- Klaudia (3/5): Ich könnte nochmehr Fotos hochladen aber das geht leider nicht die Lage ist super aber das Hotel war nicht so schön - Nach dem Upgrade von dem kaputten Zimmer ins nächste kaputte Zimmer haben wir ein schönen Ausblick gehabt das wars dann auch die Lage ist wirklich top ! Aber mehr auch nicht Die Zimmer sind komplett demoliert man nimmt eine Kaution von 250€ aber die Zimmer werden anscheinend nicht repariert und auch nicht gereinigt ich bin unglaublich enttäuscht es sieht null wie auf den Bildern aus !!

- KATEY (3/5): Not 3 star and by no way relaxing! - The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking close by and free if you have a rental car. Supermarket around the corner. Taxi to the old town/Harbour cost €11. Plenty of restaurants and bats close by, Noisy hotel suitable for partying 18-25 yr olds. My friend who slept on the pull out bed hardly slept because of the all night shouting and general noise. Our apartment was scruffy and nothing like the photo’s. Our apartment had a kitchen but bring a tea towel because there’s nothing provided if you use anything in the kitchen! The apartment needed a refurbishment- we couldn’t even open the bathroom door without kicking it open (safety issue!! - see photo!). I really would not recommend this for a relaxing trip or for older people above 30! Check in could also be more efficient. Took tools long!

V primeru, da ste mladi in želite žurati ne boste dobili boljše nastanitve za ta denar! Soba je malce manjša v živo kot smo pričakovali, ampak smo se je na koncu navadili in je bila čisto super.

La reception è sempre disponibile, anche per check-out molto presto. La presenza del cucinino, del frigo, del tavolo e della TV rende il soggiorno comodo per chi resta più giorni. La struttura è vivace. Il divano letto non era preparato all’arrivo e non è facile da usare; non è molto comodo per dormire. La stanza potrebbe essere più insonorizzata, soprattutto se ci sono eventi o musica alla mattina. Manca una chiave per chiudere la porta del bagno e non c’è parcheggio interno (anche se in zona si trova facilmente).

La vista è veramente strepitosa (eravamo al 5 e ultimo piano), ci sono scale e ascensori per arrivare ai piani. Ottima posizione, passano continuamente taxi e tutti i tassisti conoscono il Ryans quindi è sempre stato facile tornare. La pulizia della camera non era il massimo, abbiamo chiesto se potevano pulirla quando siamo arrivati. La camera da letto un po' fredda, nonostante l'aria condizionata spenta, e non c'erano coperte disponibili.

Pool and Restaurant onsite are awesome as are all the team working at hotel. Hotel has some wear on it and can be loud but that's what we signed up for to come to this area of Ibiza so we enjoyed it. Having a shower available in the lobby to use after checkout was an awesome perk when our flight got super delayed, never seen that option from a hotel so it was truly appreciated.

Gli appartamenti non erano pulitissimi, l'arredamento era un po usurato, c'erano scarafaggi negli appartamenti al piano terra (penso sia un problema dell'isola).

- Francesca (5/5): Ideale per un target molto giovane, senza troppe pretese - La struttura ha di buono che è in un’ottima posizione per raggiungere i servizi principali e le principali discoteche Purtroppo non viene rispettato l’orario del silenzio, quindi c’è molta confusione a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. L’appartamento in generale era abbastanza malconcio e poco pulito. il cambio asciugamani non è così scontato che venga fatto e la pulizia della camera è semplicemente una passata di scopa. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio.

- Lee (1/5): Do not stay here if you want the most horrible experience. - This is most definitely the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. The photos are false as well as the reviews on the page, it appears they pay people to do reviews as you can’t be in your right mind to think this place is even a 1/10. If I was booking.com I would not want to be advertising this disgusting property. The beds were disgusting, the rooms were bearly clean, the showers were so dirty and I just felt disgusting staying at this property. Everything. This property should not be aloud to be stayed at it has poor cleaning standards and it is the most run down place ever. Not to mention it was the most expensive accommodation over our Europe stay and by far the worst experience I have ever had so much so I won’t be returning to Ibiza. The staff were horribly rude and wouldn’t even give us fresh towels not to mention the room was only cleaned once and that wasn’t even clean. I believe booking.com should not advertise this disgusting property and I would like a formal complaint to be raised not to mention I believe I should be getting money back for this horrific stay.
