• Verified traveler (6/5): Buon soggiorno - Il proprietario è davvero un ottima persona, risponde sempre al telefono per qualsiasi informazione. comodo parcheggio sotto casa, (forse sarebbe da scrivere o comunicare che tipo di macchina, in quanto il cancello è stretto, con un suv non ci si passa). Gentilissima la signora che ci ha accolti per darci le chiavi. La camera era pronta nel pomeriggio, quindi siamo entrati la sera. abbiamo preso la suite, con una camera davvero grande. riguardo la pulizia purtroppo ho notato un bagno leggermente sporco e un bozzolo di capelli nel corridoio. Io avevo la colazione, per 10 euro non vale la pena. Dalle foto del sito sembra una colazione che ti viene fornita in camera, in realtà si tratta di cose già presenti nella stanza. Brioche confezionate, due yogurt magri e le cialde per il caffè. Mi aspettavo corrispondesse a un altro tipo di colazione.

Da migliorare il fatto della "colazione inclusa", che in questo caso secondo me è preferibile proporla all'ospite con una convenzione presso un Bar di zona vicino alla struttura, e non come avviene adesso. Cosa fondamentale secondo me è la presenza di una persona al momento dell'arrivo, momento in cui avviene la consegna delle chiavi, e così si consegnano copia dei documenti personali… .

• Verified traveler (2/5): Extremely disappointing living experience - It has been a very disappointing stay in this apartment It can basically included in below 4 points 1. according to the regulation the place mentioned itself, the reception should be opened at 11am. Yet we did not see anyone in the reception at nearly 1200noon. By calling the owner a few times, he then came to reach us 15 to 20 minutes later. Thus fake opening time causing us to waste plenty of time outside the hotel with our luggage 2. Our booking include breakfast, yet the so called breakfast is two croissant stick in a plastic bag with a coffee machine in our room. So as a small box of cereal and milk. I think this is not a tourist expect an included breakfast is 3. The water heater in our room is shared with two rooms. The owner knocked on our door at 1000 and said it has to be repaired because the other roomheat is not working. Not only did he came in and out for few times but he needs us to allow his access in the afternoon without our present to fix the water heater, claim that he will not touch our stuff but we saw our stuff does being moved yet nothing missing 4 This hotel is not allowed to have our baggage stored in it claimed that there is "no omeone looking at " which cause us many extra money as Venice station cost euro6 for 5 hours of keeping 1 luggage.

• SungEun (10/5): Click and book it and enjoy!! - We booked this on the day of staying because we lost our very early morning flight due to false information&endurance from the OTHER hotel. Spent 5 hours at the airport try to figure things out.. very upset and tiring. This hotel and the staff?owner? gave us a very good impression of Venice again after all the frustration from the other hotel. He tried his best for us to check in early which was sooo helpful, and he was very attentive and kind. Room is clean and spacious. Bed was huge and comfortable. Location is very good too near the great pizza place and mestre station. We wish they were available for our entire venice trip.

• Craig (8/5): A Taste of Venice - We stayed 2 nights at Outlet Sweet in May. The room was very clean and it was great having air con. The hotel was just a two-three minute walk from the bus stop with buses coming regularly going to Venice - the trip took about 10 minutes. Google's directions to the Hotel from the train station were more complex than they needed to be. It turned out to be a very straight forward 5-6 minute walk along Via Cappuccina and Via Gaspare Gozzi. Overall we were very happy with our experience.
• Yeuk Hin Jennifer (10/5): Very nice stay - The room is spacious and clean. Building situated in a quiet place where very near the bus stop to Venice. Large supermarket is nearby. The owener is very nice and kind. As I am travelling with my 75-year-old mom, he helped us to move the luggage amd show us the direction to bus stop and restaurants clearly. I would recommend to my friend.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Location, boring neighborhood - The place is nicely located just 2 blocks from the bus stop to taake you to Venice. We did't get much from Mestre though, very boring, and it as Saturday!
• William (2/5): Terrible Neighborhood is the best Feature - Hotel pictures are not accurate - building is brown and has graffiti. Location is marginal - but, the room was in bad state of repair and not at all as the pictures showed. No Elevator - so luggage had to be hauled up three flights of steps. Breakfast is pre-packaged food left in the room the previous day (some left in refrigerator). Overall, very marginal experience for such as wonderful city.

• Lois (10/5): Outlet Sweet Venice - great value and location. - Outlet Sweet Venice B and B, located in Mestre, on the mainland, was not only clean and comfortable, it is very conveniently located. It was only a 10 min bus ride to the train, bus and vaporetto (water bus) stations in Venice. The owner was so helpful. He suggested how to make the best use of our time in Venice by purchasing a 2 or 3-day transit passes. Food provided in the fridge was perfect for starting our day - yogourt, sandwiches, milk, coffee, tea, etc. Food stores are within a short walk of Outlet Sweet Venice if you wish to supplement what is provided. Excellent value.

• Laura (10/5): Very nice hotel - The hotel was in a great location, just ten minutes walk from Mestre train station, from which you could reach Venice's main station Santa Lucia. We felt that the staff went above and beyond to help, giving information on public transport, where to visit and where to eat. The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. Breakfast in the room was nice little touch. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Juliett (10/5): Great little B&B - Great little B&B 15 minutes walk from Mestre Railway station and 5 minutes walk from bus stop which takes 15 mins to get to Venice Island. Room was spacious and designed like a mini appartment with all the comforts of a little breakfast bar, fridge, remote controlled aircon and TV. The wi-fi was excellent and constant regardless of the time of day. Bathroom was beautiful and spacious with included hairdryer unit and great shower. Breakfast was basic but I think this is because of laws in Italy that dictate that the food must be packaged as there is no kitchen on site. There was a nespresso machine with coffee pods (refilled each day) and the ability to make tea as well a bottle of juice and carton of milk left each day. Breakfast consisted of yoghurt, packaged madeline cakes, cornflakes and melba toast with butter and jams. The fridge was also a nice size which meant that we were able to bring and store water and snacks in it as well. The best part of the hotel was the host Alessandro- he was really welcoming and informative. Before I even arrived, he emailed to confirm the reservation and ask what time we would be arriving so that he could arrange to be in the office. Upon arrival, he gave us each a bottle of cold water, and a map of the surrounding area and Venice island. He recommended local restaurants, told us about the local transport links and how best to get around. His help made the difference for our visit to Venizia so Grazie Mille Alessandro!
• Jill (6/5): Nice hotel, crazy fees and staff - The hotel and room itself was great, experience not as much. To be fair, we booked a suite for my husband and I but then another couple decided to come along and I didn't inform the hotel. I didn't think it would be a problem as the room was large enough to accommodate four adults and there was no details in the extra fees section. We had all settled in for the night and then at 10:45 PM the manager rang and knocked repeatedly until we were finally awake and answered the door. He demanded to know how many people were there and said the extra fee was 30 Euro per person which is ridiculously expensive and tried to barge right in. We said it was late and we could deal with it in the morning but he apparently needed passports and money right that second and didn't even want to wait for us to put some better clothes on. Breakfast was just dried toast and cornflakes but all in our room so that was convenient. Other fees were incredible too. If you wanted towels changed more often than once every four days, it was 3 Euros per towel.
