Specifically for room 8, there needs to be a curtain that covers the big window on the door directly across from the sofa bed. It can be difficult to sleep with the light outside shining right in. But that's just some minor feedback.

Quiet refrigerator. It was 5 of us so me and my husband were sleeping in the living room. - Stefanie (4/5): Enttäuschend - Der Code für den Zugang eines der beiden gebuchten Zimmer wurde via Booking.com gesendet und hat funktioniert Zwei Zimmer waren gebucht und zwei Zimmer wurden bezahlt. Vor Ort gab es aber nur ein Zimmer. 3 verschiedene Nummern waren angegeben für den Notfall. Die Hauptverantwortliche Person war laut automatischer Mailantwort zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts verreist. Unter den anderen Notfallnummern, die auf einem Handout im Zimmer lagen, war niemand erreichbar. Weder telefonisch, noch per SMS noch über WhatsApp. Uns blieb nichts anderes übrig, als zu dritt ein Zimmer zu teilen. Wie gesagt, zwei Zimmer waren gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt. Vor Ort war nur ein Zimmer zugänglich - ohne Begründung. Ich habe mehrfach versucht über alle mir vorliegenden Kontakte jemanden zu erreichen. Durch die beiden Häkchen bei WhatsApp und den Autoresponder der Mailadresse ist ersichtlich, dass meine schriftlichen Nachrichten angekommen sind. Bis zum heutigen Tag (12 Tage später) habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Es wäre das Mindeste, die Kosten für das Zimmer, welches nicht zugänglich war, rückerstattet zu bekommen.

- Christine (8/5): - The stay was average. Check in was great! I was sent an email confirmation the day of, with my password key for my room. I didn’t even have to check in with the office. Quick service. The bed was comfortable. I stayed in the king size bed suite. The bathtub was clean when I got there, but something must have went through the drains or plumbing because it looked like dirt of some sort in the bathtub the next morning (poor plumbing perhaps?). The little window in the room had no curtain to block the bright lights from the light posts at night, so I adjusted this with stuffing 2 pillows in the window crevice to block the light, and also to give me more privacy. The remote for the tv was a little outdated and a little confusing to use. Nice that the hotel was close to the beach. About 5 min walk. Overall a good stay for the price. The room was cute and I had everything I needed for the few nights I was there.

My unit was suitable for handicapped. Included ceiling lifts in bedroom and bathroom. Amazing. Car was parked outside door. Very satisfied.

- Bernd (7/5): Unterkunft für 5 Personen für eine Nacht ok, für mehrere Nächte zu klein. - Super Lage, in kurzer Entfernung ist man am Strand. Direkt daneben gibt es eine Pizzeria, in wenigen Minuten Fahrt weitere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ruhig gelegen, zumindest hat man nicht viel von den benachbarten Wohnungen mitbekommen und auch nicht von den Nachbarn. Es gibt einen gemeinsam genutzten Bereich mit Tischen, Sitzplätzen und mehreren Grills vor den Ferienwohnungen, wurde von uns nicht genutzt (da zu windig und Temperaturen zu frisch). Wohnung ist für 5 erwachsene Personen zu klein, für 4 ok. Französische Doppelbetten sind zu kurz (für eine Person von 1,88m). Badezimmer und insbesondere die Toilette war nicht vollständig geputzt. Küchenausstattung war unvollständig (nur 4 Messer für 5 Personen, nur 3 Tassen etc.). Tisch mit nur 4 Stühlen (bei 5 Personen).

- Fred (8/5): - Rooms are not renovated but the is plenty of space in the room. A lot of supplies were provided. Everything was in good working condition. Not much to eat around, you need to drive to eat.

- Silvia (7/5): - J'y vais souvent à cet emplacement mais cet année ce n'était pas propre, du sable, des cheveux, des toiles d'araignées avec une araignée, de la poussière ouais c'était vraiment pas propre et les draps du sofa lit n'ont même pas été changé, le reste était bien, serviettes et bain propre. Lits propres. Une bouilloire qui a été très pratique. Près de la plage, près de tout. La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous, le sol était sale, sable, cheveux, poussières, une fois d'araignée avec une araignée sur la tv, poussière sur les meubles, j'ai du tout nettoyer en arrivant, c'était pas cool. Le sofa lit les draps de autre personne avant n'avait même pas été changé. Beurk

- Irina (10/5): - There was everything that you need for comfortable rest at the site except sponges for washing dishes, that we bought in Dollarama. The lake is very shallow for a long distance so we were not worried about our grandkids.
- Susan (8/5): Super clean, well equipped and good value - Very clean and well equipped motel style accommodation. Recently renovated. Beds were super comfortable and had nice bedding. There was a drop-off bin for used towels at the office and a big bin full of fresh towels and other supplies for guests to help themselves. Soundproofing was great, even within our 2 bedroom unit. Couldn’t hear other guests coming and going either. Right on the main road. Not an issue from a noise standpoint but we had small kids with us so was a concern.

- Sophie-Estel (10/5): - We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite at Oasis by the bay and it was better than expected. The appartement is HUGE, honestly it’s more like a house ! Plus the price was great for the quality and the size. Easy parking and a mere 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Wasaga beach. It’s very comfortable, especially on a hot day, thanks to the 3 AC units. The only negative was that one of the bed frames had a loose screw that resulted in a very annoying squeak at every little movement we made on the mattress. As soon as I reported this to the manager, she tried to fix it right away. Unfortunately, the fix was temporary and the sound came back on our last night. Despite this issue, we would gladly come back for some relaxing summer vacation at Wasaga beach !
