Mesh (8/5): Comfy beds and Best Breakfast Hotel - Love the breakfast! Lots of hot food. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits with sausage gravy, yogurt, bagels, fruit, cereals, fantastic coffee, juices, muffins, etc.. Check in. Lady was very busy on the phone. Had to wait 15 mins for her attention. As far as the room, bar facial soap is needed.
JMSTRS (10/5): A very pleasant stay - We were traveling with a family member with limited mobility. We booked a handicapped room. (We had done the same thing at other hotels on our trip too… but were disappointed) Our room at this hotel was exceptional. We also were very close to the main lobby and not up an elevator and down a long hallway! The room had everything needed for an accessible, comfortable stay. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast provided was really good… so many choices.
Alex (10/5): Chilling in Frankenmuth Michigan. - The 10 to 11 adult only pool. The view from my room on the 4th floor. And the convenience of all the shops. I cant think of any one thing I didnt like. I didnt sleep on the pull out bed but my 21yr old nephew said it wasnt comfy.

Krystle (5/5): All in all I would have had a great experience if it weren't for the bug thing. - Location is absolutely perfect! Staff were all beyond wonderful. Main area and pool area were all kept very clean. Rooms were all clean for the most part. We unfortunately come across a bug issue at 3:30am. We were placed into a room right next to the original room. We were moved again to a room on another floor that was identical to original room to accommodate our family size. I do understand these things can happen in any hotel but I felt like they could have handled a thing or two differently. Especially for the price I paid for two days, the bites all over my arm and the stress/precautions we all have to make to hopefully not bring that back home with us.

saraoQ4360DY (4/5): Convenient location but questionable cleanliness - I’ll start with the pros: great location in Frankenmuth and super close to all of the shopping. Breakfast set up and offerings were amazing. The morning breakfast and front desk staff were friendly. They turned on the train for our kids to see above the check in desk. The front desk staff even got me a shopping coupon book to use even though I should’ve gotten one when I checked in. They do have an indoor pool (no hot tub in case you wanted to know). Love the lobby with the fireplace and coffee. We like to come play board games at night with our kids and they had a lot of tables and even some coloring pages which was super cool. Cons: the pool was gross. I counted 2 bandaids laying around, 4 gross hair clumps floating in different parts of the pool and what looks like black mold on the ceiling due to the condensation. When checking in I was barely greeted. Give me your card, fill this out and here’s your keys. No information about anything else like best spot to park, breakfast hours or are you shopping here is some awesome coupons to use. There was hair in the shower, a hygienic swim suit panty liner in the dresser drawer, food and crumbs but no bedding in the room for the pull out sofa, and mold in the bathroom because there’s no bathroom fan. The shower has 2 settings in the shower head: jet propulsion to slough off a layer of skin and water hose trickle that keeps closing the drain so the tub kept filling up. When searching for hotels I typically go IHG or Hilton Home 2 because I know they can fit my family. I picked this hotel specifically because of its location to the shopping. Next time I would probably pick the Home2. I did see a couple of signs about some changes and a remodel coming up so hopefully they will be able to update this property and clean it up.
Alyssa (9/5): Our stay was perfect - Breakfast was delicious and lots of options. The room was very spacious and clean. Location was perfect right across from river place plaza. Having a pool was great too. Plenty of lights in the room and the bed was awesome. I melted into the pillows! There was a bandaid on the floor by the pool and hair clumps in pool so pool area could use maintenance every couple of hours

Alexandria (7/5): Would stay here again - The breakfast was wonderful. Many options to choose from and very kid friendly. Loved that they had low tables for them and coloring pages to keep them busy. Overall, would stay here again in the future. Just as a fyi, there is no hot tub and the pool is rather small. The hallway was kind of dirty (paper scraps, food crumbs). The staff were nice but didn't have many answers. I called ahead to see if we could check in early and was told yes. When we arrived, the room was not ready. I would have rather they told me the room was not ready and went shopping while I waited.
Mario (10/5): Great short getaway for our anniversary! #42 - It was so close to the center of Frankenmuth. We walked every where we went. Great shops and places to visit. ...and then of course there's Zehnders and Bavarian Inn. Yum!! Was still a bit cold outside. But hey, it's Michigan in March. I've lived in this state all my life, so nothing I wasn't expecting. Still nice enough to walk around.

Christine (10/5): It was a fun and lovely hotel. Close to all the fun things in Frankenmuth. - It's directly across from the river park shopping area and many shops. Bronners and Zhenders are close too. We walked to everything. We did drive ourselves to a restaurant we wanted to go to as well. The stay was to celebrate my daughters birthday with her friends. We walked to Riverwalk to get cupcakes and ice cream. Along with just general fun, sightseeing, and shopping. It was perfect! I couldn't get pillows for the pull out sleeper and had to ask for bedding for it as well. To me no big deal! Staff was lovely to talk with and my daughter had plenty of pillows so everything was just fine.

Room was very dirty and didn’t really notice until we were checking out - We stayed one night Feb 13 2026 to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and the room was never vacuumed and bathroom floor never swept. I Found a pill on the floor between the beds. Took a shower and water came out of the shower all over the floor into the room hallway and had to use all the towel to clean it up. Found someone’s scarf on the floor at the end of the tv stand. And someone’s toe nail clipping on the bathroom floor. This was a bad room and definitely not worth the $258 price. We didn’t notice the floors until the next morning when we were packing up and the room didn’t have the best of lighting to see everything. Told the lady at the front desk when I went to check out and she just said I’m sorry about that.

William (10/5): Awesome - My partner loved the breakfast 5 stars usually we get like cereal and yogurt at other hotels you were above and beyond bacon 🥓 biscuits gravy he was happy as a clam! It was really quiet even though we had hot tub room by front desk. Pool was empty no folks in there:) Beds so comfy we had like 3 pillows each! Staff fun and friendly! View out window all the Christmas lights spectacular ✨️ Stay here often usually have the 2 room suit 3rd floor. This time it was just 2 of us and I wanted the hit tub! Nothing

We booked a suite for 5 people knowing that one person would have to sleep on a pull out bed. That bed was very uncomfortable and we had to call the front desk to get linens for it.

I found out I should have had my wife book the room with her rewards points. I tried to rectify it but the desk clerk said because the room was booked through a third party( booking.com) I couldn’t get the credit.

Richard (5/5): Management is clueless. - Requested our room to be cleaned and clean towels. After several hours and attempts I had to go down to the desk at 6:30 pm to request clean towels again to get them. They said they ran out of clean laundry and had to wait for the clean towels. They did offer to make up the room at this time, now almost 7:00 pm. The hotel was not at capacity. No excuses.

Only the site could have performed this; a discount would be nice, as we left early, and once we returned, our PC worked just fine, and yes, I am a tech.
