• James (8/5): Extremely convenient. - Convenience for planes. Extremely clean. I felt secure, with a sense that everything was very well managed. The price was very high. I can understand paying a premium for accommodation right at the heart of the airport. I avoided transportation costs from hotel to the airport and all the time that takes. I just hope the owners are not making excessive profits.

There is no window and ventilation is not the best. Aircondition is noisy and blows cold air on you directly. When reduced- no air in the room. The room is like capsule hotel + private bathroom. It is better to drive in the night than spend sleepless night in this hotel.

I did complain and a - Hi I had trouble understanding the gentleman who served me, he spoke with a foreign accent and he spoke very quickly like he wanted to Get rid of me so he could serve other customers waiting. I had to ask other people how to find my room, when I entered my room I was completely shocked!!!! The bed was not made ( see photos) the size of the room was approximately 7 feet by 14 feet, the smallest room I have had, there was no Tea & coffee making service there, no waist pater bin, I had to be a technician to work out the lights And tv system. When I had a shower in the morning it proved to be a horrendous experience, water was everywhere as the wash basin and toilet system Was all in this tiny area. The lighting system was awful, I had a horrible experience, I will never stay in the Bloc Hotel group again. See above.

This hotel checked all the boxes for us: Large room, very comfortable bed, excellent standing shower with great water pressure. Simple and modern decor and very efficient. I wish other hotels would learn from them! It was literally steps away from the check-in at the airport and made a hugely positive impact to our travel experience. Nothing. It was simply great!

The room was also very clean. A toilet was right inside of the shower room, I understand it was meant to be small and everything was meant to fit in the room tho. Shower was broken, it was leaking, a lad came and fixed it but then it broke again. Also I didn't have a window so it was suffocating...

• Michel (8/5): Confortable, sécuritaire et sans stress. - L'emplacement est idéal. On n'a pas à se soucier de se rendre à temps à l'aéroport puisqu'on y est déjà. De plus, le retour des autos de location se fait juste à côté. On se sentait en sécurité car seulement les gens ayant loué une chambre à notre étage pouvait accéder à cet étage. Le check-out est très pratique et rapide car il se fait à côté des ascenseurs de façon autonome. Le seul point négatif est le fait que la douche arrose complètement la salle de bain. Le plancher et le siège de toilette était tout trempés après la douche.

The room have everything you need for a good sleep before a flight and even more giving you nespesso machine, tea and there was space for a good size cot for our baby too.
