hier even stil gestaan. Mooi zwembad, veel natuur en mooi uitzicht. Appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, 1 huiskamer keuken. Buiten leven is dan wel fijn. Ontbijt was prima maar eentonig. De locatie ligt erg afgelegen, dichtbij zijnde dorp is ruim 4 km door het bos met erg slechte en steile weggedeelten. Dus bij een actieve vakantie is dit mogelijk geen geschikte uitvalbasis. Werd ook veel gebruikt voor een of twee nachten voor mensen die op doorreis zijn.

Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce. Płatne ogrzewanie (byliśmy w pierwszej połowie maja i było dość chłodno w apartamencie). Bardzo słaby zasięg WiFi. Droga dojazdowa dość kręta i momentami trochę stromo.

Zahvaljujući ovom smještaju osjetili smo pravi duh Toscane. Smještaj se nalazi na idealnim mjestu za istraživanje okolice.

• Ioana (9/5): - Die Unterkunft ist extrem schön abseits gelegen mitten in der toskanischen Landschaft mit wunderschönem Sonnenuntergangsaussicht. Personal war mega freundlich und entgegenkommend. Haben unsere Anliegen sofort erledigt und das System mit dem Frühstück ist ressourcensparend und top. Man kann sich immer am Vortag bis 17 Uhr auf einer Liste eintragen wie viel Stück man von den Lebensmitteln will und am morgen zu einer gewünschten Uhrzeit wird es einem vor die Tür gelegt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Top auch mit Hund aber relativ teuer (40€ pro angefangene Woche). Preis für den Hund zu teuer

The communication regarding check-in was excellent—everything was smooth, clear, and very well organized from the start. The house itself is perfectly suited for longer stays. It is extremely comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, especially the kitchen, which has everything you might need. One of the highlights is the beautiful terrace, where you can truly enjoy and celebrate the evenings while watching the breathtaking Tuscan sunset. Breakfast is a lovely touch—delivered in a basket at a pre-arranged time, with items selected in advance. This makes mornings very convenient and relaxing. The property offers peace and quiet, making it an ideal place for families or larger groups looking to unwind. It’s easy to imagine that it has even more to offer during the summer season, with access to a swimming pool as well as wine tastings and organized dinners. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the overall experience was fantastic. This is definitely a place we would love to return to and confidently recommend to others

• Benjamin (10/5): - Au coeur de la Toscane, le logement est au calme et offre une vue magnifique sur les collines alentours. Le petit déjeuner à la carte, livré dans un panier chaque matin, est la meilleure façon de commencer la journée. C'était la première fois que nous utilisions une cafetière italienne, et c'est depuis devenu notre rituel. Un soir, nous avons entendu un bruit dehors : il s'agissait d'un petit sanglier qui fouillait parmi les feuilles mortes, preuve s'il en fallait qu'on se trouve en pleine nature ! La communication avait l'hôte était très facile. Le domaine produit du vin localement, et des olives qui sont envoyées à un pressoir. Le mout de raison est également envoyé à une distillerie pour produire du grappa. Pour bénéficier du calme, le domaine est forcément excentré, et nécessite donc un peu de route (ou de chemins) pour aller où que ce soit. Si vous êtes allergiques à la route de montagne, ça peut être compliqué. Étonnamment, on pouvait entendre le bruit du logement voisin (bruits de salle de bain, éclats de voix). Rappel qu'en fait, nous n'étions pas vraiment seuls au milieu de la nature !

• Besmir (10/5): Esperienza da fare se avete dei figli e volete stare in un posto tranquillo ve lo consiglio - Struttura della casa fatta bene pulita in ordine, la colazione è perfetta e tutto buono.mi sono piaciute le persone gentili professionali e disponibili. La quantità del acqua sui rubinetti e poca difficile da miscelare probabilmente la stagione estiva ci può stare!! La piscina piccola non ha scale avrei preferito 2 gradini per chi ha problemi motorie come mio figlio.

• Deborah (10/5): Fabulous staff and even better wines! - Tenuta Moriano was our first stop in Tuscany! It was a beautiful setting with the absolute nicest staff. We’ve been to 2 other locations since staying with Tenuta Moriano and we loved its location. The staff and especially Tatiana were kind, and engaging. They threw a wine tasting dinner while we were there (lucky us even though it was off season) and what an incredible treat! The food was so delicious and the wines are all top notch! I loved the sparking,Bibi and the white Luce di Luna were both some of my favorite wines ever…and that’s saying a lot! My hubby loved the reds as well…the Magnifico and the desert wine, Incanto was delish (you could taste the cherries in it). Not a thing!

• Richard (8/5): - Lokalita výborná pro cestující autem, v rozumné vzdálenosti do hlavních turistických míst jako Florencie, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra a další. Snídaně velmi chutné. Ubytování klidné a čisté uprostřed zeleně. pokoje poněkud tmavší, zabedněné, nedalo se lehce osvětlit pokoj denním světlem. Ale na pokoji stejně člověk skoro vůbec nebyl, takže to zase tak nevadí.

• Sanja (3/5): very bad stay - The staff was friendly. A lot of things. The stage was dirty, as were the bedding. There were cockroaches in the room, you have to pay for heating 4.5€/m^2, which is a lot. The breakfast was quite bad, the lady was just hand-pulling the food from the tray to the plate. Everything is old and has a musty smell. There is an old water heater in the apartment that we had to turn off and on again before each use to have hot water. One morning there was no water at all.

Jetzt im Oktober ist es am Abend und in der Früh sehr frisch gewesen, wodurch das Frühstück im Zelt nicht angenehm war. Genügend warme Kleidung mitnehmen. Die Stinkekäfer kamen am Abend immer rein.

• Mathias (7/5): Schönes Weingut mit traumhafter Fernsicht - Wir verbrachten im Rahmen einer privaten Toskana- Rundreise vier Nächte im Oktober in der Tenuta Moriano. Die Anlage liegt inmitten von Weinbergen unweit von Montespertoli. Die Anfahrt von dort aus ist in Teilen etwas anspruchsvoller, führt hoch- und runter über schmale Straßen und durch manche enge Spitzkehren. Das letzte Stück des Weges bis kurz vor die Tenuta Moriano ist jedoch gut asphaltiert und ausgebaut. Bereits vor der Anreise gab es eine sehr gute Kommunikation bezüglich der Anreise und der Schlüsselübergabe. Uns wurde sogar ein Video über die Zufahrt auf dem Grundstück zugeschickt. Das war wirklich vorbildlich und so funktionierte alles reibungslos. Das gesamte Anwesen besteht aus einer parkähnlichen und gepflegten Anlage. Die schöne Poolanlage garantiert sicherlich in der warmen Jahreszeit Badespaß. Von unserer Terrasse aus hatten wir einen großartigen, viele Kilometer weiten Ausblick in die Landschaft. Einfach traumhaft. Unser Appartement war von der Fläche absolut ausreichend und ist landestypisch eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns etwas individuelle Behaglichkeit. In der Küche war alles an Grundausstattung vorhanden, um sich selbst das Essen zubereiten zu können. Insgesamt sind die Appartements etwas hellhörig. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und bestrebt, allen unseren Wünschen zu entsprechen und schnell Abhilfe zu schaffen. Auf unseren Wunsch wurde die Heizung angestellt, denn die Nächte waren schon recht kühl in den Weinbergen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Tenuta Moriano gerade auch Familien mit Kindern empfehlen. Das Frühstück - es war recht einfach- wurde auf einer zeltüberdachten Terrasse angeboten. Im Sommer sicherlich wunderbar. Jetzt im Oktober war es dort zu kalt, trotz eines Heizpilzes. Wir konnten uns das Frühstück jedoch in das Appartement mitnehmen. Dort war es wesentlich wärmer. So war es dann für uns in Ordnung.

• Stuart (9/5): Bon emplacement pour se reposer en pleine nature toscane! - L'emplacement en pleine campagne est idéal avec une vue sur les collines du Val d'Elsa. Tranquillité de l'hébergement, parking sous abri. Bon accueil du personnel serviable dans cette propriété viticole de 20 hectares ! Hébergement propre, bien aménagé (séjour+cuisine, salle de bains et chambre, terrasse) et équipé pour prendre les repas et ranger ses effets personnels. Literie confortable. Produits en vente à la boutique (vins et huile d'olive) avec remise pour les clients de l'hébergement, très intéressante! Petit déjeuner très léger, peu de choix à manger et à boire (produits industriels), eau froide pour le thé. Point positif : petit déjeuner pris à l'intérieur dans la boutique ou à l'extérieur sous la tonnelle avec vue sur la vallée. Dans l'hébergement, le nettoyage avec des produits chimiques rouille les siphons et la robinetterie, dommage, à améliorer !

• Kevin (10/5): - This is a working winery and while the apartments are somewhat rustic and without air conditioning they provided much of the charm and experience that we were looking for during our stay in Tuscany. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the wines produced by the winery. Natalia and Roberta were especially friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the buffet dinner that was available on our first night that included delicious food and wines. We also took advantage of the daily breakfast since the location is somewhat remote. Alternatively, one could easily prepare their own breakfast in the apartment kitchen but we opted for the convenience. Although remote the property is conveniently located in the countryside about midway between Florence and Siena which were the two cities we planned to visit during our stay. There is a pool on the property and we did also enjoy a stroll into the vineyards one evening to watch the sunset. The reason for the lower rating with facilities is primarily around some plumbing inconvenience which was not confined to just our unit but was being appropriately addressed by the property and we did not experience any issues on our last couple of days. Overall, our experience was excellent and I would stay there again if I return to Tuscany.

• Lynne (7/5): A rural treat 🧡 - The working winery was nice the apartment large, The bed comfortable , the pool was large. The breakfast by Roberta was great and had plenty of choice. Roberta was a wonderful and friendly chef and person to have around. The room was a little musty.Unfortunately we had difficult / noisy neighbours one night . We did ask for a bread knife, cutting board and hair dryer - all were delivered to our room. The kitchen was adequate but there was no milk for coffee , oil etc so you need to bring your own. Although the winery is in a lovely region we were quite a long way from the town which meant we ate in each night as the roads are steep and narrow and unfamiliar to us. We did have the meal on the Thursday night as an option and it was great and included lovely wine.
