Saaghi (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at La Siesta. The room was spacious and clean. The staff — especially Tran — were wonderful. The saltwater pool was definitely a highlight for me! The only downside for us was that the bed was a little uncomfortable and creaked a bit whenever we moved. After mentioning the issue to Tran, she kindly offered to have someone fix it, which did help a little.

Kelly (10/5): Tropical oasis with incredible service - The property felt like a tropical escape amongst the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. The highlight though, are the staff. Hang was exceptional with her service and kindness, offering advice for tours, and places to eat. We will definitely come back here. The property overall was exceptional, only small criticism was lack of space in the bathroom to put your things. We stayed in the Duplex suite with balcony, which was gorgeous, but just needed more bench space.

Manutenção e limpeza não estão em dia. Cadeiras quebradas, sujeira e mancha nos estofados. Ter que levar a toalha também não é legal. Preço das bebidas também é elevado.

Anthony (10/5): - We had a wonderful and very relaxing 4-night stay at La Siesta Hoi An during our couples holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff and service were exceptional. Everyone greeted us warmly and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite which included access to two restaurants for buffet breakfast. The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of variety and a great way to start each day. One of the highlights of the resort was the choice of pools. There were around three different pools to choose from and all of them were clean, peaceful, and never overcrowded, making the entire resort feel calm and private. The location is slightly away from the centre of town, but we actually enjoyed this as the walk into Hoi An was easy and allowed us to experience the local surroundings along the way. The hotel also provided a convenient shuttle bus service into town and to the beach, where guests had access to the Shore Club, which was a fantastic bonus. Overall, La Siesta Hoi An provided the perfect balance of comfort, relaxation, and excellent service. An easy 5 out of 5 and somewhere we would happily stay again.

Anja Sisser (10/5): Badekaret på terrassen var prikken over i'et ;-) - Elskede badekaret på vores terrasse, så man kunne køle lidt af i varmen. Og velkomstpakken med både frugt og vin og den håndskrevne velkomst hilsen, gav et personligt præg. Det var nemt at få roomservice, så vi kunne spise i fred og ro på terrassen. Omgivelserne på hotellet var smukke, så man følte sig godt tilpas ved at gå rundt, Blev lidt ærgerlig over, at poolen ud til rismarken kun var for voksne, da jeg rejste med min datter på 9 år. Men det er der sikkert andre, som ser som det positive. Vi var dog meget glade for saltvandspollen som lå tæt på vores værelse.

Our original room was very noisy and they upgraded us with no hesitation - went from the deluxe double with balcony (classic wing) to the veranda suite with pool view (club wing). Amazing room! The breakfast was delicious and relaxing by the pool was chef's kiss. Also old town was a straight road down and only 15 mins to the entrance. We didn't want to leave and wished we had one more night! The initial room but they upgraded us straight away so no problem at all! Maybe some more brighter lights and if possible, a full length mirror but these are all vanity issues really

lauren (10/5): - Every hotel these days gives a doona for the bedding and no top sheet. In a tropical country this means needing wasteful air conditioning at a lower temperature than should be required. Please all hotels of the world, bring back the top sheet and reduce power.
RW777 (9/5): Schönes Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt - Ein wunderschönes Hotel im dezenten kolonialen Stil mit unglaublich viel Charme und Liebe zum Detail. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll, hochwertig und sehr komfortabel. Die Gartenanlage ist traumhaft gepflegt und schafft eine wunderbar ruhige Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service – echtes 5-Sterne-Plus, aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Das Hauptrestaurant Temple ist für sich schon ein Highlight und hat für uns absolutes Fine-Dining-Niveau. Qualität, Präsentation und Ambiente sind herausragend. Am Hauptpool gibt es leider zu wenige Liegen, diese waren oft komplett belegt. Zudem wirkt die Anlage teilweise recht dicht bebaut, wodurch etwas Offenheit und Luftigkeit fehlt.

Close enough to town but still a quiet sanctuary where u could relax by the pools and recharge in the beautiful surroundings. bettina (10/5): Amazing stay at a beautiful hotel with friendly kind staff. - We loved everything! Room was beautiful with very large terrace. Swimming pools were great and the option to take the shuttle to the beach everyday. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with lots of choice. What makes this a fabulous hotel however are the beautiful friendly staff. Thank you all especially Hang Could have more sun beds at adult pool

Reha (10/5): Çok keyifli bir otel ve muhteşem odalar ve servis - Harika bir hotel, muhteşem bir servis ve çok keyifli bir odamız vardı. Saunalı banyo ise inanılmazdı 3 havuz var. Büyük havuz çocuklu ailelere ayrılabilinir. Diğer iki havuz ise adult only olmalı bence. Bu kadar hoş ve dingin bir yerde her havuzda çocuk gürültüsü ve oyunları biraz yorucu oluyor.

Yee Ting Erica (9/5): Elegant room, pools, shuttles, delightful breakfast and cocktails - The La Siesta resort offered elegant room and four inviting swimming pools. The convenient shuttle service to Old Town and A Bang beach made exploring Hoi An effortless. Breakfast options was varied and delicious, don’t forget to request fresh mango which is not serving in the fruit station. Happy hour cocktails in The Temple restaurant is charming too. Staffs are attentive and nice. The hotel room is a bit small than expected. Insufficient poolside daybeds is provided.
SARAH (8/5): Hoi An hideaway - The number of pool options was the main reason we chose to stay here as it was at the end of our holiday when we wanted to relax a bit more. Also liked the fact it was close enough to walk to Old Town but not right in the centre of everything. Good choice of breakfast options and having the spa on site for treatments was also handy. Standout was the staff - they were all amazing and went out of their way to help. They couldn’t do enough for you and more than made up for the slight niggles with the room. We booked a family room which could have done with a lot more storage. Furniture was nice to look at but not very practical. Main gripe was the bathroom - it was crazy small. We’d stayed in a similar room at La Siesta in Hà Nội which was much more spacious so we were expecting something similar which was little disappointing.

Mark (10/5): Excellent time, and well worth the trip - The 4 pools were a great idea, so you could go to another if one was busy or noisy. The rooms were spacious, and staff were super friendly and helpful. the only thing i didn't like was that there was a large family and they would get up early and take up at approx half of all pool side seats, and at one stage they go angry at someone for sitiing on one that they had saved but weren't using. In Europe, if a chair isn't used for a while it would be made available to others
Helen (7/5): Great positioned hotel - Great location- walkable to town and back with ease but also with a nice view over rice fields at the back. Large, clean room with amazing bathroom and freestanding wooden bath, separate shower and toilet. Comfy beds, nice terrace. Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The dinner at the restaurant next to the main pool was fabulous, and in the daytime we loved the swing loungers here for a drink (when we could find a free one). Whilst the hotel is nice, I didn’t understand the hype unfortunately. It felt overcrowded with zero space around the pools, and the outside areas were not as clean and well maintained as other hotels in Vietnam. Our room was ground floor and subsequently very dark. Service was ok- sometimes very good, other times non existent- which had a negative effect on the whole experience.

Sue (9/5): Fabulous attentive staff - We spent four nights at La Siesta Hoi An and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our suite in the Classic Wing, the La Siesta suite, was spacious and charming. The only thing that didn't quite hit the mark was the water temperature - it wasn't quite hot enough for my taste. Breakfast at the Temple restaurant was a highlight, with attentive and courteous service. We also had breakfast at the Red Bean, but the Temple's service was definitely better. We ate lunch and dinner at the Temple and were impressed by Phuong and our server, who made excellent eggs at breakfast too. Pool loungers were usually easy to find, and the infinity pool was a peaceful spot, especially the quiet pool - it was mostly adults there, with very few children. The staff were friendly, spoke good English, and were keen to chat, which added to the pleasure of our stay. Overall, a very enjoyable experience 👍. Temperature of the water in the shower.

Frank (10/5): Gastvrijheid met hoofdletters, alles tip top ! - Op nummer 1: het personeel. Wat een gastvrijheid kennen zij en dat met hoofdletters geschreven en uitroeptekens. Fantastisch. Daarnaast is de accommodatie subliem met meerdere zwembaden en top restaurants! Fietsen en shuttlebus gratis te gebruiken zijn ook uitstekend. Er staat niets in de weg om hier een heerlijk verblijf te hebben. Niets om te benoemen hier!

Jacqueline (9/5): Great hotel but Hoi An has sold its soul….. - We have stayed in this hotel 5 times over 14 years from when it was very small with a single pool. We like the quieter location and its charm. This time we splurged for a suite with terrace and jacuzzi which we filled with cold water to cool down in the heat which was great as we had our own sun loungers, none were generally available around the pools later in the day. ( it is sad that people reserve them and then leave the hotel for a few hours). We had a couple of enjoyable meals in the temple restaurant. For Vietnamese food we went out to Baby Mustard which is great value and excellent. breakfast was good with lots of choice. An adults pool would be great. Would we return? To La Siesta definitely. To Hoi An unlikely. It was a charming little town but now it is jammed packed with market stalls selling the same Chinese tat. On an evening it was so busy that we avoided the town on the full moon night. We were told by a beach vendor that it was only at 50% of usual. Also the beaches used to be charming with a real village feel and now are jammed packed with beach clubs. So sad……

Lynette (10/5): Amazing staff, great breakfast beautiful pools and gardens. The Red Bean restaurant was fantastic. - Staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, pools were great and the room we upgraded to was fantastic. The gardens were lovely and The Red Bean restaurant had great food. The shuttle bus service into town and the beach was only a couple of times a day. We therefore had to pay for Grabs or Taxis most of the time. Would have been good to have shuttles running more frequently.

Benjamin (8/5): - Très bel hôtel à Hoi An, avec de vrais points forts. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande chambre avec terrasse, la literie vraiment excellente, ainsi que les équipements globaux de l’hôtel : plusieurs piscines, restaurants, spa… L’accueil et le service dans l’ensemble étaient bons, et l’emplacement est aussi très pratique. En revanche, quelques points nuancent l’expérience. Malgré le nombre de piscines et la promesse d’un espace plus exclusif et calme dans notre aile, il était souvent très difficile de trouver un transat disponible. Cela limite clairement la possibilité de profiter pleinement du cadre et des installations. L’hôtel est aussi très familial, avec beaucoup d’enfants et d’adolescents, ce qui le rend moins adapté pour un séjour au calme en couple. Enfin, la chaleur du service était assez variable selon les employés, donc un peu inégale selon les moments. En résumé, c’est un bel établissement, confortable et bien situé, mais davantage adapté à une clientèle familiale qu’à un séjour romantique et reposant.
Audrey (10/5): Wonderful time at La Siesta - My sister and I shared a Club Wing room with mezzanine and absolutely loved our time at La Siesta. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with special vegan and gluten free menu, we swam every day, easily walked or taxi’d into Ancient Town regularly. All the staff were really lovely and I appreciated Hoang going out of his way to help with a gift. We both hope to return to La Siesta - highly recommended.
