Nous avons eu deux lits jumeaux alors que nous souhaitions un lit double classique, qui a été changé après la première nuit. Le lit n’est vraiment pas confortable et l’immeuble n’est pas bien entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est mal organisé… je ne recommande pas cet hôtel car lorsque vous visitez Agadir les autres vous donnerons bien plus envie…

Die Hygiene lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Frau im Spa hat meine Haut mit dem Handschuh verletzt, obwohl ich ihr dreimal gesagt habe, dass sie bitte vorsichtiger sein soll. Die Bademäntel hatten keine Gürtel, und die Behandlung dauerte statt einer Stunde nur etwa 35 Minuten. Generell wirkte das Hotel so, als ob vor Kurzem Bauarbeiten durchgeführt worden wären und danach nicht richtig gereinigt wurde

Les serveurs et le personnel de cuisine est adorable, à l'écoute. La multitude d'espace et de piscines est fort agréable. L'ambiance en journée à la piscine avec la musique et les animateurs est très joviale. Les soirées étaient en comparaison moins intéressantes. Nous avons moins apprécié le personnel à l'accueil. Peu à l'écoute, pas très arrangeants ou dégourdis. Nous avions prévenu que nous arrivions en avance, et avions demandé un pré-checking. Nous étions prêt à le payer, étant enceinte. Le personnel nous a d'abord proposé d'aller dejeuner et revenir pour 12h30, avant de nous dire qu'il faudrait attendre 15h. Qu'elle ne fût pas notre surprise de constater que plus d'une dizaine de chambres avaient été donné avant 15h à des personnes arrivées bien après nous. De plus, nous leur avons posé plusieurs questions souhaitant aller au golf sur les navettes de prises en charge. Aucun renseignement fiable ne nous a été donné. Nous avons dû appeler nous-mêmes les golfs et navettes malgré des numéros internationaux. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous attendions mieux..

Et le comble, on a voulu nous faire payer un bed à 16 h 30, face à la mer, pour la somme de 360 dirhams, alors que c’était non utilisé. La plage privée est inexistante. - hashim (1/5): - The pool and garden were nice I stayed at this resort for 8 nights. On the first day, the room key card didn’t work, and the room was very far from the reception. When I asked the receptionist to change the room because the card was not working, he refused and kept asking me to try different cards instead. I had to walk back and forth several times (4 times in total), which was very exhausting after a long trip. The receptionist was also rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. The air conditioning in the room was fixed at 21°C, and the room was still very hot at night. When I asked the staff if they could lower the temperature, they told me that was the coldest setting available. The bathroom was also full of ants.

- Furhan (1/5): AVOID - I did not like anything about this hotel. Prior to arrival, we contacted the staff regarding an additional guest and were assured that a bed could be added to our room for an extra charge. However, upon arrival, their attitude completely changed. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and instead of honouring what was agreed, they pressured us into booking an additional room. It felt misleading and purely driven by making extra money. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel. The room had a very strong and persistent shit smell coming from the bathroom, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. We reported this issue multiple times throughout the week, but no effective action was taken. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the room remained unclean during our stay. On the final day, we were moved to another room, but unfortunately the same unpleasant smell was present there as well, suggesting a wider issue with the hotel’s plumbing or sanitation. Breakfast was also disappointing, lacking freshness and quality. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and it significantly impacted our holiday. I would not recommend staying here.

En résumé, l'accueil, le service, la propreté ne sont pas digne d'un tel établissement.

- Mike (10/5): AGA getaway - This hotel offers everything to everyone. Rooms are modern and comfortable with balconies. The food here is the star of the show. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are exceptional, actually better than the a la carte restaurants. One night we had Beef Wellington, Sea Bass and for dessert macaroons that were almost as good as the ones from Paris. Two pools, one small for quiet time, one large for music and the bar. The beach is amazing, fine dark sand just cant go too far into the water due to undercurrents and riptide. The boardwalk is simply one of the best in the world, just wonderful to walk wiht beautiful sunsets and views. This place will not disappoint. Water pressure could be an problem for some but not us. Beach huts and loungers are limited so get there after breakfast, also, getting them from the rocky area can be difficult.

- Anna (7/5): J'ai passé un séjour agréable et mémorable - J'ai particulièrement aimé la cuisine authentique, qui m'a permis de découvrir des saveurs locales délicieuses. Le service au restaurant était impeccable, et je tiens à souligner la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel du restaurant. Je n'ai pas apprécié la caution de 300 dirhams demandée pour les serviettes de plage. De plus, les horaires pour échanger ces serviettes étaient limités à une heure le matin et une heure l'après-midi, ce qui réduisait considérablement la flexibilité. Je regrette également que les serviettes de bain ne soient pas changées de suite par le personnel de chambre. On les collecte d'abord et on les ramène beaucoup plus tard. J'ai dû attendre longtemps pour obtenir un remplacement.

- Basma (1/5): Read before booking - Not much I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was one of the most unprofessional stays I’ve had despite traveling extensively. To begin with, I was given the wrong room upon arrival — not the one I had booked. This was already frustrating, but the issues didn’t stop there. The beach access is extremely unsafe. While I was there, I witnessed two children slip while trying to reach the shore due to the dangerous edge, and one of them was injured. However, the worst part of my stay was the check-out experience, which turned into a complete nightmare. The hotel operates a very unusual system for towels: you have to pay at reception, receive a receipt, exchange it with the animation team for towels, and then return the towel to get your receipt back before finally reclaiming your money. Unfortunately, my receipt was lost by their staff, not by me. I was then sent back and forth between the animation team and reception for over an hour trying to resolve the issue. No one took responsibility. Eventually, the receptionist told me, “It’s not my problem, it’s the animation team’s problem,” which is completely unacceptable. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was not available and that I had to wait — despite them knowing I had a flight to catch. At that point, staff began ignoring me altogether. Only when I took out my camera to document the situation for my own protection did their attitude change ( will upload the video on my channel soon ). Staff became visibly panicked and even started shouting at me not to film, which was very unprofessional and intimidating. As a travel blogger who has visited many countries and hotels, I can confidently say this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve encountered. I documented parts of this experience, and I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and responds appropriately.

Nous voyageons régulièrement et avons l’habitude de différents standards, mais cet hôtel est de loin l’une des pires expériences que nous ayons eues. Nous ne nous attendions pas à du haut de gamme, mais au minimum à un établissement propre et sécurisé. Ce n’est absolument pas le cas. Dès l’arrivée, tout est sale et négligé. Les couloirs sont dans un état déplorable (saletés au sol, traces, ambiance générale très douteuse). Dans la chambre, la situation est encore pire : literie écœurante, couette jaunie sous le couvre-lit, serviettes tachées, rien ne donne envie de rester. Mais le plus grave reste la sécurité. La porte du balcon de notre chambre ne ferme pas. Juste en dessous, une échelle et une plateforme permettent un accès direct à la chambre. N’importe qui peut monter. Nous avons signalé ce problème immédiatement, puis à plusieurs reprises. Aucune solution. On nous répond simplement “oui c’est cassé, il faut réparer”. C’est inacceptable. Nous avons dormi (ou plutôt tenté de dormir) avec un sentiment d’insécurité constant. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, la chambre donne sur un axe extrêmement bruyant. Klaxons, passages, bruit continu toute la nuit. Et comme la porte ne ferme pas, c’est littéralement comme dormir dehors. Résultat : trois nuits blanches. Le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionne pas non plus, ce qui complique encore toute tentative de contact avec la réception. À chaque fois, on nous dit que “ça va être réglé”, mais rien n’est jamais fait. Aucun suivi, aucun sérieux. Le petit-déjeuner est du même niveau : produits pas frais, pain rassis, vaisselle sale et collante. Clairement, gardez votre argent et allez manger à l’extérieur. Rien n’est entretenu correctement, tout semble laissé à l’abandon, avec une gestion inexistante. Cet établissement donne l’impression de simplement encaisser un maximum de clients sans assurer un minimum de qualité ou de sécurité. Bref, absolument rien à retenir de positif.
