- Jason (4/5): Emerald Guesthouse and Airport Inn Bed & Breakfast - The location to the airport. Instant hot shower. Rooms are extremely cold. Huge gaps above and under the door, which allows a cold wind in. The rooms are equipped with a heater but never worked in both of the two rooms I've stayed in. I was told at reception that the heaters are switched on for three hours per day, but that never happened. The rooms are very outdated.

- Tasha (5/5): You get what you pay for - Cheap. Water is hot. Free airport shuttle. Do not stay here unless it's summer. It was absolutely freezing in the rooms. The heat wasn't on when I arrived. When they finally turned it, it shut off a couple hours later. They finally fixed it so it was on all night, but the radiator doesn't radiate. It's also next to the door, so any heat immediately leaves through the drafty bottom of the door.

Il faudrait des brosses pour les toilettes qu'on puisse nettoyer nous même nos toilettes. Je me sens mal à l'aise de laisser une cuvette de toilettes sale à l'entretien de la femme de chambre. Le chauffage dans la chambre: une sorte de carré électrique sur le mur en tête de lit très peu efficace. Je n'avais jamais vu ce type de chauffage avant!
- Filip (3/5): Nemít dveře od WC je opravdu dost na nic, když cestujete ve dvou. - Je super, že ubytování je dobře zabezpečené, má kyvadlový minibus na letiště a má vlastní malou restauraci. Cením ochotu a chování personálu. V pokoji byla zima, vytápění nebylo dostatečné, chyběly dveře od záchodu, který byl umístěn přímo naproti posteli, TV nemá netflix, WC se na konci pobytu (naštěstí) rozbilo a přestalo splachovat.

- Leili (5/5): Cold hotel near the airport - Location near the airport Pick up service The heating didn’t work, it was as cold as outside. I was insisting to fix the heating and finally they gave me another room. The room was good and warmer, but there was another problem. The window locker was broken , so it was open all the time, so the noise and cold was coming to the room

Shuttle was punctual, from hotel to airport and viceversa. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. It is a place for just 1 night layover, not very clean, not very comfort. I will suggest for solo travelers.

There are much nicer rooms available which were not included on the booking.com site. There was an adorable 2 bedroom apartment that we wish had been offered for an upgrade. - Patricia (4/5): Wouldn’t rebook and wouldn’t recommend. - The shuttle and chef staff were nice. The food was good especially the russians and lamb curry I stayed here with my family and had a very bad experience. The shuttle, and food staff were amazing, the receptionist lady was incredibly rude and dismissive to us about everything. We stayed a few days and were told to basically figure it out when we asked for extra clean towels, we had to beg to get extra toilet paper. The pool area was dirty not usable. Overall might have overlooked it if the main receptionist lady was not as dismissive and rude when we raised these things with her.

La ducha es espantosa, el agua sale toda dispersa a los costados y el agua caliente se va de repente y te congelas. La habitación es fría y el panel calefactor no funciona. Nos tocó una habitación con moqueta y había un olor espantoso. El hotel se ve claramente desmejorado y con poco mantenimiento, la limpieza es dudosa. Las toallas y sábanas no huelen a limpio. El desayuno para llevar es muy pobre, un yogur, un muffin viejo, un jugo y una manzana. La tv es vieja con tv cable.

La ducha es espantosa, el agua sale toda dispersa a los costados y el agua caliente se va de repente y te congelas. La habitación es fría y el panel calefactor no funciona. El hotel se ve claramente desmejorado y con poco mantenimiento, la limpieza es dudosa. Las toallas y sábanas no huelen a limpio. El desayuno tipo inglés está bien pero deberían agregar algo más de pan y una fruta, no todos comemos portos y tocino a la mañana. La tv es vieja con tv cable y el control remoto estaba atado con un alambre al respaldo de la cama y ni funcionaba.

- mayara cássia (7/5): Perto do aeroporto - A localização era próxima ao aeroporto, o que foi muito bom, e o hotel disponibilizou van gratuitamente para lá. café da manhã era bem básico, a piscina estava suja (então não conseguimos usá-la) e não tinha portaria (era um portão de garagem, onde tínhamos que tocar uma campainha e alguém abria um portão eletrônico. Chegamos a noite e tivemos que ficar esperando na rua escura, do lado de fora até abrirem o portão).
