There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Considering the price, I was expecting a higher standard overall.

• Eloïse (4/5): Hôtel franchement louche - Pas grand chose, c'était une expérience stressante. L'hôtel est caché dans un coin, à côté d'un hôtel un peu délabré. En arrivant à 00h, personne à la réception. On fait le check in sur la borne, l'endroit ne donne pas franchement envie, on se demande où on est arrivé. Et des cris de "joie" s'entendent à travers les chambres du 2e étage. A se demander dans quel type d'hôtel nous avons débarqués. Quelques tâches dans la chambre sur les rideaux principalement. Une clim qui s'éteint très difficilement et une odeur d'égout au réveil. Nous avons passé une nuit pour un transit en Corée avant notre vol pour Paris, autant dire que nous n'avons pas bien dormi.

• CHIN JU (7/5): - 員工服務態度好，會協助叫Taxi，冷氣設備有點老舊，浴室蠻乾淨的，但是如果提早到，也是無法入住，必須等到準時下午3點才能從機器上check in。 地點超偏僻、荒涼，如果是女生，不建議住這麼偏僻的地方，因此公車班次很少，等公車也不方便，進出只好都搭Taxi，荒郊野外，女生的安全要注意。

• JU-YEON (8/5): 만족합니다. 재방문 의사 있어요^^ - 위치도 길하나 건너면 을왕리 해수욕장이예요. 근처 편의점도 있고요. 일단 방이 좋았습니다. 어메니티도 깔끔하게 잘 되어있고 칫솔도 주는 곳이네요.ㅎㅎ 공간이 분리되어있고, 거실 공간같은게 있어서 간단히 뭐 먹기도 편하고요. 침구도 좋아서 잘 쉬다 왔어요. 룸간 소음도 없었던 것 같아요. 저녁엔 패키지로 로비서 먹었는데 너무 좋더라구요. 패키지 안했으면 좀 밋밋했을텐데, 로스트치킨세트가 너무 잘 나와서 만족하며 색다른 경험을 했어요! 굿!!! 티비가 넷플릭스 유투브 지원이 안되는 스마트티비가 아닌점이 제일 아쉬운데 두개나 있어서 좀 의아했어요.

I would stay again. - Great facilities and amenities, close to the airport We couldn’t access the pool as it was chained off, and we had an issue with our room at check-in. However, the staff were very quick to resolve the issue and upgrade us. I was very pleased with how they managed the situation.

Nice convenience store close by, essentially next door. Did not realize breakfast must be ordered the night before, which js unfortunate bevause it smelled delicious, but my mistake! Also the caprese and champagne included in my booking was not brought to the room or offered at check in, although I realistically could have gone to ask. Was not super worried about getting it or not, (mostly just wanted a bath after the long flight) but was unclear how to get it regardless.

• Warunika (10/5): Great stay! - Location was just very close to the Incheon airport. We didn't have the breakfast. Staff helped to get a taxi booked. I checked in at night. Self-Check-in on Kiosk was available. The room was spacious than many hotels of this range in Seoul.
• Yi (9/5): Great room, inconvenient location. - Rooms were very comfy and modern with a Korean vibe. Location was not the most convenient, as buses that went there from the airport were difficult to find and not very often. I ended up just taking the taxi to avoid the hassle. Also bathroom shower design was a little sub-optimal.

Self check out didn't work and there was no one to assist so we just left. also they had an elevator and 20'- 30' away from the airport by taxi. Response was slow at some point. There wasn't anyone to help us to set up taxi for early morning ride to the airport. So we ended up calling figuring out ourselves. Installed Uber and it was super fast. Although room booking was for Deluxe Double with 2 Glasses of Champagne and Caprese for 2, we never got. It was very late anyway so we never asked on chat. But just there supposed to be some guidance.
• SUN AH (8/5): 가끔 서울을 벗어나 힐링 히노키탕에서 피곤을 풀고 싶을때 추천! - 4명 자는 방인데 일본호텔처럼 방이 좀 작은 느낌이 있어 친구들과 여러명이 오기는 불편하고 가족단위로 와야 할거 같아요 히노키탕이 있어 1박했지만 최소 2-3번 마음데로 할수 있어서 좋았어요 물도 따뜻하고 빨리 차서 좋았어요 미리 샤워 가운이 좋지 않아 다음엔 집에서 챙겨 가야 할거 같아요 음식이며 서비스로 주신 와인 카프리제도 맛나요 아침조식도 훌륭한데 1층 식당이 조금 추운경향이 있네요. 좋은건 을왕리해변하고 접근성도 가깝고 둘레길도 가까워 가족단위로 놀러가서 힐링하고 오기 좋아요

Front desk staff unable to understand / speak English. 3. Service standards low. They were not aware of my booking type and free food with it. I have to tell them and then to e-mail them to get the free food. 4. Breakfast time starting 8 am which is a bit late. I requested for an early breakfast or a take away breakfast, but they turned down both requests, impolitely.

They won’t even throw away trash that’s on the tables etc. - surrounding the hotel building is worn and torn buildings and surroundings - save your money and don’t go here

• Megan (6/5): - Enjoyed the atmosphere and location. There were some issues with the drainage in the bathroom , which we requested assistance with. An employee inspected the drain and found no clog. In the morning, the drain issue reoccurred , so there may be poor drainage on the property. This was a bit inconvenient for showering as the water would flood the bathroom about 4 cm.
• MIN SIK (10/5): 호텔보단 모텔에 더 가까운 가성비 호텔! - 일반적인 호텔을 생각하고 간다면 조금 실망할 수 있습니다. 그냥 모텔 수준이라고 생각하면 딱입니다. 다만, BBQ 세트를 함께 한다면 가성비 최고의 호텔이라고 할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 맥주 무제한에 음식도 괜찮았습니다. 하루 정도 묵는다면 정말 괜찮은 호텔입니다!

• Amanda (7/5): Nice for a quick trip, but needs some cleaning! - The hotel lobby was nice. The beds were comfortable and the rainfall shower was a nice feature! The room temperature control was a bit confusing at first because it didn't seem like it was working/turning on the air-con but once it was on it cooled down very quickly! Overall, decent hotel if you're just staying overnight. We stayed in a double suite and the ceiling in the bathroom had a bit of what looked like mold on it and there was quite a bit of obvious dust buildup on the air vent in the bathroom as well. Also, the double room is quite small/cramped so maneuvering luggage was a bit of an issue. That was my fault for not noticing the square footage but still something to note for other guests! Also, our unit 'offered' a champagne and caprese salad promo which we never got. Not sure if we should've asked them about it at check-in but they didn't mention anything to us at that time and we were only staying for 2 nights so it wasn't a huge deal breaker. Again, something for other guests to note!

• Climber35234057218 (8/5): Nice surroundings, good service - The hotel is located a few hundred meters from the Eurwangni beach area. I had a spa room which featured a nice large jacuzzi. The rooms have a typical Korean interior, and are comfortable. The restaurant offers breakfast and a small selection of meals for diner. The staff was very helpful. The nearby beach area has plenty of local (seafood) restaurants. Incheon airport is at about 15 minutes by taxi.

(2/5): - 에어컨이 제대로 작동이 안돼요. 밤새 너무 더워서 잠도 못자고 머리가 다 젖어서 깼어요. 드라이기가 안되서 씻다가 나가서 교환 받았어요. 안내데스크엔 아무도 없고 온수 조절이 잘 안되서 얼굴이랑 손가락에 뜨거운 물 바로 쏟아져서 화상 입었는데 로비에 기본응급약품도 구비되어 있지 않고 얼음만 좀 얻어서 조치했어요. 해외 사는 교민이고 10년만에 방문한 한국이라 너무 설레고기대가 컸는데 너무 실망합니다. 인천공항 근처고 한국전통 인테리어라 외국인이 많이 방문할 거 같은데 부끄러워서 절대로 제 친구들에게 소개시키지 않을 겁니다.

Was a little bit difficult to find at first. Absolutely fine for one night but for longer stays would probably do Seoul itself
• tommo_travel_pics (8/5): Good one night stop over hotel for Incheon airport - We stayed here for one evening enroute from Australia to UK. About 10-15 mins from airport (20,000 to 30,000 won). Good size room with two queen/king beds were fine for us as a family of 4. Cleanliness and facilities were fine. Plenty of restaurants on the door step. We did a Korean BBQ in one of the clam grills. Reception booked us a taxi for pick up to airport early the next morning. Turned up on time although taxi driver tried to get 45,000 won for the fare. We paid 30,000 have only paid 23,000 the day before. Would stay here again if ever stopping over for one night again.

Breakfast was great; however, if you didn't make reservations for breakfast you didn't get breakfast. Didn't like the design of the rooms which made them feel smaller than they were. They had a raised floor around the bed that made it awkward getting into and out of the bed.

• Michael (8/5): Quaint seaside town hotel near the airport. - The proximity to the airport and to a coastal area was perfect for our long layover. The following critique is a result of my own ignorance. The hotel is good, but they do not have 24 hour staff in fact there was no front desk staff when we checked in and we were assisted by the restaurant staff. This was only a problem when we attempted to go back to the airport at 5:30am. There was no one to call a car for us; after 30 minutes we found a cab that was dropping some folks off. Again not the properties fault but maybe some proactive information “hey this is a small town. no taxis in the morning so let’s book your car now”
