- Peggy (4/5): I was very disappointed bc of everything I listed on the review. I drove out of my way just to get to the Home2. What a - Large room, nice size fridge Shower not working. I waited 45 minutes for someone to come assist with the shower and no one came. The bathroom door jumped the track several times and I was unable to get out of the bathroom without help. The oatmeal was so thick I had to add milk to eat it. There was no coffee when I went to breakfast at about 8:00 AM. There was no forks available. The wall paper on the baseboard areas were torn and mold appeared at the bottom of the wall.

- michaelfI7562KZ (4/5): No what I wold expect from a hilton brand hotel - When I arrive the lady at the counter was really professional and kind got my room and when I got in there I noticed the floor was sticky right away then when I went into the bathroom there was hair on the counter and an open bar of soap in the sink the shower doors had soap scum then I turned back to the kitchen and noticed a cockroach running about and no bags in the trash can so I went and asked for a different room when I got in the second room it was clean but the mattress was so wore out I sunk into the middle and I only weigh 140 I would not recommend this hotel I have stayed in many hotels over the past 2 years and this is not something I would expect from a Hilton brand hotel.
- Cynthia (2/5): disappointing across the board. - housekeeping very nice and friendly. room not at all how described. Bed broken had to sleep with feet higher than head. Sd. they could not do anything that was all they had. Offered me rewards points but I didnt want points wanted a bed to sleep in. Housekeeping sd. the next day it had been that way a long time and they knew it; Room was never cleaned just bed changed not pillowcases or spreads. Didnt clean bathroom or mop or vacuum said didnt look like it needed it. Called in advance to see if had a generator in case of power outage drove miles for that reason because of weather and after in room told did not really have a generator. Not suitable for family more group oriented. Only clean place is lobby. Manager parker her car in unloading zone when we arrived, we had a full car and medical van to unload and when asked when she was comilng back deak said didnt know she was holding a meeting. Had to unload a wheel chair son papalized from the neck down and all his equipment from across the parking lot because your employee parked at front door unloading zone. By the way she drove up at the same time and saw us and that we needed the space husband had to back large med. van running over curb and she saw and just went right on in. We ask her if we were in the right place so she saw what parking s there would create for us. We are in our 70.s allot to unload with enough food and medical equipment for 4 nights Stayed in a Motel 6 one time because of over booking and it was nicer. Wow. Want be recommending or with my group to stay. Normally dont write reviews but the cost of the room does not match expectations at all.

After traveling all day from Texas, first stop on family vacation and we were free by “Alex”, a young lady who informed us she did not have the rooms we reserved. They were given to guests who wanted to extend their stay! I had to find other accommodations at 7 pm for to replace a confirmed reservation made in July!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Will not be coming back - The hotel staff was great. They were honestly the only good thing about this experience. The hotel room we were in was horrible. People were smoking marijuana in front of the hotel and on our floor. The whole 4th floor smelled like pot. When we got to our room, the thermostat was broken, the wires were exposed under the AC unit, the phone didn't work, the lamp was missing the bolt to hold the shade on, the bathroom was missing a tile, and the shower had mildew. We will not be coming back.

The stay would have been great but their system for room keys was not working so to get into your room staff had to go let you in. I booked a room that said it slept 6 expecting two beds and a sleeper sofa. The room had two beds and a couch. Honestly beyond that and key inconvenience it was a great hotel. - lacrystalh44 (4/5): DON NOT STAY HERE. - Stayed here during a family reunion. The pros: Most of the staff was nice at the front desk . The breakfast was decent. Location is great, it is in the center of many stores for shopping and tons of places to chose from to eat. Was able to check in early. Rooms were large. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean...the only thing that was clean. The cons: The air conditioning in the common areas didnt work, or was just turned off. The lobby, elevators, hallway, everywhere but our room was HOT. It was scorching outside, and was just as hot inside! It was DIRTY! Unbelievably Dirty...Everywhere! The common areas...dirty The elevaters and the area around the elevators...dirty The ceiling on the 4th floor, you can tell there had been a leak at some point, it was patched up horribly. Well it must have started leaking again, and the patchwork started falling down. They put a big garbage can under it, full of trash I might add, and a wet floor sign at the area. They never cleaned up the ceiling pieces that fell to the floor all weekend or got rid of the trash. Just nasty. So everytime we left or came to our room, the first thing we saw was trash and a mess on the floor. The carpet in the hall.... when we rounded the corner, I wanted to leave. It has never been cleaned since it has open. With the heat and the carpet being so dirty, the hall was "stank". The room was NOT clean. I had to deep clean. So glad I always bring cleaning supplies when I travel. I had to clean EVERYTHING in that room. Every surface, counter tops, front of cabinets, inside drawers, handls, lamps, bathroon walls, even the window was so dirty. It was a huge picture window, I couldnt stand looking at it so filthy, so I had to clean it. It looked like it was never cleaned...like ever! The last place I clean is the bathroom. When went to turn on the water in the tub, the handle and plate just fell off in my hand. That thing was just stuck up there. There is no way if the tub was ever cleaned, they didnt know about it. Just shamefull. I told the front desk, she was very nice and apologetic about the situation and offered to move us. But there was no way I was moving and would have to do all of that cleaning again. Paid close to 400 dollars for 2 nights to stay here. Was not worth it. If our whole family for the reunion was staying here we would have left. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The tv’s got Netflix, tubi , YouTube , Disney+, etc !!! Front desk has the most genuine and reliable service ever.. I will be staying here again.

We had some hiccups along our road trip before arriving at the hotel and it was lovely to be greeted with a smile and OUTSTANDING customer service by Alex when we made it in. She set the tone for our visit at the hotel. Housekeeping was great, breakfast was good, and the hotel is close to many stores.

I travel a lot for work and this hotel has to be one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Don’t let the pictures fool you. This is not a good place to stay
- Discover50281761045 (6/5): Softball weekend - Chose this hotel because most hotels by Hilton are usually well maintained and clean. This hotel was dirty and not maintained. Bathroom trim was damaged, entry floor had multiple cracked tiles and there was mold around the toilet. Breakfast was good, room was clean.

The staff was super helpful in understanding and accommodated us with another wheelchair accessible room on the first floor. Would highly recommend someone stay here.

- Elecia (3/5): Use a prepaid card or a card that is not tied to your main bank account. - The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. The stay here was bad because they did not have hand sanitizer near the food area and the front desk clerks were playing on peoples cards and changing tge room rates.They made charges on peoples cards after they left by bagging the money off and put it on a different account. I also didn’t like the fact that they said they had laundry, but you had to pay three dollars to wash and three dollars to dry also. when we left the hotel to gonto Walmart we had personal items such as underwear and garments that were missing when we got back to our room. My account was also close that I’ve had for 15 years because of all the false transactions being processed.

A special shoutout to Bianca, Shell, and Dorothy for their outstanding service—they truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. If you’re looking for a place with great service and delicious food, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend!

- April (4/5): - We had two cockroaches in our room with food particles on the counter. I went and showed a picture to Evita she didn’t seem to care but moved us from a double bed room to a king size bed room. We made it work. Our new room had half used milk in the fridge and trash behind the microwave. I paid more for this place than the SpringHill suites we came from in a nice part of town in Atlanta. Very disappointed.

Family vacation.. hotel was so gross we left early to go home. Stained colored ceilings, carpet separating from floor, holes in walls, etc. Front desk ladies service was good. Pool was fair.

- Sunshine (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay for our family vacation to visit Graceland. Everything as clean, they had a great breakfast, the front desk workers were great. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and stores for shopping, which make it very convenient to do anything you want. If we ever are back that way we definitely will stay here again.

It was definitely not the cleanest place, the bathtub had water in it, there was an old french fry on the floor, the tables were full of crumbs, the night stand was dirty, the bed had hair on it. Front desk girl was super nice when we checked in but everyone else was not overly kind. It was definitely not what I would expect for the price.
