Estaban construyendo al parecer un edificio al lado, por mala suerte quedamos en las piezas del fondo y el ruido nos molestaba demasiado, además de la vibración que se producía en el hotel. Sin embargo, pedimos que nos cambiaran y buscaron una rápida solución.
- Rachel (10/5): Beautiful pool, service and rooms, a great stay. - The pool area was lovely, easy access and sun beds were readily available. It was great to be able to push a button to order food and drinks from the restaurant as well. Unfortunately there was construction happening in the block behind the hotel, at no fault of Ossotel. This meant that there was quite a bit of noise throughout the day.

The room was ridiculously small. Most of the reception staff are grumpy. Cleaners had to be chased down. Demo all around was noisy and seven days/week The pool was elegant in the photos, however, all the other guests looked down on us, like being in a fish bowl.

- Greg (7/5): A good place for a short stay, at the right price, but not somewhere to spend a relaxing week or so. - Everything needed was convenient. The grounds are confined to a small strip on the side of the pool directly opposite the rooms that are poolside so I always felt like I was invading their space when swimming or relaxing poolside. so I didn’t really feel comfortable.

Another hand rail to get out of the pool would have been helpful. The verandah was slippery when wet. Perhaps more non-slip strips on the concrete on the verandah would make it safer to walk on when wet.

- Rose (10/5): Great resort for the cost! - We had a great room with access directly from our door to the pool. Everything was super clean. Bed was comfortable and pillows super comfortable. Easy access and walking distance to alot of restaurants and bars. We ate in the restaurant at front of the resort and enjoyed a great meal and drinks. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure! Nothing negative at all.

Beds were very comfortable, air conditioning was fabulous, access to pool was perfect as we had a pool room. Staff were attentive and super friendly, nothing was an issue. Only thing is the floors being large glass like tiles - if they get wet it gets slippery. Absolutely loved our stay, great value for money. Solid 3.5 out of 5 stars. Cleanliness, room size, access to amenities, staff, food, quiet even though amongst the busy streets.

- Marika (9/5): Ossotel Legian - Location was great. Staff brilliant. Food excellent The pillows were a bit hard. Pool gets a lot of shade in the afternoon and can feel a bit cold. Get out for 10 minutes and humidity will get you back in. Not enough sun lounges and people leave their stuff on them all day. I'm sure this is a common issue everywhere. Be nice to somehow introduce a limit.

You get what you pay for, and Ossotel is like the images. It's a good easy accom, in a good location thats quiet. It's nothing flashy and will do the job for a quick stay. The downside is that the bathrooms have a horrible smell, i don't think they clean it very well.
