- Lars (10/5): Fantastisches Hotel mit fantastischem Personal - Bei der Ankunft gab es ein kleines Problem - unsere Buchung wurde nicht korrekt übertragen und war somit im Hotel nicht vorhanden. Wir standen damit erst mal ohne Zimmer da. Das super freundliche Personal vor Ort hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Wir wurden ruck zuck in einem benachbarten Hotel, dem Paradise Inn, untergebracht. Ein ganz großes Danke an dieser Stelle nochmal für die unbürokratische Hilfe. Unser Aufenthalt im Paradise Inn war top, die ganze Anlage war super gepflegt und ruhig. Alles 1A.

- Claudio (5/5): I was pleased to leave this hotel and is too pricey for what it is. - was central, next to Duval street chickens all over, even on top of the foodstuffs amenities inside where guests eat. For some reason this hotel think is cool to have these chickens everywhere in the property around guests, by the pool, everywhere. Inside the rooms bathrooms are questionable. They charge $30 per day if you park in one their parking slots.

Local gardeners up and at it at 7 am made it difficult to sleep in. Housekeeping ,meaning new towels and bed making, only after first night stay seemed strange. Parking was not guaranteed but did not find out about this until check-in. We had to use the public parking area close to Inn.

- Ilenia (4/5): - Mi è piaciuta tanto la struttura tipica in legno, la piscina e la posizione. Il fatto che le galline e i galli girassero liberamente all'interno della struttura rende tutto molto poco igienico soprattutto nella zone colazione e nei corridoi dove per terra c'è la moquette. Tutto l'ambiente esterno è pieno di escrementi e i volatili erano anche nella sala colazioni al chiuso poichè fuori era impossibile fare colazione perchè i galli veniavo a prendere il cibo nei nostri piatti. Decisamente tutto poco igienico e noioso.

I just wish they would change it up a little each day. Rotate the choice of sandwich, fruit, yogurt, etc. The bed was really uncomfortable. Even a foam topper on the mattress would help.

Under Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, hat für eine Nacht aber völlig ausgereicht. Ansonsten ist die Lage echt super. Das kleine Frühstück was im Preis inkludiert war, hat uns gefallen. Es war allerdings nicht ausgefallen. Unser Zimmer war für 3 Personen etwas eng. Für eine Nacht aber völlig ausreichend.

Frühstück war auch sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Ruhig und doch direkt im Zentrum. Einfach perfekt für einen Reise. Das Bad hätte eine Renovation nötig. The staff was very professional and accommodating. It was clean comfortable. The pictures on Booking were either old or doctored. There was no dresser, no wardrobe, and the bathroom vanity didn’t match the pictures. It was cheaper in appearance than the pictures on the site.

The only thing I would change is being able to shut off the outside light by the door or having more of a black out shade on the door. It was very bright all night.

- Eduard (3/5): It was ok for a night, would not want to stay another night. - Location was great and the place itself looks charming, balcony was nice. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are very old, in need of refurbishment. Shower had no water pressure, was impossible to take a even a “normal” shower with only drops pouring down on you. Breakfast hygiene was shocking! It was extremely dirty all over the place with roosters jumping on the tables and eating your food while you are at the buffett. Staff does not seem to care there.

Avec la fenêtre ouverte nous avions le bruit de la chute d’eau dans la piscine..agréable la journée mais insupportable la nuit. Notre chambre au 3e niveau avait un accès intérieur par 2 escaliers où il a été très difficile de monter une grosse valise. Les prises ne sont pas près du lit. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner car il n’est servi qu’à partir de 8h et nous devions partir vers 7h30. Le rapport qualité / prix n’est donc pas au rendez-vous !

- Brandi (6/5): Great location, decent stay - The complimentary snack and wine was good and the attendant for that was really nice. Breakfast was fine (carb-heavy). Room had nice high ceilings and was spacious other than the shower. Location was perfect, except there's a male review across the street. Looked like lots of parking (gravel lot). Tons of roosters, which was only a positive during the day (bring ear plugs to sleep). This place has tons of potential! At check in they said our room was not ready (it was early so we were completely understanding). They said if we pay an extra $40 (in addition to the already $700 for the night), they could see what they could do. We opted to go lay by the pool until it was ready and just connect later with friends. Then when our room was "ready" near check in time, we discovered that it was the room we had been sitting next to for hours.... which no one went in or out of so it was actually ready the whole time. There was bubbled paint, making me wonder if there was mold (which may be why I have such a bad headache and sinus issues), and oddly toilet paper roll wrapper stuck to the very high ceiling. It didn't feel filthy, but odd things made this room feel unclean. The hot and cold were opposite on our shower also. The pool wasn't bad at all, but the grounds definitely need some refreshing.

- Ruth (6/5): The property is located in a wonderful area and convenient to most of the popular attractions. - The continental breakfast was good and ready when stated. The afternoon wine & cheese was good. The pool had a constantly running waterfall feature that added a lot of ambient noise and could be very distracting. I needed to change our room due to the waterfall and roosters right outside the room door crowing at 5:30 am.

- Julia (4/5): Sehr teuer für gute Lage - Nettes Personal und gute Lage Die Handtücher und Bettlaken waren dreckig, sehr kleines Zimmer. Jacuzzi war deffekt. Und in der Nacht wurden wir vom Hahn geweckt.

- Michael (10/5): Had a great time in Key West - Was a good place to stay, about in the middle of attractions . Short walks to Truman house and Hemingway house and restaurants and live music . Friendly staff and good accommodations
