- Camp (5/5): - Location. Staff was friendly Room smelled bad fkr some weird reason. We requested more pillows upon check in but they forgot. For quality of rooms was well overpriced 270 should be almost 5 star in st louis
- Mi’Oshi (8/5): - It was clean, staff was friendly and very prompt when we arrived! Location is a great location, to have a family night out, date night, and not
to far from downtown!
- Kathy (8/5): Pleasant room. Breakfast ok. - Room design good. Parking somewhat limited.
- Rogers (10/5): Perfect stay! - Everything was fantastic! Everyone was so kind, we left a teddy behind and they helped us get it back! 10/10
- Johnson (10/5): - Very clean. Slept well-comfortable bed.

- Melissa (9/5): The hotel is nice. Would stay here again. - The lobby was nice. Elevators quick. The room itself was nice. Plenty of room for our family of 5. My 11 year old enjoyed the pool. There’s a nice bar area and lobby area for dining with plenty of room to eat and drink. The employees were friendly also. None
- Hailey (10/5): - There was a mix up and our booking got cancelled, Mrs Karen at the front desk was amazing in getting everything worked out! 10/10 customer service.
- Emerald (8/5): -

- K3832KWsusanm (10/5): A great stay - We stay in a LOT of similar hotels with our sports teams, but this one stood out as being a cut above. Our room was fresh; the staff was very accommodating upon check-in and throughout our stay. The hotel was very close to many restaurants and attractions. We would stay here again without hesitation. Clean rooms, Friendly staff, Great location. Check, check, and check.
- jbO9406FZ (2/5): Not worth it at all, a waste of $ and points. - There Wi-Fi won’t connect to external devices and their customer service was no help at all. This place is a joke for the cost and location. They put me next to the highway and all I hear is cars going by from 5:30 on…..what a joke of a place. Hyatt needs to reevaluate and upgrade this place, it is 2026 by the way.
- Patricia (4/5): - Beds Rude front desk staff, need complimentary sodas, bigger breakfast selection
- Zina (10/5): -
- B8674TFbrianh (10/5): Great Experience - This newly remodeled hotel is in great condition. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and relaxed. This is the most hospitable Hyatt Place I've ever stayed at.
- Lathrop (10/5): -
- Karen (10/5): We will definitely stay here again - The place was much bigger in person then the pictures Nothing
- aamirameenkhan (4/5): Nice hotel/breakfast except the housekeeping staff - I got a text from this hotel the day before my stay confirming my appointment but when I texted back, I got a response back stating they couldn't find my reservation which confused me. Since they sent a text at first I was under the impression that they have my details. Check-in went well and the front desk staff did an awesome job explaining all the benefits etc in the hotel. After checking in, I took bath and found out that the bath lotion was empty so I texted back with the issue. They quickly sent a housekeeping guy to refill the bath lotion, but he was showing bad attitude since I opened the door. After checking it, he came back with the bath lotion bottle asking me to hold and weigh it and told me that it's full. I asked him whether he is able to pump the lotion from it and only after that he checked and it was NOT pumping lotion even though it was full and heavy. Then he admitted that yeah you're right and told me that the pumping lever may be broken and replaced the bottle with a new one he brought. I would have asked him on why didn't he tried pumping before asking me to weigh in but after noticing his bad attitude, I was afraid that it could lead to a confrontation and he may hurt me later out of the hotel so I just left as it is. So I don't plan on staying on this hotel in the future as I travel a lot and being a Globalist even though this place is close and convenient to my work places in this city.
I also wanted to commend that the breakfast was really awesome and the hotel staff except this housekeeping guy was great too.

- chuckbY637TN (10/5): Great place to stay, will come back again. - Great property. Spacious room with a lot of dresser drawer space. I love having enough separation from the beds. Its nice not have the bed as a common area. Elevator speed was perfect. I didn't feel we had to wait forever for one to arrive. Parking was ample with the garage parking. The manager Todd was exceptional and as well as Karen.
- 130anandg (2/5): Convenient Location, But Service Needs Improvement - My stay at Hyatt Place St. Louis/Chesterfield was disappointing. Despite repeated requests, the room assigned was not what I had asked for and appeared inadequately prepared, including concerns with bedding cleanliness that remained unresolved during my stay. Basic amenities such as bottled water were also missing on arrival and only provided after insistence. Overall, the experience left me feeling that guest concerns were not taken very seriously, and I would likely consider other hotels in the area on my next visit
- Latoya (10/5): Top tier - Cleanness, staff was top tier, breakfast was good! Overall stay was great. N/A
- Sara (5/5): -

- Jennifer (10/5): - Room was clean, spacious, and very nice.
- Tyce (10/5): -
- Andrea (5/5): It's pretty overpriced for what it is. - The hotel is nice - the drive from the highway definitely needs some better lighting, although the construction next door may have necessitated removing signage or lighting. The breakfast was fine - and the staff in the breakfast room was friendly! The front desk clerk was borderline rude. The website listed an on-site restaurant, but it no longer exists. The "bar" offered microwaved appetizers and the desk clerk was the bartender. We went to a pricey restaurant next door at the Drury. Luckily, the staff there found us a seat at the bar since we didn't have reservations.

- Jason (8/5): Great property and will return…….if it’s more affordable. - The property was clean, , staff were great, and the rooms were nicely decorated. The price was a bit steep.
- Jeremy (10/5): Very nice staff. Comfortable room. - Nice and clean Nothing
- Claudella (10/5): - Desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating to our group.
- Selma (9/5): Overall the stay was pleasant. It was a clean hotel with friendly staff. - Overall the stay was pleasant. It was a clean hotel with friendly staff. The beds weren’t very comfortable. They felt like they were sinking in the middle and on the sides, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, this made the stay less enjoyable.

- 744marandaw (10/5): Will definitely stay here again! - Room was very clean and spacious for a family of 4. Water pressure in the shower was great. Healthy options at breakfast. Great location for shopping and dining.
- Gregg (3/5): - No hot water in the bathroom sink. Limited access to outlets, especially bedside.
- 428lanat (10/5): Very pleasant - Beautiful property, clean, bright, and welcoming. Parking was easy, the room was clean and tidy. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and anticipated our needs. I would recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again.
- Thornton (10/5): Very good experience - Loved the room set up 2 queen beds , room divider between living room couch & bedroom area. Comfortable beds & furniture. Christmas decorations , staff was very friendly & helpful Wish Restraunt was open for dinner on Christmas.
- Companion50239572403 (10/5): Our favorite hotel in the St. Louis area. - We have stayed at this hotel for several years now and love it. The staff are kind and professional. The rooms are clean, comfortable and generally pretty quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near a number of good restaurants as well as other shopping. Easy access to the freeway, with minimal traffic noise, is also a plus.
- NorthStar45342193751 (10/5): Weekend retreat - Great location. Close to everything. Quite area. Hotel and rooms very clean and modern. Easey parking. Breakfast was excellent
- HotelSnobHannah (6/5): Good Hyatt Option in Area - Had a very quick trip to the Hyatt Place St. Louis/Chesterfield in early December. By quick trip, I mean less than 24 hours. The list for this one is short due to literally just laying my head on the pillow there!
Pro’s:
- Right on highway for a quick arrival and departure
- Spacious room with area to work, area to relax, and of course area to sleep in
- Free breakfast was substantial with lots of options
- Nice steakhouse restaurant next to hotel that you can walk to in 20 seconds
Con’s:
- None
If I find myself in this area of the country again and I want to stay at a Hyatt, I would stay here again.
- Corby (10/5): - The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was not in the location that I wanted, but that is no fault of the hotel. I should have researched better. I must say, however, I probably would stay there again even though it wasn’t the area I wanted to be in.
- Chike (10/5): - Services generally, cleanliness of the environment. Breakfast didn't have varieties on a daily. No pancakes and hot chocolate for kids
- KPow11 (10/5): A Great Stay - Great hotel for a short stay. Perfect location in Chesterfield near restaurants, mall, and activities. The rooms are large and very clean. Fantastic service from every staff member we encountered.
- Krzysztof (10/5): -
- curlndie (10/5): Quick staycation break - Great Hyatt stay close to home for a much needed break from daily life. Staff was fantastic. Clean, stylish and easy to find good places nearby to dine or drink.
- trisha (8/5): Not sure we would stay again but was good enough for a one night stay. - The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were put on the third floor and never saw another person on that floor the whole stay so it was so nice and quiet. Breakfast was suitable with lots of options. The staff came by clearing plates and were all so nice. The room was nice and clean. The bed was hard as all get out. We barely got any sleep because of it. Controlling the tv was wacky we had a hard time because the remote was delayed and not easy to use. The location is in a spot that’s not very easy to get to and we had to do U-turns just to get back on the correct side of the road to get into the hotel lot.

- DeboraS0 (10/5): Hyatt Place Chesterfield is a Wonderful Hotel for families and business travelers alike. - The Hyatt Place Chesterfield is a really well run hotel - clean, nicely decorated, comfortable rooms, good breakfasts, friendly and attentive staff. I’ve been going to this hotel fairly regularly (every 6-8 weeks) for the last 4+ years when I visited my mother, and my stay was always comfortable and easy. The manager is wonderful and his staff take on his values of attentiveness, attention to detail, friendliness, and accomodating and valuing his guests. While this Hyatt Place Chesterfield gets many corporate guests, it is especially welcoming to families. It’s really a very happy place and a joy to stay in. I would highly recommend it. My last visit was Nov 2, 2025 and I look forward to returning the next time I visit St. Louis.
- JGSOM2 (10/5): Great Chesterfield hotel - The hotel exceeded my expectations. The front office (Karen) took extra time to help me find my meeting location by giving a personalized map. The Stoney River steakhouse next door also had fantastic steak. A great place to stay!
- Nader (10/5): - Very clean None

- anthonyaE513WA (10/5): Baptism - Clean and noise level was low. Breakfast was great. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and professional and even the next morning when checking out.

- 80237travel (10/5): Not in St. Louis. Very good to excellent. Needs a real restaurant. - I stayed one night at the Hyatt Place.
My only real criticism concerns the hotel’s name and marketing. While branded as "Hyatt Place St. Louis Chesterfield," the property is physically in Chesterfield — not St. Louis. It’s certainly part of the greater St. Louis area, but downtown St. Louis is 20 miles away. Calling the location St. Louis feels a bit misleading.
That aside, this is one of the better Hyatt Place properties I’ve experienced recently. The hotel has a more full-service feel than a typical limited-service Hyatt Place. The room was well-appointed and very clean. The only shortcoming was the lack of toiletries and amenities — just one bar of soap was provided, with no lotion or bottled water.
Front desk staff were excellent. Polite, professional, and exactly the kind of employees any hotel would want representing them.
I had a light dinner and a couple of drinks at the lobby bar. The bar only had the awful Canvas wines. Canvas wines are barely drinkable. Honestly, Barefoot would probably be better. As with many Hyatt Place locations, the bar and dining area are limited. Front desk staff doubled as bartenders. The menu isn’t extensive, but the turkey pesto sandwich I ordered was better than expected. They’re making an effort, but it’s not a true restaurant experience. The issue is there isn't really anything nearby. So it seems like a missed opportunity for a real restaurant.
Breakfast was barely adequate. The offerings were pork sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, tortillas, and fresh berries. I didn’t notice waffles, pancakes, honey, cheese, or granola. A breakfast sandwich from McDonald’s or Starbucks would likely be better.
All things considered, I would stay here again. This is a very good to excellent Hyatt Place. However, if I didn't care about Hyatt points, I would probably consider other hotels. Hyatt loyalists have to go way out of their way to stay here.

- Mark (9/5): It’s a great place to stay. I plan on being back to St.Louis again and I’d like to stay here again. - Great location, next to lots of restaurants, shops and things to do. Breakfast tasted good. Bed was comfortable. Staff were professional and great to talk to. Pillows were way too soft, need to have firmer options.
- Diego (8/5): -
- Michael (9/5): Clean comfortable stay with top notch staff! - Crowded, tasty, Getting to the parking lot from north bound Clarkson road. The city needs to help in this regard.
- Billie (10/5): - Great place to stay!

- Benjamin (10/5): - Everything about this hotel receives excellent, raving reviews from me! We stayed in a king with sofa bed room and it was perfect for us and our two boys. It was extremely clean, the shower was great and for us ladies it even had a little ledge for shaving our legs! The coffee was really good. The breakfast was really great. The temperature of the pool was perfect. The bed was really soft (which I love) and the pillows were great. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The surrounding area is really nice and feels very safe, too.
- sharonrH7890YC (10/5): Nice getaway - Easy check-in, hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice area with restaurants close. Will definitely be back.
- EdG119 (10/5): The place to stay - Hyatt Place is our "go to place" to stay when visiting family in Chesterfield, MO. We love it! We learned this many years ago.
- JamesE339 (10/5): Great place to stay. - Great hotel. Nice staff. Very nice breakfast.
The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of dining and shopping options close by.
Well done! I’ll be back!!
- Thomas (9/5): Great place to stay in Chesterfield! - Liked the 2 queens plus pullout bed. Breakfast was very good. Glass door in bathroom lights up the sleeping area of the room.
- Paul (8/5): - Room was not cleaned properly. There were clothes in a drawer and leftover food in the fridge.
- Sherri (10/5): Clean, family friendly, spacious hotel! - Very clean property with wonderful, helpful, competent staff! Very family friendly and great breakfast!
