• Anthony (10/5): Would I stay again? Absolutely - The Staff on Duty when I arrived in late that night were just lovely people and very helpful. I had very little charge left on my android phone and I asked if there was one I could use and without hesitation one was provided immediately to use. This I think may have actually belonged to a member of the staff. The staff in the morning were equally as nice and helpful. Selection at breakfast was brilliant. Loved being able to get some porridge to start with some honey available. Magic. The only negative part of my stay is that there was no draught beer available. I still had 2 x refrigerated bottles of cider but this just wasn't the same without some ice. A draught beer was preferable.

• Consuelo (9/5): Ubicación inmejorable y trato de 10 - La ubicación es perfecta ya que se encuentra en pleno centro y a tan solo 5 min de la estación central. El desayuno es muy completo y las instalaciones son nuevas. No llevaba un adaptador para el tipo de enchufe de Reino Unido y la chica de recepción me prestó uno sin problema. Sin duda alguna repetiría la experiencia en este hotel. No pasaban cada día a hacer la limpieza de la habitación pero tampoco fue un problema ya que lo mantuvimos limpio y sin gastar todas las toallas a la vez.
• Fariha (10/5): Excellent location and Hotel - The hotel staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything throughout the stay was perfect and well managed. The location of the hotel is excellent for visitors, with very convenient access to public transportation including trains, trams, and buses, making commuting very easy. Halal food options are also easily available nearby, which was a great advantage. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

• Megan (9/5): The Perfect Place to Stay for Central Birmingham. - We really enjoyed the studio we stayed in, it was really well equipped. The bathroom was great with the walk-in shower. We used the gym every day, which was handy. In terms of the breakfast, the overnight oats served on weekdays was my favourite. Location was perfect being situated in central Birmingham. The gym could have been a bit better equipped, as there were some handles missing from the cable machine and some medicine balls missing.
• Rafal (9/5): DObra opcja na nocleg w birmighnam - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 5 minut spacerem od głównej stacji kolei. Po wyjściu z hotelu od razu jesteśmy w ścisłym centrum. Pokoje duże, z aneksem kuchennym. Mimo wieku hotelu, pokoje czyste, schludne, dobrze wyciszone (nie słychać było ani ulicy ani innych gości , mimo że miałem pokój tuż przy windzie). Łóżko miękkie ale wygodne. Czystość w łazience bez uwag. W recepcji pożyczyli ładowarkę do telefonu z odpowiednim angielskim wejściem. Również na recepcji można kupić wodę, przekąski czy danie do odgrzania w mikrofali - bez konieczności szukania sklepu w okolicy. Rano śniadanie angielskie - może nie z jakimś ogromnym wyborem, ale głodny człowiek nie wyjdzie. Na pewno hotel wart uwagi przy wyborze noclegu będąc w Birmingham. - Żelazko w pokoju w fatalnym stanie. Nie dało się skorzystać i uprasować koszuli, bo przyklejało się do koszuli i groziło zniszczeniem stroju który miał być założony na ceremonie rodzinną. - jajecznica z proszku na śniadanie - tak proste danie a z proszku.

• Andreea (10/5): The loveliest hotel - We loved everything about this place. So much that we actually extended our stay by 3 nights and decided to make it our headquarters and take day trips from there. It is clean, the rooms are huge, compared to any other hotel we looked at, there is 24 h coffee available, breakfast was delicious, it is close to the train station, which makes travel very easy. It is within walking distance of anything you might need. The cherry on top was Ali, the evening receptionist, who welcomed us in the most delightful way, telling us everything about the city from a local's perspective. He also gave us recommendations every night for a different town to visit and took interest in our journey. A delightful encounter with a delightful person, very committed to making the experience of the guests pleasurable.

So much that we actually extended our stay by 3 nights, choosing not to pick other accommodations for our trip through that part of England, but rather set our headquarters there and take day trips by train. The rooms are huge, compared to any other hotel we looked at. It is clean, welcoming, 24 h coffee available, nice breakfast, centrally located and very easy to get to the train station and travel from there. Everything within walking distance. Cherry on top was Ali, the evening receptionist, who welcomed us in the friendliest way and explained in detail everything that there is to see in the city from a local's perspective. Then he recommended every day a different town to visit and took great interest in our experience on every encounter we had with him. Definitely a lovely encounter and a person we will cherish and remember.

• Joseph (9/5): Everything you want in a Hotel - Everything you would expect from a decent hotel. Clean room, clean bathroom, lots of daylight. Mini kitchen in our room. TV was far from the bed lol but what can you do. Self serve breakfast. 24 hour entry with key card. TV was across the room and the reception is on the second floor but that's nit picking
• michael hanrahan (10/5): Excellent hotel - Excellent hotel minutes from the hart of Birmingham, very clean, on a main Street with no noise from traffic. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very well equipped, fridge freezer, hob, kettle, and everything you would need, plenty of plug sockets. Breakfast was fabulous, plenty of choice and all piping hot. In the reception there was a display of items you could buy from a beer to a bottle of wine a ready meal to toothpaste and excellent idea how many times have we forgot to pack something. I would strongly recommend this hotel. Nothing

Our room was pretty worn, shelves broken, damaged, headboard damaged, quite dated. Wasn’t very clean. Kitchen roll had what looked like food on it from previous guests, hair in the shower and muddy footprints on the bathroom floor

• Fiona (9/5): Lovely suite - The check-in was very easy, breakfast was good and the room excellent. I was only there one night but it would be a good place to stay for longer. I didn’t use it other than to make a cup of tea but the kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, sink and dishwasher. A very pleasant stay and I would go there again. From the station, my satnav took me on a walk to the back and I had difficulty finding the entrance, which late at night was not pleasant. I almost decided to look for somewhere else to stay. So glad I found the entrance!

• Tadeusz (8/5): Decent value for money - Very central, relatively clean, helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent: good choice of hot and cold options. Free tea and coffee throughout the day. The building is old and, despite renovations, it shows: e.g. the windows do not open, and the AC/ventilation can never be fully switched off (unless you take out your card, in which case there is no light in the room). However, for a short stay this did not bother me too much.

Reception on 2nd floor and couldn’t gain entry initially until checked in as key card needed for ground level door.
• Abbi Taylor (10/5): Beautiful room with plenty of amenities. Comfortable and spacious with a lovely view. - The room was beautiful with a stunning view of the city. The amenities were remarkable and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The staff were super friendly and approachable and lovely to talk to. Pillows were a little solid but I feel that's just a personal preferences on texture. No warning about the fire alarms were a little daunting as well.

• kisama (8/5): Nice stay, unexpected to see a kitchenette in the room, clean and comfortable. - The fact there was a kitchenette in the room. It was easy to get to as it was a 5 minute walk from the train station as well. On top of that the staff were nice to speak to even when we had a complication with our friends accomidation falling through at an AirBnB so they managed to help him out very quickly for the stay as well as for an additional night. The breakfast was your standard continental meal, and though they offered ready meals and other snacks and food in the main reception area, they were higher priced for what they were. It was also the case that when we arrived at the hotel to check in, the fire alarm was going off and there was no staff at the main entrance to inform people what was going on. So this lead to the situation that there were a bunch of people just standing around in the main entrance foyer (which is downstairs as the main reception and the rest of the hotel is upstairs) wondering what was going on.
