- Eva (1/5): Abandonnez votre argent et changez d hôtel , les autres sont normaux - J ai aimé pouvoir quitter l hôtel car le gérant a tenté de m empêcher de sortir alors que je sufffoquais a cause de l humidité et moisissures partout dans la chambre sans aération ni fenêtre Chambre salle avec moisissures noires partout pas d aération ni fenêtre. C est comme une cave très humide. Juste une vitre dépoli pas transparente qui ne s ouvre pas et qui laisse juste voir les moisissures noires sur la vitre. J ai immédiatement quitté m hôtel 5 minutes après avoir vu la xhambre. Le gérant a dit que toutes les chambres étaient pareil et il a refusé tout remboursement. J ai changé d hôtel et je ne regrette pas avoir perdu l argent de ma reservation . Si vous n avez pas peur de dormir dans une grotte 6 pieds sous terre cet hôtel est adapté pour vous. Moi je suffoquais car pas habitué à dormir dans une grotte . Question d habitude sans doutes.

The hotel was very good. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. The bar was nice however not very well stocked.
The restaurant on the rooftop was very nice.
At check out however, the accused us of drinking beer from the mini fridge when we did NOT. The manager Omprakash did not accept that it must have been housekeeping that took it. Eventually, we managed to check out without paying but it took a lot of arguing which made us late for out excursion.
Overall nice hotel but I would take pictures of the mini bar every day so you don't get any charges at check out!

- Montersinc. (2/5): SKETCHY - Very unpleasant and miserable staff. Housekeeping, room service staff would give disgusting and dirty looks. As female guests, we felt very unsafe. Bad wifi experience, called the front desk several times and were told it should work in a couple of minutes or they'll contact us otherwise. However, a couple of hours later, there was still no wifi and no response. We decided to go directly to the front desk, the staff looked irritated just seeing us, was acting very rude. Eventually, after a big fuss, wifi started working without any issues.
The price indicated by Booking.com was rounded up, not acceptable, and should be followed up by Booking.com.

- Neera (8/5): Enjoyable stay - maintenance issues - I enjoyed my stay at Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location is convenient. There are many pluses.
The problem was with maintenance issues. When I checked into the room I found that the toilet was constantly running. I called maintenance and he said that it was fine. Later it did not even flush. The maintenance was called again and I waited for sometime till they fixed the issue. It was fine till the last day when it was constantly running again!
Also, the housekeeping was a little sloppy.
I would have loved to give it a higher rating because even though I enjoyed my stay, it was frustrating to deal with maintenance issues.

- Anonymous (1/5): Zero Hospitality and the worst staff ever in my travel history - Just that it’s near the markets Where do I start? Me and my parents were stuck in the lift and had to ask for help. The manager Ankul instead of apologising for the inconvenience, described it as a very normal incident and compared themselves to Taj hotels. The room did not have the basic amenities even when the booking was for 3 adults. The coffee shop: is the worst which made me terribly sick the next day because the ultra spicy food they served me(which BTW they also charged me). There was a constant driller noise until 11pm and the hotel refused to accept it. I had recorded it and when shown, that’s when they believed me. Mind you, still no apologies for the inconvenience but excuses of why things have been not right since we checked in. The staff is not very helpful besides a few bell boys. The front desk is not helping either. Oh, and our room’s phone wasn’t working, so everything I wanted something, I had to call 3-3 times and repeat until the other person has heard some of it. Overall the worst I have ever experienced and would never ever stay here again.

- I hired a driver from travel desk. Despite i informed that my car is automatic, they allocated a driver don't know how to drive automatic car and after driving a kilometre he hit the car to auto rikshaw.

- Ljubislav (7/5): Comfortable rooms, friendly stuff, mixed impressions -some services need improvement - Breakfast is probably the brightest star of this hotel. Fresh seasonal fruit, delicous fruit juce, masala or plain egg omlette a la card, rarely runing out of something. Fresh drinking water always on the table. Staff is always frindly & helpful. Even speed of service is improving.
Bathroom is also nice part of the storry. Spacious & airy, black marble.
Stuff at check in and out friendly, late check out with symbolic payment. Cleaning would need absolute upgrade from foreign trained consultant. At glance you would not even notice, but do not look under the bad. Bathroom is nicely kept, only the sink would need more care. All ventilation devices should be cleaned and the one in bathroom is absolutly too noisy.
Wi-Fi is limited for two devices per room. I asked once to realease lifless limit and they did it but only for that day.
Rooftop restaurant- addicted of pepper. Staff is friendly but the food in the evening is absolutly unberable as they put far to much pepper even in pasta, despite my warning I would had to refuse the meal.

Towels and toiletries provided for two persons for a three person booking. Had to remind thrice to get them. The third bed provided was not comfortable at all. There was no basic first aid kit in the hotel. My wife tripped and hurt her ankle badly. No pain relief medicine available in the hotel.

When complaint to staff, it fell on deaf ears. There was no apology note from management. When wanted to speak with GM, he was coward enough that he didn’t come to speak with us.
will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Not even to my enemies.
Please avoid this hotel if you want a peaceful stay and if want to enjoy your trip to Jaipur. Our trip got spoiled because we couldn’t sleep properly and in the morning we were tried and feeling like in jet lag. I have recordings of loud noise but unable to upload here.
