Breakfast was good, but do not refill fast enough , I got tired of waiting for some granola, My husband was trying to figure out the coffee but when asked on how to the lady seemed bothered.

- Amanda (8/5): - The hotel is fine - free breakfast is standard, pancakes and pastries and eggs and sausage patties, yogurt, cereal. Pool is indoors and was not kept clean (murky greenish water) and the pool area is uncomfortable - small chairs very close to the edge so you/your belongings are constantly splashed and they do not monitor the area so we had a HUGE amount of rowdy people in there drinking beer (against the rules) and vaping (also against the rules) while my young daughter was trying to swim. Hallway is constantly wet because there is no carpeted area or place to dry off between pool room and elevators/lobby so watch your step. Rooms themselves are fine. Area is close to everything, less than 10 min drive to convention center which is why we were in town. Diner next door is delicious for a quick bite and has a very cool retro David Lynch vibe.

There were people having a party in the parking lot with sketchy behavior, all the businesses surrounding had barded wire fencing. We looked up the crime rate and it was one of the worst areas in OKC. The hotel inside could have been nice but we did not feel like it was a safe option for our family and vehicles in the parking lot. Surprised Holiday Inn would have this location. We’re usually happy with them.

- Merinda (2/5): Dismal and unhelpful - This was a dismal stay, our worst in a holiday inn and possibly souring us to the hotel chain as a whole. They apparently have a blanket policy for no late checkouts now, despite we’ve always had one before. We were there for the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon and because of the policy and the complete lack of any understanding by the staff, we were forced to sprint back from the race to get our belongings and take a 5 minute shower. The front desk and staff were disinterested, the room did not feel clean, the TV remote was so worn it barely functioned, the bed also felt worn and uncomfortable. Begging for the extra five minutes to get our stuff felt like torture. Never again.
- Francisco (10/5): - Property offered enough space for my rental truck and trailer connected to it. It was convenient to get too. Staff was very friendly and check itvwas quick. They had great breakfast setup.
- Brandon (10/5): - Great location from everything. Especially downtown. Convenient and affordable. I would definitely go back. Room and hotel was extremely clean. Staff were friendly. Quiet spot and no issues. Families would like it here or you would enjoy it as a weekend trip

- Annabel (10/5): - Nice, clean hotel. The only problem was that you could hear the cars passing on the highway, and the curtains would not close. The parking lights would shine through the curtains.
- Logan (2/5): - Absolutely HORRIBLE check in experience, wasn’t made aware of the policies and checked in late at night, attendant forced me to pay for the SAME NIGHT AGAIN or find another hotel, was rude and sarcastic. Stole my money find another place to stay

- Dustin (10/5): - The byilding itself was really nice. The staff awesome. The nieghborhood...well the gas station around th corner is the kind of place you lock your doors and hide your wife. Other than that its a nice place, just by the highway and you can tell.
- Michael (10/5): Clean and Comfortable, Easy Access to downtown - Easy on and off access from I-35, quick trip to downtown, very clean, comfortable and exceptional breakfast. Will stay here each time I visit OKC.

- Kari (10/5): Great value, expedient location - I usually stay at Marriott properties. I was surprisingly satisfied with all aspects of this stay. I received several text communications throughout the entire process (check in, during the stay, and after) and was able to respond via text with questions and comments. The hotel was clean, inside and out. Good shower pressure, pleasant breakfast. The the registration desk staff was super friendly, helpful and efficient. And lastly, you couldn't beat the price/value!

- Opal (10/5): - Only thing that was bad with our stay is we are senior citizens and the rooms this stay and the last stay in Amarillo Tx are almost to the end of the hallway so maybe with Expedia they need to make it a little easier on the old folks not to have to walk so far

- Danny (10/5): - Property and facility was new and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Area around the facility seemed a bit rundown but a lot of new development and growth close by. Close to the First Americans Museum which is a wonderful facility. Easy to access all of OKC from this facility.
